Arrived on Thursday at 1:35 PM for my first visit to this restaurant. There were about 3 empty seats available, so I was able to sit down without waiting. I handed over my meal ticket and in less than 5 minutes, my dish arrived. The rice was sold out at the ticket machine, so I had given up on getting any, but I noticed people around me eating rice! When I asked about it when my Oyster and Ramen dish arrived, they kindly provided me with rice for free.
Oyster and Ramen: 950 yen, plus free rice during lunchtime
Soup: Oyster Potage with a buttery flavor!! They extracted the umami taste of the oysters, with a unique aroma and a deep flavor while keeping the saltiness in check. It might feel a bit lacking for oyster lovers, but the taste is exquisite and likely to be enjoyed by everyone. It pairs well with the noodles, and it's recommended to add the rice into the leftover soup.
Noodles: The curly, medium-thick noodles have a strong chewy texture, perfect for dipping noodles. They have a chewy and delicious texture. Personally, I felt that making the noodles slightly thinner or increasing the saltiness of the soup a bit would be more to my liking. The portion of noodles was on the smaller side, but having the free rice was a nice touch.
Ingredients: Two pieces of sautéed oysters in butter soy sauce, although small, they are delicious when dipped in the soup or eaten with rice. The combination of oysters and plenty of chopped seaweed takes your taste buds to a sea-flavored world, while the generous helping of grated daikon radish and green onions brings you back to reality with a refreshing taste.
There was a strict policy of not providing any condiments on the table, showing their dedication to the finished dish. It was very delicious, thank you for the meal.

Tabelog ★ 3.71・2023 Top 5000 [Noodle Shop Saisi] We visited the restaurant located in Kinshicho, a popular location near the station where there is always a line outside. The interior is simple with only counter seats. It is a unique oyster ramen specialty shop. The menu is simple with oyster ramen and oyster tsukemen. They also offer oyster picking and oyster rice, truly a paradise for oyster lovers. We tried the tsukemen which came with medium thick curly noodles that paired well with the rich soup. The soup had a unique creamy texture and a strong oyster flavor. The dish was topped with oysters, chashu, seasoned egg, kaiware radish, green onions, and nori, making it a luxurious and visually appealing dish. This is a place with explosive flavors and a strong personality, definitely worth a visit.

A rich creamy oyster broth soup with thick and chewy noodles. Some people may have preferences, but the deep oyster aroma is delightful. Personally, I think it would be even better with a bit more salt if you're having it with rice, but if not, the perfect balance that doesn't overpower the oyster aroma is also great.

This is a restaurant in Kinshicho that specializes in oyster ramen. One of the best things about it is its close proximity to the station, just a short walk from Kinshicho Station North Exit. As for the oyster ramen itself, it has a unique soup that is different from the usual flavors, which is delicious. If you like rich, savory ramen, you will definitely enjoy this taste. The ingredients also blend perfectly with the oyster broth. The rice dishes (oyster rice, chashu bowl) are priced at around 500 yen, so it would have been nice if they offered a smaller size option. Overall, the ramen was delicious.

Oyster ramen available in Kinshicho. The combination of oyster broth soaking into the soup and curly noodles is incredibly delicious. You can enhance the flavor with seaweed and green onions. You can also choose ramen with oysters as toppings instead of chashu, allowing you to enjoy oysters not only in the soup but also as toppings!

"Noodle Shop Saisi" is about a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station. It was a bit crowded, likely due to the lunch hour on a weekday.
[Ordered Items]
I thought about trying the oyster ramen that they were promoting, but I wasn't in the mood for oysters. Since it was a ramen dish, I opted for char siu as a topping instead of oysters. However, the soup was made with oyster broth. It was a rich potage-style soup with a hint of oyster flavor. The noodles were medium-thick curly noodles with a good chewiness. They were cooked quite firm, which I personally liked. While the oyster soup didn't blow me away, it might be irresistible for oyster lovers. Thank you for the meal."

