I tried tofu soft serve ice cream while food hopping. It had a strong tofu flavor and a subtle sweetness, which made it delicious. I didn't get tired of it and enjoyed it until the end. I'm curious about other flavors, so next time I'll try the salted milk soft serve ice cream.

Got off at Togoshi Ginza Station. Turned left after passing through the ticket gate, crossed the pedestrian crossing, and walked quite a distance to reach a discount shop. They offer various items such as reasonably priced non-refrigerated food and imported sweets, and despite being located beyond the main area of Togoshi Ginza shopping street, there are always customers present. Next to the shop, there is a discreet window selling soft gelato and tapioca drinks. The window seems to be connected to the register inside Kishifort. When I heard Kishifort, I personally thought of "Dokkiri Camera no Kishifort." On a Saturday in June 2019, just before 4 pm, I purchased the "tofu milk soft gelato" that had caught my attention. Tofu milk seems to be the most popular flavor in the soft gelato. (Price including 8% consumption tax) The order was tofu milk soft gelato for ¥350, and it came in a cone by default. The cone was a light type. The gelato is squeezed out from a machine, similar to the soft serve system at convenience stores. When I think about it, it's unlikely for a discount shop to have a soft serve machine. I could vaguely sense a tofu-like flavor in the milk taste. Well... probably they use tofu in it, I thought. The value for money of just the soft serve is quite low, but the shop has many bargain items, so it balances out.

I ordered tofu milk soft serve ice cream. The texture was off, not smooth but rather crumbly, making it break apart instead of swirling smoothly. The amount was so little that you could see the cone through it. I couldn't even take a picture because the staff wouldn't stop talking. The taste was okay, but I think IKEA soft serve ice cream is better with more quantity. Overall, it was disappointing.
