chocosara
A Spanish restaurant located just a few minutes' walk from Shimbashi Station and Higashi-Ginza Station. The Michelin-listed "Bar de España Pelo," which was previously featured in the Bib Gourmand, has been relocated in the same Ginza area and opened in November 2021. The restaurant has a stylish and dimly lit atmosphere, with both table and counter seating available. The charm of this restaurant lies in the opportunity to enjoy more authentic Spanish cuisine, closer to the original. They offer a variety of dishes made with carefully selected ingredients from Spain, such as the highest quality 36-month aged hamon iberico from Joselito and the rare Iberico pork platter from Montesano.
