I visited for lunch after 11 o'clock and found out that a new restaurant had opened without me knowing! So, I decided to change my plans for ramen and entered the restaurant. I was the first customer, probably because it was still early. The sign outside still said "Takanao," the previous restaurant, so I'm not sure if they are just renting the space during the day or if it's a takeover. They have been open since October. The menu only had ginger pork rice bowl with a soft-boiled egg topping for 1,400 yen. They mentioned something about "limit-breaking ginger." The bowl had rice, boiled cabbage, and ginger pork. They recommended adding a blue-green algae soy sauce to the soft-boiled egg. It was incredibly delicious. The pork was tender, the "limit-breaking ginger" had no overpowering taste, and the blue-green algae soy sauce and soft-boiled egg were excellent. I enjoyed my meal today as well.
