Purchased coffee beans and used for take-out drinks. It's located underground, so it's convenient to stop by when tired from shopping in the basement. The iced coffee beans have a refreshing taste with mild acidity, easy to drink quickly. For the take-out drink, I recommend the iced cappuccino. It's unusual to have cappuccino as an iced drink, but it felt like they put whipped cream and cocoa powder on iced coffee? They also accommodated specific requests like less ice, which I appreciate.

First visit in February 2021 (No.2373). This coffee shop was founded in Sapporo in 1965 and has multiple locations in Hokkaido, but for some reason, they also have two branches inside the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store in Tokyo. I visited the 4th floor branch the other day, so this time I visited this one. Last time, I had a delicious mild blend hot coffee, but I wasn't in the mood for coffee that day, so I bought the following items this time: Hot Cocoa (Short) 361 yen. There was one customer ahead of me, but they made each item carefully and I got my order in 5-6 minutes. I then moved to the rooftop, where there were many chairs and tables lined up. It's a popular spot for lunch, with many people dining alone, especially women, and there's also a smoking area. I often use this place. The hot cocoa was sweet and delicious, definitely worth the price. Thank you for the meal.

After visiting Kagurazaka (Pandefilozof), we headed to Nihonbashi. I thoroughly enjoyed the "Senju Hiroshi" exhibition, which I love. My husband had a great time at the chocolate event (Valentine's Day) and we met up afterwards. We wanted to have tea somewhere, but everywhere was crowded, so we gave up and went underground. We found a place to take a break near the exit, where there was an available table, so we had a coffee break there. Usually, when I drink coffee outside, it's hot, but this time I chose iced coffee because I was really thirsty. We sat at the table and took a short break. The iced coffee at the coffee shop was delicious. It's nice to drink it when there's a table available, but I probably wouldn't have if there weren't any. There were also people buying sweets and other treats downstairs and eating them here.

When I visited Mitsukoshi in Nihonbashi and its surrounding area, I enjoyed a cup of coffee here. There are plenty of seating areas available in the Mitsukoshi basement, so it's very convenient for a quick break and a drink without having to wait in line at a cafe. On this day, there was a special menu available, but I chose the regular blend. Personally, I find that caffeine in coffee helps me feel more refreshed than sweet juices. After enjoying my coffee, my husband rested on a chair while I had a leisurely look around the nearby Tomizawa Shoten and bakery. I would definitely come back here for a coffee break while shopping in the area.

Blend Coffee S ¥309 On a weekday in July, during lunchtime, I decided to have only coffee for lunch and visited this cafe. I thought I had conquered most of the cafes in the Mitsukoshi area, but this was actually my first visit here. Lately, I have been enjoying the espresso on the upper floor at Eataly, but decided to check out the floor below. Unlike Eataly, this place does not have dedicated seating, and the Mitsukoshi lobby serves as the eat-in area. The menu includes drip coffee, espresso, various coffee options, and tea. However, since it was my first visit, I decided to go with the usual drip coffee, the "Blend Coffee". The price for a small size was ¥309, which is not high for an independent cafe. However, since it is not brewed per cup, it is best not to have high expectations for the quality. Since there is no eat-in option, all orders are served in takeaway cups. When I removed the lid from the cup, I found a coffee that was more black than amber. Perhaps this darkness was due to aging rather than roasting. Nevertheless, the aroma still retained some freshness. The temperature was not too hot. However, the taste was dominated by a deteriorated bitterness, making it difficult for me to distinguish the original coffee flavor. Sweetness and acidity were almost non-existent, with a heavy aftertaste. The original taste might have been better. Otherwise, the price would feel unjustified. I probably won't be revisiting this place.

I visit this place twice a month to buy beans. I enjoy trying out new varieties. It's also a nice place to take a break. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the staff's kindness and consideration are also wonderful.

In addition to coffee, the cakes and toast are delicious. There is a smoking area, so when I'm alone, I sit in the non-smoking section, but when I'm with someone, I sit in the smoking section. I enjoy the monthly cake set. The coffee is a bit pricey, but there are no other cafes nearby with this quality, so I always come here. (Please let me know if there is one)

You can purchase high-quality coffee beans that have been freshly roasted. This shop offers one of the best cost-performance ratios in the area. When buying 200g of coffee beans at a supermarket, it usually costs around 450 yen. For coffee bean specialty shops that roast their own beans, the standard price range is usually between 1000-1200 yen. However, this shop sells them for just under 1000 yen. If you have business near Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, you might be torn between buying coffee beans here or at Café Biott. For lunch, go to Café Biott, but if you're only buying beans, then choose Miyakoshiya Coffee.

I bought a scone at the neighboring British royal bakery and was planning to eat it on a bench at Mitsukoshi, but then I saw Miyakoshi Coffee right in front of me. I purchased a blend coffee for 308 yen. Miyakoshi Coffee is a high-end coffee shop, but even for takeout, 308 yen is very reasonable. The staff is also lovely with a nice smile. The taste was refreshing and very delicious. It's a hidden gem of a great little shop tucked away in a corner of the store.

