The Tochio Aged is indeed delicious, but if you order the recommended platter of 3 varieties, it can be quite filling, so one or two pieces should be enough. On this day, we were seated in a private room that resembled a hidden dating spot like Ichiran, which was fun, but it may feel cramped for those who don't like confined spaces. There are other types of seating available, so ask the staff. The private room is somewhat makeshift, and conversations can be heard outside. The grilled green onion and fatty tuna skewer was delicious on this day! The crab cream croquette with crab miso was also delicious, and the sashimi was good too. I forgot to take a picture, but the fresh oysters were rich and delicious. The squid liver was a bit mediocre. It was delicious when I had it in Hakodate, so I don't hate it, but it was a bit underwhelming. I used to think the taste had deteriorated and that it was a restaurant with poor value for money. However, when I went back after a long time, it was delicious, and the value for money was not that bad. The Ikagoro Yaki is a luxurious dish where the squid meat and liver are grilled together, allowing you to fully savor the deliciousness of the squid. It is already delicious on its own, but turning the remaining broth into zosui (rice porridge for 150 yen) creates an exquisite dish.