Oyster Ramen - 950 yen and others Visited on a weekend in mid-September at night. There were 2 customers already seated and 2 waiting to leave. This place is known for its sauna and ramen activities along the JR Chuo Line, which originated from a sauna event featuring gravure idol Mai Hino at Saunarium Koenji. It's located a 10-minute walk from my accommodation at "Spa & Capsule New Wing." I was intrigued by the positive reviews on Ramen Database, despite the average ratings, so I decided to try it out since I love oysters. The area is filled with temptations like the French restaurant "bistro Jitan" specializing in oysters. Upon entering, there was a ticket machine where I ordered the "Oyster Ramen," a bottle of beer, and 3 appetizers. I sat at the counter and handed over my food ticket, requesting the ramen to be served later. First, I enjoyed the bottle of beer and appetizers. The oysters were particularly delicious, adding a savory touch to the soy sauce seasoning. The soup had a creamy texture with a balanced oiliness, saltiness, and the delightful umami of oysters. However, I felt that the soup lacked depth and clarity in flavors, possibly due to the light base without animal products. I wondered how it would taste if they used seasonings. Next, the noodles were served - a medium-thick, slightly wavy noodle with a firm texture and chewiness that complemented the soup well. The noodles were from Maruyama Seimen and were satisfyingly delicious. The portion was around 150g. The toppings included oysters, seaweed, kaiware radish sprouts, white onions, and shredded red chili pepper. The oysters retained their flavor well without being overpowered by the heat, although I found the appetizers more enjoyable. The seaweed added a hint of sea flavor to the oyster soup. Overall, it was a unique bowl of ramen that focused on oysters. Enjoyed every bite.

While on my way to work, I passed by Menya Saisichi, so I decided to stop by for lunch. I was lucky to get a seat during the lunch rush. I purchased the Tsukemen Saisichi (¥1,200) from the ticket machine. The restaurant only had counter seating, but it was cool inside. I received my bowl of noodles in less than 10 minutes. The curly noodles coated well with the creamy broth, and the chopped seaweed added a nice touch. The flavors of oyster and seaweed really stimulated my appetite. I finished the dish quickly, even though I could have ordered extra noodles. I also enjoyed the butter-sautéed oysters and seasoned egg with the broth. It was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the delicious food.

I came to this place in Kinshicho to have dinner and was looking for ramen. I found an interesting option - oyster ramen. I ordered with a small chashu, 2 oysters, and a boiled egg. The noodles were thick and a bit firm, not my preference as I like noodles that are smooth and easy to eat. The soup had a nice oyster flavor, but I didn't finish it all, just took a few sips with a spoon. I realized that I prefer thinner noodles.

After a long time, I had a craving for oyster ramen and decided to visit. Luckily, there was only a short line, just the second group waiting. I ordered oyster ramen with oyster appetizer, a bottle of Black Label beer, while my companion chose Saisichi ramen and oyster rice. We started with a toast with the bottle of beer. Soon, the oyster appetizer and oyster rice arrived. It was an amazing combination! We enjoyed the oysters with some sips of beer! Before the ramen arrived, we had already finished the beer and moved on to highballs. We were having a mini party just the two of us, haha. When the ramen arrived, we savored the soup and noodles. The oyster broth was rich in flavor, and the curly noodles were a perfect match. The hot ramen was delicious! We requested some extra rice to add to the soup. And with the secret trick of black vinegar, we enjoyed a whole new flavor experience. The oyster porridge was the best! We had a delicious meal. Thank you for the feast!

Around 2:30 PM on Saturday, I bought a visit ramen and pork bowl. The pork bowl had chashu, green onions, nori, and other toppings, but it wasn't very impressive and didn't seem worth the 490 yen. The ramen, on the other hand, was delicious with its oyster soup base mixing well with the noodles.

I visited around 19:30 on a regular day, and the restaurant was empty. It was my first time trying the combination of tsukemen (¥950) and fresh oysters (¥400), and both were of high quality. The broth of the tsukemen had a strong oyster flavor that became more pronounced as I ate, making it a dish where you could really taste the oysters.

After watching a movie at Kinshicho Olinas, on my way back to the hotel, I came across a highly rated ramen shop called "Menya Sachi". I didn't want to regret not trying it, so I decided to go in. Their specialty is a no-additive ramen with oyster broth, and I tried their "Oyster Ramen". It was my first time trying ramen with oyster broth, and it was quite good for an occasional treat.

