I felt like eating yakitori so I stopped by casually. I had a perfect Suntory beer with zero sugar, which made me happy. The yakitori was cooked just right, especially the heart was delicious. The thigh and skin were also tasty. Everything was served with salt. The atmosphere was not noisy and the place was comfortable.

After work, I had a drink. I enjoyed Sapporo's Akahoshi beer with a variety of grilled chicken skewers, edamame, fried tofu, and I also had Ishikawa's Tengu Mai sake. I usually feel satisfied with this amount and head home, but I end up having another drink and snack before bed, which is why I can't lose weight.

Actually, I accidentally entered a different yakitori restaurant in Mita (^_^;) But the yakitori here, with its light salt flavor, suited my taste. There is only one person grilling, so it takes a bit of time, but everything is cooked well and there is a good variety of choices. Especially the negima and momo are served in a "large skewer" that is about twice the size of the other skewers. It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the first two skewers, like the chicken breast, are the same size as the back two skewers in the photo. It was exciting to see how they would be served, and I was pleasantly surprised by the larger size. I also tried a few other skewers not shown here, and it satisfied my hunger.

All the dishes were delicious! I went with a colleague. The atmosphere is like a traditional Japanese house, very calming.
