I visited a hamburger specialty store located about a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station, in the backstreets of Shibuya. It's been a while since I walked from Tokyu Honten towards Tomigaya, and I noticed that a nostalgic rice shop had disappeared! I was rooting for them in my heart, but it's so disappointing. As I approached the stylish building that now stands on the former rice shop site, I saw that a hamburger shop was inside. When I got closer to the door, I realized it was the back entrance, so I went around to the front. Looking at the menu in front of the restaurant, I was surprised to see that some burgers were priced over 3000 yen! I thought it was too expensive, but other menu items were more reasonable, so I decided to go in. They had unique burgers like Caviar Shrimp Burger, Truffle Cheese Burger, and Foie Gras Wagyu Burger. The Foie Gras Wagyu Burger was priced in the 3000 yen range on the menu, but due to the weak yen, it ended up being over 4000 yen. The restaurant was supervised by the popular "Burger POLICE" and owned by the Blue Juice Prince. I didn't know that until I searched it up later. The interior of the restaurant had a sophisticated atmosphere with dark gray and brown tones, and table seats were lined up at the back. What I had: - Ricotta Cheese Burger - Potato Fries - Drink Set with Mikan Juice When I heard that they had Mikan Juice as a drink option, I found it rare and interesting. They mentioned that it was a straight Mikan juice made by the Pon Juice company, and I decided to order it because it sounded delicious. The Mikan Juice was really tasty, as expected from a straight juice. Oh, I see, the fruit juice was available because it was a shop by the Blue Juice Prince. Maybe I should have tried that too. The Potato Fries were freshly fried and deliciously crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were served with a mix of ketchup and mayonnaise, which was a nice touch. The Ricotta Cheese Burger was incredibly delicious. The buns were crispy and had a fantastic texture. The 100% Wagyu beef patty was juicy and flavorful. It was so delicious! The thick-cut tomato added a nice flavor, and the anchovy sauce provided a salty and aromatic touch. However, the ricotta cheese didn't stand out much. Maybe a classic burger would have been a better choice at first. The softness of the ricotta cheese made it easy to overlook its taste amid the amazing buns and patty. Overall, it was a great meal. Thank you.

I came to the restaurant during a business trip after seeing a review saying that the concept of burgers has changed. I was drawn to the menu item "Simple is Best" and chose the Salt Koji Burger [100% Japanese beef meat patty / shiso leaves / white miso mayonnaise] for my first burger. The patty seasoned with salt koji, combined with shiso leaves and white miso mayonnaise, offered a simple yet rich taste with a hint of Japanese flavor. It was a unique taste that I had never experienced before. Wow! It's delicious! I could feel the umami of the ingredients without excessive seasoning. Indeed, the concept of burgers has changed! I will visit again if I happen to be nearby.

I went to Shogun Burger to try their delicious hamburgers, but there was a long line, so I searched for a nearby burger joint and found this one produced by Aojiru Prince. When I arrived, it was crowded around noon, but there was only the chef inside. I felt a bit uneasy, but I ordered the Wagyu beef stew burger (2,200 yen). Just so you know, there are no side dishes even during lunchtime. I went to wash my hands and found the restroom to be as dirty as a late-night karaoke place, with trash cans and the sink area in a bad state. Although the interior looked clean, there were dust and oil stains here and there. When my burger arrived, the taste was good as expected, but the cost performance was not worth it at all. Just before leaving, the chef's acquaintance arrived and they started chatting loudly. This is how it is when a businessman like Aojiru Prince produces food... What a shame. I won't be visiting again.

