I'm often told that Ginza doesn't suit me and I have no connection to it, but I am a beer lover. Yes, I take pride in it, but on this day, I made a promise with my wife to have a meal together after several years. Before we got married (about 19 years ago), we used to go to Ginza together often, so we decided to have a Ginza lunch after a long time at "Yakiniku Inoue Ginza," which opened around June. It was very crowded in Ginza on Sunday at 1 pm! In terms of the station, Ginza-itchome is closer, and it takes about 1 minute to get out of the station (the closest exit 6 is under construction, so exits 5 or 8 are better). The exterior of the restaurant has a sense of luxury! It is designed by combining the images of Gas Lamp Street and Brick Street. When you enter the store, there is a super stylish corridor in front of you. I heard that the total construction cost was around 100 million yen, but the interior and exterior are so wonderful that it's convincing. This time, we were guided to the 2nd floor and seated on a sofa. It was a lunch reservation we made, the "INOUE Ginza Course" for 15,000 yen, which includes 9 dishes: -INOUE Foie Gras Pudding -Instant Smoked Yukke -Salt-grilled Japanese beef tongue -Japanese beef Harami -Inoue Roast - the highest grade of female black wagyu A5 rank BMS -Seasonal Sorbet -Watermelon -Black wagyu Danish sandwich -Grilled with sauce -Two selected black wagyu meats -Rib roast, Misuji -Black wagyu seafood rice -Sweet INOUE Panna Cotta The course was high in cost performance and you can enjoy various things from start to finish in about 2.5 hours! The INOUE Foie Gras Pudding comes out on a plate with croissant in the shape of a high-class pudding, and you flip it over yourself. The sauce goes very well with the pudding, and it's delicious to eat it on top of the croissant. The Instant Smoked Yukke is also one of the signature dishes of this restaurant. It is highly entertaining, as a large smoked balloon is made on the table, and when it bursts, the smoke envelops the Yukke! You break the egg yolk and mix it, and the red onion placed between the Yukke and the egg yolk does a great job! You get to enjoy high-quality tongue and Harami with Truffle Dressing, Lemon Jam, and Sansho Miso. The Inoue Roast is A5 female wagyu with the highest BMS grade. BMS stands for Beef Marbling Standard, which refers to "how much fat is well distributed in the beef." The higher the fat content in the beef, the higher the rank. A5 uses BMS "8" or higher, and the Inoue Roast uses the highest rank of BMS "12". With BMS 12, the ratio of fat to lean meat is about 8:2! The sorbet with watermelon soda is served, and you can enjoy it by pouring it as you like. The Black Wagyu Danish sandwich was also delicious! The bread was nicely baked, and the thick meat was sandwiched inside. It's cooked rare, so it has a good texture and it's luxurious to have it as one of the dishes in the lunch. The two selected black wagyu meats are Rib roast and Misuji. You can enjoy them with three types of salt and sauce. The finale is the Black Wagyu Seafood Rice. When you open the stylish pot with the cow on top, you'll find raw meat lined up, with sea urchin, salmon roe, etc., beautifully arranged in the middle! The staff mixes it for you, and all you have to do is enjoy eating it! The first cup is as it is. The second cup is with broth poured over it. The third cup is also with broth poured over it... Surprisingly, you can eat a lot! The seafood that gives color includes oysters, sea urchin, and seaweed from Hirota Bay in Kesen-cho, Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture, nurtured by the rich nature of the area, and premium A-grade rice from Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture, cooked in a dedicated iron pot and served freshly! The dessert is INOUE Panna Cotta. With over 9 dishes and over 15,000 yen worth of deliciousness, it is not only cost-effective but also offers a luxurious experience.
