It was a classic and well-executed shortcake. The "Mont Blanc" had a generous amount of chestnut paste with custard, cream, and chestnut sponge inside. It had a satisfying texture but didn't leave a lasting impression. The "Cream Puff" had a light and airy choux pastry cut in half with a smooth and creamy filling that had a milky flavor. I would definitely consider going back for the Shortcake and Cream Puff, as they were delicious and reasonably priced. Great option for when you crave tasty cakes.