A burger restaurant that is Instagram-worthy with luxurious burgers featuring truffles and foie gras. They also offer a variety of appetizers and a wide selection of wines. In the evening, they operate on a one-drink minimum order policy, so I ordered a draft beer (Heartland) and decided to try the sautéed zucchini. The zucchini was fresh and delicious, seasoned with salted mullet roe and fragrant karasumi. For the burger, I opted for the Salt Koji Burger priced at 1,900 yen. Even though it wasn't as extravagant as some of the other options, the 100% wagyu beef patty was still luxurious. I couldn't really taste the salt koji marinade, but the combination of rare wagyu beef with white miso mayonnaise sauce and shiso leaf was delightful. The burger was unique, with a rich patty and flavorful sauce complemented by the fresh herb and fluffy toasted bun. The draft beer was so good that I ended up having three glasses. #TokyoGourmet #TokyoBurgers #ShibuyaGourmet #ShibuyaBurgers #YoyogiHachimanGourmet #YoyogiHachimanBurgers #BurgerPrince #FoodieConnect #BurgerLovers #tokyohamburger #shibuyahamburger #burgerprince #hamburgerlovers

I visited smoothly at 2:15 pm on Saturday and Sunday. I ordered the flagship item, the salt koji burger for 1900 yen, and a fruit green juice for 400 yen. Until 3:00 pm, if you order a drink, you get a free potato service. The burger had crispy buns, a rare-style Wagyu patty with a light umami flavor, mixed with refreshing shiso and koji sauce. The potatoes were thick-cut with the skin on, crispy and salty. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Two of us, both women, visited the restaurant. We each had a hamburger, three glasses of sparkling wine, a salad, and dessert, and enjoyed everything until we were full. We ordered a teriyaki burger and a ricotta cheese burger. They were elegant yet each had a distinct flavor, and were very delicious. We were happy with the detailed explanation of the wines. 😊

Hello everyone☀️. This is ZMA. Today, I would like to introduce a restaurant that has been receiving a lot of attention in the reels - "Burger PRINCE" in Shibuya. This restaurant is a collaboration between the popular "Aojiru Prince" Yuta Misaki and Burger POLICE located near Tokyo Metropolitan University. A follower recommended this place to me, so I decided to visit. The restaurants in this series are more like burger bistros than traditional burger joints. I ordered the Salt Koji Burger for ¥1900 and the Panna Cotta for ¥600. The interior of the restaurant has a chic design, and the burgers have a unique twist, making them enjoyable even for those who are not big fans of hamburgers. The burger uses 100% wagyu beef patty, giving it a rare and juicy texture. The buns are crispy, and the patty is juicy, complemented by white miso mayonnaise and fresh shiso leaves. The aftertaste is well-balanced, making it a great choice for a snack or a meal. The Panna Cotta was also unique, with cookie-like flakes on top. It had a perfect creamy texture and a hint of liqueur flavor. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Some points to note are that the restaurant is relatively quiet during the day and gets busier at night. They also offer a variety of side dishes, making it a great place to enjoy with some drinks. I hope you all have a wonderful time at a great burger restaurant. See you later!

The popular restaurant "Burger POLICE" supervised the menu at this restaurant, featuring luxurious hamburgers made with three of the world's most rare delicacies: caviar, truffles, and foie gras. The creative dishes offered here are not typical of a hamburger joint, with a chic and stylish atmosphere where everything from the food to the decor is fashionable. For this visit, the following was ordered: - Wagyu Beef Ragout Burger: Wagyu beef patty and wagyu beef ragout with a soft-boiled egg and black pepper sandwiched between crispy buns from Mineya. The burger does not contain any fresh vegetables, allowing it to be eaten hot throughout the meal. (Caution for those sensitive to hot temperatures) The patty was coarsely ground, offering a taste more concentrated on the umami of the lean meat rather than juiciness. The wagyu beef ragout was tenderized with balsamic vinegar, adding a refreshing umami flavor, while the half-boiled egg provided richness. The presence of fresh black pepper was also enjoyable. The accompanying potato fritters had a subtle saltiness, and may be best enjoyed with the ketchup and mayonnaise provided in cups. Overall, there was a strong attention to detail in the ingredients, preparation, and presentation, though I personally felt it was a bit too refined. I prefer dishes with a bit more punch. The restaurant's stylish atmosphere makes it a great place for a relaxed dining experience. Thank you for the meal!