This is a coffee shop located in the basement of the Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi store's new building, with a counter-style seating area for dining in. There are a few chairs and table seats along the walls and near the escalator where you can enjoy your coffee. Unlike the more upscale atmosphere of Miyakoshiya Coffee on the 4th floor of the same building, this shop is more casual and easy to visit. We ordered a blend coffee and an espresso coffee in paper cups and enjoyed them together. The taste was quite good.

Miyakoshiya Coffee is located in the basement of Mitsukoshi Main Store in Nihonbashi. It is a stand-up style cafe with no seats, but there are benches and simple table sets nearby where you can sit and enjoy your drink. I ordered a cappuccino for 308 yen and found it to be delicious with a strong and pleasant bitterness. The service was good and the price was very reasonable for the quality of coffee. I will definitely visit again.

In Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi, there is a coffee shop called Miyakoshiya Coffee. At first, I went to the café on the upper floor. There was a bean sales area at the entrance, and seats in the back, giving a quiet and comfortable impression. I ordered beans from the staff while looking at the showcase at the entrance. They kindly informed me that there is also a shop downstairs, and if I buy there, I can get a stamp card for discounts. How nice! I thanked them and went downstairs. The shop downstairs not only sells beans, but also has a corner for coffee takeout only, and it seemed popular with many customers. I purchased two types of beans: French Blend 100g for 450 yen and Mitsukoshi Original Blend 100g for 500 yen. They also gave me a stamp card. There are services such as a 50 yen discount for takeout and a 10% increase in beans when you collect stamps. They pack the beans in a bag after you order, so there is a little wait time. The taste is as described on the plate with the product names before purchase. The Mitsukoshi Blend has a mild and gentle taste, while the French Blend has a strong bitterness, giving it an adult-like taste. Both tasted exactly as described. It's easy to choose with the taste descriptions! There is also seating space near the sales area, so I'm thinking of trying the coffee takeout next time.

On a certain weekday afternoon, I had some errands and met up with my partner at Mitsukoshi in Nihonbashi. I usually don't come to department stores, so I waited for my partner feeling a bit out of place and tired. I decided to take a break and went towards the subway station, where I found a cozy space where you could have coffee. It was around 1:00 PM, there were no other customers, so I ordered an iced coffee (308 yen) and received it along with some syrup and milk. I sat down and tried the coffee without adding anything first, and it was surprisingly bitter and rich in flavor, really delicious. It seemed like adding syrup and milk would make it even more luxurious. I felt like I got a good deal for such tasty coffee at a place like this in Mitsukoshi. Just as I finished my coffee, my partner arrived. I will definitely use this place for our future meetups. Thank you for the meal.

A coffee specialty cafe located on the B1 floor of the new Mitsukoshi department store directly connected to Mitsukoshi-mae Station. After finishing shopping at Mitsukoshi department store, I stopped by before heading home. I ordered a small size hot blend coffee for 308 yen including tax. As the weather was getting chilly, I opted for a hot coffee. I personally prefer the taste of hot coffee. It was a holiday and the Mitsukoshi department store was quite empty in the morning. Therefore, this cafe was also relaxed and spacious. Although it had a casual cafe atmosphere, the space was comfortable and suitable for a break. The coffee was simply delicious (I accidentally added milk before tasting it, but it was still good). ^^

This is a coffee shop in the basement of Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi's new building. It is located near the subway connection and escalators. The shop is small, not as big as others. It seems to have stores mainly in Hokkaido and is a very famous shop. The nearby Shinbashi store is larger and more relaxing. It can get hot inside department stores, but this shop's location is relatively cool because it is close to the entrance. I always order cold coffee because I get thirsty from shopping. The smell of coffee always soothes me when I'm tired from shopping.

I usually stop by this place on my way back after shopping at Mitsukoshi. It's conveniently located near the escalator to the subway, and the smell of coffee always draws me in. They sell coffee beans and drinks, and I usually get a caramel latte to go. It's not the most amazing coffee, but it's good enough for me. The prices are a bit cheaper than Starbucks, and they have a decent variety of drinks to choose from. It's a nice spot to take a break and enjoy a drink, whether sitting on the bench or walking around.

I often take a walk around the Nihonbashi area, and I frequently use this shop located in the basement of Mitsukoshi Main Store. There are no dedicated seats in the shop, but there is a bench nearby where you can purchase items and sit down to take a break. The taste of the coffee is similar to Starbucks, so I think everyone will find it easy to drink. When I want to drink a fruity drink, I go to the cafe on the 1st floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi, and when I want coffee, I come to this shop. Buying some snacks in the basement of Mitsukoshi and enjoying coffee while eating them is quite a hidden gem and recommended for a little break.
