A sushi restaurant in Roppongi called "Sushi 6" where robots handle all the serving tasks. It is a theme restaurant that opened this year with the concept of a "sushi restaurant without human servers". By using robot servers, they are able to keep costs down while still offering high-quality sushi in a casual atmosphere. The menu is created by a chef who used to work at the three-star restaurant "Joel Robuchon", so the food overall was excellent. The cute robot servers attracted a lot of female groups and couples. The dishes included three appetizers: flounder with sake jelly, peach with white miso, and softshell turtle tofu. The special dish of the day was grilled silver cod marinated in sweet miso. The sushi selection included fatty tuna, squid with sea urchin, scallop, red snapper, aged white fish, pickled shrimp, and conger eel. They also had an additional fatty tuna roll. The meal ended with Okinawa soba as a closer.

Sushi6, a hangover meal. This time, I visited a sushi restaurant with an interesting concept called "Sushi6". They aim to offer delicious sushi at a more reasonable price by using robots for automated service to reduce costs! I made a reservation and went to check it out. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of a building in the heart of Roppongi. It doesn't look like a typical sushi restaurant at all! Upon entering, we were given plates with seat numbers and instructed to order using the QR code on the plate. I had requested a course when making the reservation over the phone, but was told to order again using the QR code. The atmosphere was very stylish and modern, and the rumored serving robots were indeed moving around, which was quite interesting. I ordered the omakase course.
- Omakase course (5800 yen): We started with pickled ginger and what seemed like pickled vegetables. Then we had appetizers of conger eel, bonito, and citrus. The explanations were lacking, but everything was delicious. The silver cod with miso was sweet and tasty. The first round of nigiri included tuna, sea urchin, mackerel, and belt fish. The second round had marinated tuna, salmon, shrimp, and eel. All the nigiri were delicious, especially the sweet and tender shrimp. The meal ended with soba noodles in a rich broth.
Feeling a bit unsatisfied, I ordered the "Minato Ward Rolls", which were unique and tasty. I tried the tuna and shrimp mayo rolls, both of which were impressive. Overall, the 5800 yen course felt a bit lacking, but the sushi was delicious. The robot serving system had its pros and cons, but it allowed for a more focused dining experience. I would definitely visit this reasonably priced and interesting restaurant again.

After finishing work, I went to Roppongi for drinks. Today, I invited some friends and we went to "Sushi 6" in Roppongi. This restaurant has robots serving sushi, and the interior is very stylish. We opted for the all-you-can-drink sake, where you pour it yourself. The dishes we had today were: - Assorted appetizers - Chef's special of the day - 8 pieces of selected nigiri sushi - Okinawa soba as a finishing touch.

I really like this place and this is my third visit. It's located near Roppongi Crossing and the cost performance is great, which makes it easy for me to come here often. Today, in addition to the omakase course, I added an egg omelette and fluffy anago fritters. The eggs were pre-made but the anago was warm and fluffy. It was delicious.

I visited a sushi restaurant in Roppongi that opened recently, where they use robots for serving to keep prices low. I tried the omakase course and then ordered some a la carte dishes. The quality of the sushi was more than enough considering the price. The restaurant had a modern and stylish atmosphere, attracting mostly foreign customers. I thought that with this ambiance and delicious sushi, it could be a hit with foreigners. It seemed like a good place to enjoy sushi and drinks with friends.

I visited again after being completely impressed during my last visit. I had informed them in advance about my companion's dislikes, and they made sure to confirm and accommodate. The service is by robots, but the food is prepared by skilled chefs, which made me appreciate the human touch.

The sushi restaurant in Roppongi offers a course for 5,800 yen, which is a great deal. The sushi and dishes are served by robots. The interior has a slightly futuristic and stylish atmosphere, with both counter and table seating suitable for various occasions. Adding all-you-can-drink sake for 3,000 yen still keeps the total under 10,000 yen, making it quite reasonable. The Okinawa soba as a finishing touch is excellent. Oh, and of course, the sushi too!

"Sushi 6" is a sushi restaurant that opened this year in Roppongi. It is located on the 4th floor of the building next to Takahoko. One of its unique features is that there are no waitstaff, instead robots deliver the food. When you enter, you will find a black-themed interior with a large table in the middle and counter seats with high stools as well as regular table seats. You need to pick up a ticket at the counter and sit in your assigned seat. I had already ordered a course when making a reservation, so all I needed to do was choose a drink. I ended up getting a beer, but there was also a plan for all-you-can-drink sake. With the all-you-can-drink plan, you have to go to the sake dispenser and serve yourself. The course included 3 types of appetizers, warm appetizers, 4 pieces of sushi at the beginning, 4 pieces of sushi at the end, and cold noodles for dessert. The food is brought to you by robots, which seem to avoid obstacles as they move around, and they announce when passing by. If you need a plate or a glass replaced, you can order it through the website and they will bring it to you. The course seemed a bit pricey, but if you see it as entertainment, it's worth it. Perhaps the extravagant setting is part of the experience in Roppongi."

makuke plan + all-you-can-drink sake for 8,800 yen. The chef at Sushi Aozora is highly regarded, and the quality of the sushi is excellent. Especially the seared swordfish and marinated raw shrimp! I was surprised by the searing of the swordfish, and the way the raw shrimp melts in your mouth is exquisite! The portions are a bit small, so it may be more suitable for a second round. As a drinker, I would be happy if beer was included in the all-you-can-drink option. Thank you for the meal! ❤️

It's a proper sushi restaurant, but the service is provided by robots. Located in the heart of Roppongi, they can offer high-quality sushi at surprisingly affordable prices thanks to the robot service. Despite the use of robots, the atmosphere is not bad, with a chic interior. It seems like it could become a favorite spot.