I came to enjoy a luxurious hamburger in a nice atmosphere with stylish interior and lighting. I ordered the foie gras burger, which was a bit pricey at 4500 yen due to the impact of bird flu, but it was a rare treat. My partner had the classic burger with cheese topping. My partner had two beers, so we got complimentary fries. The salad with strawberries and feta cheese was delicious, with the slight sweetness of the cheese complementing the fresh acidity of the strawberries. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the meat was cooked rarer than I prefer. I thought the variety of appetizers on the menu was impressive and made me think that the place could work well as a bar rather than just a burger shop. The small entrance made it seem like a place to indulge in hearty burgers, which made me hesitant to visit before, but with a wider selection of wines, it could easily transition into a wine bar. I imagined that ordering one appetizer dish while enjoying drinks would increase the average customer spending, given how appetizing the appetizers seemed. I regretted not being able to try more of the delicious-looking dishes on the menu this time, as I was too full after just one burger each. Overall, I think it's a wonderful restaurant that offers more than just burgers. Thank you for the meal.

Located in Okubo, this burger restaurant is the sister store of TACUBO and was quickly popularized by Burger POLICE. They offer a variety of burgers, including some with foie gras and truffles, as well as more affordable options in the 1,000 yen range. On this particular visit, I tried the Teriyaki Burger lunch set, which came with potato fries and a drink. The burger was delicious! The crispy buns paired perfectly with the rare-cooked patty, which was juicy and flavorful. The sweet teriyaki sauce enhanced the meat's flavor rather than overpowering it. It was a well-balanced burger with a great aroma and a nice touch of smoked cheese. The fries were also delicious, with a variety of cuts served crispy. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal! ✨

A bistro-style burger restaurant supervised by BurgerPOLICE at a public university. The chic and stylish space with a black color scheme drew me in, and I chose the Teriyaki Burger with Iburi-gakko (smoked pickles). The crispy and fragrant buns, the meatiness of the 100% Wagyu beef patty, and the texture of the tartar sauce were irresistible. The fluffy potatoes were also delicious. Perhaps because it is run by the "Aojiru Prince," there is also Aojiru (green juice) available as a drink, which is quite impressive. Teriyaki Burger ¥1500, Fries Set ¥400.

On a regular night around 7:30 PM, I entered the restaurant and there were no customers present. Unfortunately, they were unable to serve foie gras burgers due to the high prices caused by wars and bird flu. The classic burger had a rare bun, but the flavor was rich and the barbecue sauce was tasty. The pan was grilled on the outside, making it tough and not to my liking. The salt koji burger had a similar meat to the classic, with a delicious Japanese flavor from the salt koji and shiso. The bread was also hard on the outside like the classic. The regular size potato fritters were delicious when freshly fried. I was wearing a hamburger T-shirt and the staff engaged me in conversation, sharing the struggles of running a hamburger business.

"TACUBO's sister restaurant 'Burger POLICE' teamed up with Aojiru Prince Yuta Misaki to supervise the opening of a hamburger restaurant in July 2021. Located in the back Shibuya area, just off Center Gai. This restaurant offers premium burgers supervised by Burger Police, using the world's top three delicacies: caviar, truffles, and foie gras. The chic black-themed interior, with cutlery set on the table, creates a restaurant-like atmosphere. The patty is made from 100% Japanese beef, ground fresh every morning with salt koji for added flavor. The crispy toasted buns are original creations by Mineya. Since Aojiru Prince supervised, there are also green juice products available that are hard to resist. Due to the impact of avian influenza this year, foie gras has become difficult to obtain, so the foie gras burger was not available. I ordered the caviar shrimp burger, which was delicious, but the premium burgers are a bit pricey. The regular menu items are priced around 1,500 yen, so those would be more suitable for everyday use. [Order] - Caviar Shrimp Burger 3,480 yen - Fruit Aojiru Shake 800 yen"

The burger had a lot of attention to detail in each component! I ordered the salt koji burger and teriyaki burger lunch set. The buns were perfectly crispy and fluffy, and the combination of fresh tomatoes and lettuce was excellent. The juicy hamburger also really whetted my appetite! It was a delicious taste!

