I love Yukke and a friend recommended this place, so I made a reservation for two on a weekday night at 7pm. The restaurant was clean and new, but quite small so reservations are a must.
- Salt Yukke: The harmony of sesame oil, green onions, and egg is amazing! Rolling it up in seaweed and eating it is recommended, and the additional seasoning makes it incredibly delicious.
- Miso Yukke: Breaking up the corn and eating it with the miso flavor is a perfect match of sweetness and saltiness. This is my personal favorite!
- Premium Rice: Cooked in a 100,000 yen rice cooker, each grain of rice is glossy and well-cooked. Honestly, I couldn't tell the difference, haha.
- Oba and Egg Rice: Apparently, this is the most delicious according to my companion, and I got to try it. It has a homely taste.
- Garlic Butter Tenderloin: Tenderloin grilled with garlic butter, fluffy and delicious! It's a bit heavy due to the butter, but I love it!
- Salted Pork Loin: The special sauce-marinated pork loin is grilled, and the sauce is tasty. It goes well with the rice.
- Service: The waitress was very efficient and gave detailed explanations of the meat. However, the clientele seemed a bit rowdy, haha. I was a bit worried about whether the meat would really be delicious, but it was great!
- Toilet: The soap had a nice scent and left my hands feeling smooth. The attention to detail was impressive.
- Overall: The quality of the meat is decent, but the various options and special touches made it a unique and enjoyable experience. I heard you need to pre-order the fried Yukke, so I definitely want to try it next time!

I visited a restaurant that I had been curious about for the first time. There were many types of Yukhoe to choose from. I ordered the salted Yukhoe, M Tan, Hatsu sashimi, Hile butter, S Harami, Roast mountain, and a kimchi assortment. The salted Yukhoe looked beautiful! You can eat it as it is or wrap it in Korean seaweed. However, if you wrap it in Korean seaweed, the seaweed flavor might overpower it, so I recommend wrapping it in shiso with Hatsu sashimi. The Hatsu sashimi has a good texture and tastes delicious on its own, but it's even better when combined with Korean seaweed and shiso. The grilled meats were all delicious, especially the Tan, which allows you to compare the different parts of the Tan. It's recommended to order a bite of rice with the Roast mountain. Everything is stylish and delicious! Some items require advance reservations, so it's a good idea to check before going. Highly recommended!

Ultimate raw meat course ¥10,000 * 2 hours all-you-can-drink included
Napa cabbage kochujang ▪️ Wagyu potato salad ▪️ Salted yukhoe ▪️ Miso yukhoe ▪️ Fried yukhoe ▪️ Tare yukhoe ▪️ Pan yukhoe ▪️ Namul assortment ▪️ Today's beef sashimi ▪️ Today's hormone sashimi ▪️ Roast beef on a bite of rice ▪️ Wagyu hamburger yukhoe
I couldn't come often because the recommended course is for 3 people or more, but finally fulfilled my wish~♪ The restaurant has a clear view from the outside, and the seating is limited. The Wagyu potato salad has a mature taste with a big impact, topped with one egg. The yukhoe that comes out one after another afterwards are all impactful and each one has a different appearance, texture, and taste, allowing you to enjoy a variety of yukhoe and be very satisfied! The yukhoe on corn allows you to show off your own style, so sense is also important haha. Since all the menu items have eggs on top, you might end up consuming too much haha. The beef and hormone sashimi that come out later are left to the chef, and even though you are already full from the raw meat, you still feel like eating yakiniku, so it's nice when the roast beef comes out ♡ However, it was a large portion for 3 people, so it was a bit tough to finish it all... but it was delicious anyway haha. For those who want to eat a lot of yukhoe, you can eat so much that you'll be like "I'm done" so give it a try~

Limited to 20 servings of Yukke-don for lunch! My friend and I headed to the restaurant at 12:00, chatting about whether we would make it by 13:10 from Ebisu Station. We arrived after a short wait due to the line, and placed our order an hour later. By 13:25, our lunch was served. I considered getting extra rice because I love to eat, but decided against it. The portion was just right with the Yukke. It was delicious and I would love to eat it again. The lunch is available until 14:00, so we left without rushing. The seating is limited, so if you go at 12:00, you might have to wait. When I went, there were a few solo diners too, so it seems possible to dine alone. Next time, I want to try the torotaku! Thank you for the meal, it was delicious.

