The air conditioning was quite strong, but it was too cold inside because I came dressed lightly due to the hot weather outside. Many people seemed to be feeling cold. Despite wanting to enjoy a chilled beer in the slightly humid weather, the cold made it less appealing. The gyoza and stir-fried leeks with liver set meal was delicious. The total bill was 1,210 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

The fried rice had a good amount of volume and a refreshing taste, adding some pepper gave it a little punch... The dumplings had a gentle flavor with a hint of sweetness from the vegetables... The soup that came with the fried rice had a soy sauce, chicken broth, and green onion flavor, which was delicious. The total bill was 1,100 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal!

Limited time menu, so I ordered... The gyoza arrived first, with a nice crispy sear. The flavor was well-steamed and the texture was quite good! Delicious. The champon had a classic aroma and flavor... if I had to say, the noodles were a bit mismatched... thin flat noodles that were quite firm... with various vegetables and seafood mixed in, it was not bad for the price. The total bill was 1,250 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal!

A late lunch...it's not crowded. It's convenient that this chain restaurant is open all day. My favorite dish here is the Stir-fried Leek and Liver Set Meal. It comes with plenty of bean sprouts, leeks, and a crunchy texture, all coated in a flavorful sauce. The liver is also plentiful, with a crispy texture and a rich umami flavor. It's really delicious. The total bill was 1,180 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal!

Three items were served on a tray at the same time... I had a bad feeling about it... And as expected, the gyoza and half-fried rice were lukewarm... It seemed like they were left out to be served at the same time, as the half-fried rice had a bowl on top of it and it was rushed to be removed... The noodles were clumped together and not properly separated, and the soup was also lukewarm... It seems like only the noodles that were cooked last were hot, while the rest were left out for a while... It's a shame that the potential of the dishes was not fully realized due to the quality of the preparation... The total bill was 1,120 yen including tax... Thank you for the meal...

This affordable Chinese restaurant chain is open all day, so it's convenient for an early dinner. Their side dishes are cheap and delicious, like dumplings and draft beer. The main set meal comes with plenty of vegetables and liver, satisfying and tasty. The rice and soup are also delicious. The total bill was 1,170 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

I visited "Chuka Shokudo Hidaka-ya Kamibatake Kitaguchi-ten" located on the 1st floor of Takano Building in front of Kamibatake Station North Exit on the Tobu Tojo Line on August 26, 2022. The restaurant is operated by Hidei Hidaka Co., Ltd. The store used to be located along Tokiwa Street, but it was temporarily integrated with the Tokiwadai Kitaguchi store and reopened at the site of a game center in front of the station on June 23, 2021. The opening hours are from 10:30 to 23:00 (last order at 22:30). The cozy interior with wooden flooring has a total of 45 seats, playing J-POP music in the background. Orders are placed through a touch panel, and payments can be made with credit cards, electronic money, or QR code. There is also a smoking booth available. I ordered the "C Gyoza Set (Tanmen)" with an extra serving of noodles. The Tanmen soup is rich in flavor with plenty of vegetables such as bean sprouts and cabbage, in a chicken broth base. Although it didn't seem too crowded, the gyoza was served a bit late but still delicious.

The noodles were flat and slightly thin, quite heavy with a firm texture that didn't have much original flavor. The bowl had a lot of noodles, which was overwhelming. The vegetables were mainly bean sprouts, with limited variety in ingredients, giving a somewhat monotonous taste. The soup was sweet and easy to drink, with a gentle miso flavor. Overall, the taste was normal and not bad. The total cost was 1,010 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal!

The slightly lower quality of the dish may be due to the small amount of cooking done. It tastes like it was quickly reheated, similar to microwaving. Overall, the efficiency of the cooking process may be the reason for this. The total cost was 920 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

Stir-fried liver with leeks is a great deal with plenty of liver, crunchy leeks and bean sprouts. The overall taste is not bad, but it could use a bit more oil for better flavor. The seasoning balance is perfect, and it goes really well with rice, providing a satisfying meal. Beer and dumplings are also delicious, and the prices are reasonable. This Chinese chain restaurant is very honest. The total bill came to 1,100 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

Despite being busy, they are able to maintain the quality of their dishes, which is great. Even though they have introduced touch panels for efficiency, many elderly customers still rely on the staff to operate them, which gives the impression that they are not willing to try new things. However, the low prices, delicious food, and nutritious options make this Chinese restaurant chain very likeable. The total bill was 1,260 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

The soup had a good balance of saltiness with a chicken broth base, a slight oil film on top, and was quite hot... It stayed hot until the end, which was very satisfying. It had plenty of various vegetables with a crunchy texture as if they were blanched in oil. There was also a generous amount of pork belly in it, making it a very hearty bowl. The total bill was 520 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

The air conditioning is too cold, but it's a common thing. The ramen wasn't as hot as expected, maybe they made it lukewarm because it's summer. Overall, the taste was not bad. The bill was 650 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

The tsukemen at this place is something I take pride in being quite knowledgeable about, and overall, it was not bad. In terms of performance for the price, I think it's good. If I had to point out something, the dipping sauce was a bit too thick, but there was plenty of it, so the balance wasn't great. In my experience, considering soup dilution, you could probably do with about half the amount, and if they could tone down the salt a bit and add more depth to the flavor, it would be much better. The noodles were thin and curly, but I think for tsukemen, thicker straight noodles would provide a better texture and chew. Nevertheless, it was a satisfying bowl overall. The total came to 1,040 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

This is a newly opened store. It's very clean. You order using a touch panel... It's quite easy to understand, so you'll get used to it quickly. The stir-fried leek and liver dish has plenty of crunchy bean sprouts and leeks, with just the right amount of broth, and the liver is deliciously tender... The soup and pickled vegetables are also tasty... The rice topped with stir-fried leek and liver is also delicious. The dumplings are properly hot and tasty too. The total bill came to 1,100 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.

Surprisingly, more than half of the customers were present even during off-peak hours. It was quite impressive. Some customers seemed to be enjoying their drinks, but everyone appeared to be having a relaxing and enjoyable time. I stopped by in between work when I was feeling really hungry and decided to order the special 50th anniversary dish at Hidakaya, which was the Hidakaya Chanpon and half fried rice for ¥930 (tax included). The noodles used were the flat, thin, and curly noodles that are also used in Hidakaya's ramen. They paired well with the light pork bone and chicken broth, and it was delicious. If you were to ask if it was Chanpon, there was a slight sense of incongruity because the noodles were different. I was expecting the round cross-section noodles of Chanpon. However, this dish is called "Hidakaya Chanpon." It's a different type. It was packed with cabbage, shrimp, squid, pork, and fish cake, and I was completely satisfied. Thank you for the meal. I wonder what the next 50th anniversary menu will be. Looking forward to it.