Oyster ramen for 950 yen. I arrived at the restaurant around 13:40 and there were about 3-4 customers already there. The ramen is made with a soup base from oysters and medium-thick noodles. The soup is full of flavor and very delicious. The noodles are chewy and not bad, but I think thinner noodles might be a better match for the soup.

On a regular day at 5:00 PM, the restaurant was already half full. I ordered the Oyster Ramen with two extra oysters as toppings. The noodles were medium-thick curly noodles, but they were too firm and didn't go well with the soup. The soup had a vague taste, like a mix of oyster, butter, and soy sauce. I had high expectations for the oyster's unique sea flavor, but the soup ended up being rough and not what I had imagined. The oysters themselves were small and tasted more bitter than savory.

Arrived around 1:00 PM on Sunday with a group of 4, but entered the restaurant 3 minutes later. Ordered the large serving of tsukemen. The creamy soup was filled with the delicious flavor of oysters, creating a gentle taste. The noodles were smooth and had a good texture. My companion ordered ramen. There were no condiments on the table. Thank you for the meal.

I was very satisfied with the rich oyster soup, which had two oysters in it. It paired well with the noodles. Personally, I really liked the addition of kaiware (daikon radish sprouts). The oyster ramen is also reasonably priced at less than 1000 yen. The fresh oysters were delicious too.

Ramen battleground Kinshicho. I visited this restaurant because it had high ratings on Tabelog and I was craving oysters.
- Oyster Ramen ¥950
Recently, ramen has become a luxury item, so getting a seafood ramen for under ¥1,000 is a good deal.
When I took a bite, the smell of the sea hit me! The broth is quite creamy, so it may be a matter of personal preference, but oyster lovers will surely enjoy it. I also had raw oysters and dumplings. The dumplings were very meaty and seemed like something that would be popular with guys. For me, pairing them with the rich ramen felt a bit heavy, but overall the food was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I went to Kinshicho for work, hoping to visit a ramen shop, but it was temporarily closed. Feeling unlucky, I decided to skip lunch for the day. However, I remembered a ramen shop nearby that I had visited before, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the oyster rice and ramen from the menu outside, both of which looked delicious. Surprisingly, the oyster ramen and oyster rice were the same price on the ticket machine. I received the oyster rice immediately after handing in my ticket. The oyster ramen arrived just 5 minutes later. The soup was very oyster-flavored, almost like oyster potage, and it was delicious. The curly noodles went well with the soup. The portion of noodles was a bit small, so it might be better to have a larger size or some rice. The oyster rice had four pieces of oyster on top, with a balanced seasoning that allowed the oyster flavor to shine through. It was refreshing with pickled vegetables and green onions. The oyster ramen also had two pieces of oyster, making it a luxurious lunch. It had been 5 years since my last visit, but the ramen was still delicious. I heard they also serve fresh oysters (maybe grilled), so I would like to try that next time. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 22:00 on a regular day and there was no wait. After that, customers started coming in one after another and the place was full. It was lucky timing. The Oyster Potage was interesting! If you like oysters, you will enjoy the rich broth, and the noodles were firm and satisfying. The ramen seemed to be free of artificial seasonings. I ordered the Saisichi ramen and beer. I actually preferred the pork over the oysters, so next time I might go for the regular ramen. The seasoned egg was surprisingly salty, so rice and sake are a must! I liked the soup, so I would rate it 3.6 out of 5.

I visited during lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised to be able to enter the restaurant after only a few minutes of waiting. Without doing any prior research, I relied on a friend's recommendation and decided to try the Saisichi Men. Although I initially planned to order the Oyster Ramen, I decided to splurge and try the Saisichi Men instead. Starting with the soup, the flavor and richness were completely unexpected and surpassed my expectations. It's a taste that oyster lovers will absolutely adore. The texture of the noodles was chewy and worked well with the richness of the soup. The toppings were simple, but they complemented the oyster flavor perfectly. Overall, it was a dish with a very well-balanced flavor profile.