I purchased tickets on the site called MakuaKe and decided to go. I think it was around 5000 yen per person! The atmosphere was like being in a Star Wars-like hall, very surprising interior design! The service is based on a system that greatly reduces labor costs, with serving robots taking care of you. They also have a modern QR code ordering system. I didn't have high expectations for the taste due to the atmosphere, but it was surprisingly delicious and worth the 5000 yen! Overall, it's a restaurant that I might consider revisiting despite some inconvenience. Thank you for the meal! ♫♫

The restaurant offers a style course where robots serve dishes and a all-you-can-drink sake menu that can be ordered through a QR code menu. The place has Wi-Fi and power outlets, which is convenient. The course includes three appetizers: tender octopus in tomato sauce, steamed abalone in green seaweed sauce, and aged fish with mustard. The sushi course consists of four pieces each of squid, raw shrimp, cured mackerel, and blackthroat seaperch. The final dish is Okinawan soba with flavorful broth. The self-pour style of serving sake keeps it fresh and delicious. The reasonably priced junmai ginjo sake from Kido was satisfying, and it was easy to order more if needed. Despite the busy robots, the staff were attentive and even had time to chat with the chef and other guests, making it a wonderful dining experience. Thank you!

I visited a sushi restaurant recently opened by a French chef, where robots serve dishes and drinks. The excitement of experiencing the latest technology was fun. The atmosphere felt like being in America, with a trendy and stylish vibe like a bar. They offer all-you-can-drink sake for $30, which is a great deal. The sushi was mainly aged sushi and quite delicious. I was surprised to see two sushi chefs nearby! I thought the robots would be making the sushi, so it was reassuring to see human chefs. The only downside was that the course menu had small portions, but you can order additional items separately. Although it got a bit pricey, the food was tasty and I would love to go back again!

The interior of the restaurant has a dining bar atmosphere rather than a sushi or izakaya vibe. Located in a convenient area, the place is reasonably priced with slightly smaller portion sizes for the course menu. The menu includes dishes such as octopus, simmered tenderloin, steamed abalone, aosa seaweed, sauce, aged fish, mustard-flavored fish, silver cod, miso-grilled fish, sushi, squid and sea urchin, raw marinated shrimp, marinated mackerel, blackthroat seaperch, bluefin tuna, marinated tuna, medium fatty tuna, aged striped jack, eel, and Okinawan soba.

Casual sushi restaurant "SUSHIROKU" in Roppongi. It is conveniently located near the station. The unique thing about this place is that there are no human staff in the dining area, only robots are at work. Orders are placed mainly through QR codes. Skilled chefs prepare the sushi, but it is the robots that deliver it to the customers. The robots move around the restaurant, creating a quirky and interesting atmosphere that may appeal to foreigners. The omakase course is priced at 5,800 yen. It is recommended to not compare the food to traditional sushi restaurants. The sushi rice is seasoned with red vinegar, but the base is rice vinegar which gives it a unique taste and acidity. Surprisingly, they serve Okinawan soba as the last dish, which has a distinct flavor with a strong dashi and salty taste. This restaurant seems like a great spot for a second round of drinks. Check out more restaurant recommendations on my blog. Feel free to visit!

It's my first visit on the opening day. The trendy robot staff served us. The interior is stylish, perfect for a date. I recommend sitting at a table rather than the counter. The prices are lower than high-end sushi, ending up being under 10,000 yen per person. It's definitely Instagrammable. The taste doesn't quite reach the level of sushi that costs tens of thousands of yen, but it's better than conveyor belt sushi. It seems fair for the price. Since it's just opened, I have high hopes for the future. There were enough staff in the hall on the first day of opening. It's a great place to casually enjoy sushi in Roppongi. Thank you for the meal.

The course portion was small, but it seems to match the taste of the restaurant so it can't be helped. The sushi was delicious. I like the slightly vinegary taste of the sushi rice at Aozora Sandaime. The closing soba was a bit tough and the broth was weak. I feel like there might be some changes coming up, so I would like to visit again, but there is one thing that concerns me. The noise of plates being thrown from the kitchen was loud and disruptive. It's probably when they are putting dishes in the sink, but if humans are washing them, I can't help but imagine a harsh and bullying environment, which made it hard to focus on the meal. Also, the loud voices of the female staff were quite noticeable.

Unfortunately, it didn't suit my taste. It felt more like it was targeting foreigners. Not suitable for those who want to eat authentic sushi.