A high-end burger restaurant located a short walk from Shibuya Station towards Yoyogi, serving premium burgers made with 100% Japanese beef. The interior is stylish and peaceful, resembling a classy restaurant. I was indecisive about what to order, but ended up choosing the Classic Burger, which seemed like a safe bet. When the burger arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by its size and presentation. It looked even more delicious than I had imagined. The bun was warm, the patty was tender with a hint of rareness, and despite its appearance, it was not too heavy thanks to the generous amount of vegetables. There were also options with truffle or foie gras, but unfortunately they were not available during my visit. I would definitely try them next time. - Ordered: Salt Malt Burger, Classic Burger with Cheese Topping, Potato Fries - Restaurant Name: BurgerPRINCE - Access: 11-minute walk from Shibuya Station - Hours: 12:00-22:00 - Budget: ¥2,000 per person - Instagram: @burgerprinceshibuya

Shibuya's Burger Prince is a famous burger shop supervised by a renowned burger police. Their specialty is a high-end burger made with the world's three rare delicacies: caviar, foie gras, and truffles. The interior of the shop has a luxurious and chic atmosphere. Looking at the premium burger menu, the prices are surprisingly high. I ordered the Foie Gras Wagyu Burger for 3480 yen along with some fries. Honestly, I didn't think it was worth the price. It was delicious, but nothing extraordinary. The patty was thin with a generous amount of foie gras, but overall, the taste felt lacking. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they were delicious. - Name: Burger Prince - Google Maps: Burger PRINCE 03-5738-8808 https://goo.gl/maps/UbBwWVrPYbZfkkza8 - Nearest Station: 10 minutes walk from Shibuya Station, 643m from Shinsen Station - Opening Hours: 12:00-22:00 (Last Order 21:00), open on Sundays - Closed on irregular days - Reservation: Available - Budget: Dinner 3000-3999 yen, Lunch 1000-1999 yen - Other Information: Private rooms available for up to 8 people (can be separated with curtains), available for private parties, all seats non-smoking, no parking #BurgerPrince #ShibuyaGourmet #ShibuyaBurger #Burger #TokyoBurger #Foodies #Foodstagram #FoodLover #FoodTravel #DeliciousFood #GourmetTravel #FoodReport #FoodWriter #BClassGourmet #TokyoFood #FoodBlogger

I got lost trying to find the entrance but eventually found the shop. I chose the premium truffle burger that I saw on social media. It had a rich aroma and juicy meat, it was amazing. The side menu was also outstanding. They had salads that you wouldn't find at a regular burger joint, all of which seemed to pair well with wine. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This is a sister store of BURGER POLICE, a renowned Italian restaurant supervised by TAKUBO. While BURGER POLICE focuses on the ultimate simplicity of buns and patties, this place offers gourmet burgers with various high-quality ingredients. They incorporate luxury ingredients into their burgers, such as adding smoked cheese to tartar or creating high-end burgers. I wanted to try the luxury ingredient burgers, but this time I ordered the classic Teriyaki burger. The buns were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, delicious. The 100% Japanese beef patty was meaty and flavorful, with a strong meaty taste as you chew. The Teriyaki sauce had a refined, elegant flavor, more on the light and sophisticated side. Personally, I prefer the sweeter, stickier type of Teriyaki that Japanese people enjoy, so I thought it was a bit too refined. The fries were crispy and tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and the service was good, so I look forward to trying their high-end burgers next time. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the night course menu and the foie gras and meat were incredibly delicious ☺️✨ When oysters came out, I usually don't like oysters but the ones here were really tasty. The asparagus was crunchy and the gazpacho was well-seasoned. The gourmet burger is a bit pricey but I think it's worth treating yourself to. It's a satisfying dish.