Opened in 2021 in Ebisu, the popular yakiniku restaurant "#Hirokiya Ebisu" offers a limited 20 servings of Yukke-don lunch on weekdays only. Located about a 5-minute walk north from Ebisu Station West Exit in a quiet alley. Arriving around 11:30, I was 10th in line, and by the 12 o'clock opening, there were about 20 people. The main menu consists mainly of the following Yukke-don options: "#Ultimate Yukke-don" - Single (100g) for 1500 yen - Double (200g) for 2500 yen - Triple (300g) for 3500 yen *I do not recommend the Triple as it is quite a large portion. "Toro Takuset" for 330 yen *Pickles, shiso leaf, Korean seaweed "Cabbage Kimchi" for 300 yen Inside the restaurant, there are 3 tables for 4 people and 2 tables for 2 people. Solo customers will sit facing each other. The "#Ultimate Yukke-don Double" for 2500 yen features a perfectly round Yukke and two egg yolks on top of the bowl. It comes with a simple salad and egg soup. The Yukke has a fresh and chewy texture, marinated with a subtle sesame oil flavor instead of sauce. It is already delicious on its own but becomes even more melt-in-your-mouth when warmed by the rice. Similar to "Gyu-toro flakes," it has a melt-in-your-mouth texture but with a generous amount. I tried several Yukke lunches, including those with a lot of broth and strip-shaped Yukke, and all of them were excellent in texture, volume, and flavor. The rice portion is about the same as a regular beef bowl, so the Double is a satisfying amount even for men. The restaurant is known for its Yukke at night as well, and the lunch quality was exceptional.

I started by choosing yukhoe and struggled between salt and sauce, but I ended up choosing both. The visually appealing yukhoe was not only delicious but also made me want to have seconds. The grilled meat was also delicious, and I was satisfied with the rice to finish. Next, I want to challenge the miso yukhoe!

This is a must-visit restaurant for yukke lovers. I went there for the limited 40 servings of yukke bowl lunch on weekdays. I arrived around 11:30, but there was already a line and I had to wait a bit before being seated at 12:20. As others have mentioned, it's important to bring sun protection like a parasol during the wait because the sun shines directly on the line. I ordered a double portion and even though I was very full, the yukke was so delicious that I thought I could have gone for a triple portion! (Although it's not recommended due to the large serving size, haha) I highly recommend trying the torotaku set as well! It's a completely different experience from eating yukke bowl. If you love yukke, you must try it! I'm looking forward to going back for dinner next time.

This popular restaurant was hard to get a reservation at, but I managed to secure one and visited. The interior was bright and cheerful. The specialty yukhoe had a rich flavor that went well with alcohol. The three types of tongue had a great texture. The fillet steak was perfectly rare and tender. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service as well. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The best prepped raw meats. Everything was top-notch. I was able to eat without worrying about feeling sick right after. No signals to my tongue that something was off. There's no liver, but instead there's delicious heart! Raw meat lovers should definitely give it a try!

I visited for the limited lunch special on weekdays! We arrived around 12:30 on Wednesday, but just as we lined up, they sold out for our group. If we had been a little later, we wouldn't have been able to eat. I ordered the ultimate double yukke bowl with extra rice. The yukke had a flavor that went well with the rice, so if it had been a regular size, it might not have been enough. Haha.

I visited the restaurant on a weekday night and made a reservation to eat yukhoe. There were 4-5 different types of yukhoe available, and I tried various kinds a la carte. The miso yukhoe had a special event-like feel to it. I personally enjoyed the texture of the beef yukhoe, which was crunchy.

There are many different kinds of yukke and they were all very delicious. The fried yukke was better than I expected. It seems that reservations are required in advance. The pepper lunch was very delicious, so I definitely recommend ordering it. The tongue was also tasty, but not extremely delicious. However, the dishes and presentation are stylish and perfect for Instagram. All the drinks were delicious. The beef fillet was tender and tasty. The staff were also very friendly, bringing props for taking photos!

I have been a fan of raw meat since kindergarten, especially Omi beef sashimi from my local Shiga prefecture. I gathered a group of raw meat lovers who prefer their meat uncooked and we went to #Hirokiya for the "Ultimate Raw Meat Course" with 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. The menu included salt yukhoe, miso yukhoe, fried yukhoe, tare yukhoe, mini salad, roast beef, one-bite rice, cuttlefish soup, blue pepper tail beef sashimi & hormone sashimi, wagyu hamburger, and pistachio. The Ebisu beer was delicious, and you could order freshly poured glasses multiple times. However, there were a few issues that arose because Hiroki-san was not present. The portion of salt yukhoe was insufficient for five people, and the service felt lacking compared to previous visits. The staff was usually cheerful and energetic, but one staff member had a very soft voice and made mistakes without apologizing. The sudden addition of a mini salad and roast beef after the grilled dishes was surprising, and the hamburger at the end was unexpected. The dessert ice cream was changed, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but it felt like something was missing without Hiroki-san's presence.

[Scene of use]
- Number of people & gender ratio → I used it with one female companion.
- Duration of stay → 40 minutes (1 hour waiting outside)
[Orders]
- Double Yukke Don (raw beef bowl) 2,500 yen
- Large rice portion 200 yen
[Good points]
- Among all the Yukke bowls I've had, this one had the best flavor that went well with rice.
- The staff came outside the shop to thank us directly, looking into our eyes.
- Although they claimed to have only 20 servings, there were actually about 40 servings available and we were able to enter.
- The egg drop soup was also very delicious.
[Bad points]
- I visited on a Wednesday at 11:40 AM, but there were already about 20 people waiting in line, so we could only enter at 12:40 PM.
- There is an additional charge of 200 yen for a large rice portion and 100 yen for extra rice, so I wish the rice options were free.
[Overall]
Out of 10 points, I would give it a 9. For those who dislike waiting, I recommend arriving around 11:20 AM. The reason for not giving a perfect score is the waiting time and the extra charge for rice. The taste was excellent and the staff's customer service was good.

Since I was little, I have loved yukhoe, and this yukhoe definitely gets my approval! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the taste because I thought they were more focused on the presentation, but I was pleasantly surprised!! It was actually delicious!!! Haha, I'm sorry for thinking it was just for show. While apologizing, I savored the delicious yukhoe with double plus large perilla leaves, Korean seaweed, and pickled radish set, feeling so happy! It was really delicious!! I'm thinking of trying it for dinner too!

Ultimate Yukke Don Double (200g) Limited to 40 servings Yukke Lunch arrived around 12:00 on weekdays, but there were already 4 groups in front of me! There is no shade, so be sure to bring sun protection like a parasol when lining up under the scorching sun! It seems like lining up before 11:00 on weekends is a good idea since it was quite crowded on weekdays. And they recently increased the servings from 20 to 40. The Yukke had a substantial volume and was incredibly delicious! Truly amazing. I ordered the double for the Instagrammable picture, but the single portion was more than enough. They also provide Toro Tak and Korean seaweed for flavor variations! I'm curious to try their yakiniku next time.

I've always wanted to try Hirokiya's yukhoe! I heard that you can have it for lunch on weekdays, so I went to try it out! They only serve 20 portions a day, so I went early to line up. Finally, I got to try the yukhoe - it's huge, 100g each! Of course, I got the triple portion! For the first one, I took a bite without breaking the yolk, just half of the yukhoe in one go! For the second one, I mixed it with the yolk and took a bite! And for the third one, I used the Toro Taku set to eat it with Korean seaweed and shiso leaves! It was so delicious, just as recommended! I wish they had given me more shiso leaves to go with the seaweed - it was truly amazing! Triple portion, all gone! Thank you for the feast! {Ordered Menu} Ultimate Yukhoe Don Triple 3500 yen Toro Taku Set 330 yen

When you look at the menu of #Hirokiya Ebisu, you'll see a lineup of unique dishes that seem to be inspired by Instagram. The customer base seems to be mostly young people. They source fresh black-haired wagyu from Shibaura Hormone, with their famous dish being the Yukke made with raw meat. I tried various dishes, but the best was the Hirokiya Wagyu Pepper Rice and the drinkable Mino. The drinkable Mino is lightly seared and eaten with miso sauce, which is innovative and delicious. However, the Super Shimacho was disappointing in terms of quality. The Yukke, Hatsu, Ulte, and loin were average, while the tongue had too much salty seasoning. While it's fun to have Instagram-worthy dishes, considering the taste and price overall, the cost performance may not be great. The staff's service was good, and despite the small space, it was a cozy environment.
