The shop is part of a rotating food court-like location called Nihonbashi Small Food Court, so dishes are served in disposable plastic containers. I ordered the Chashu Ramen for ¥1,200. It had a classic Sano Ramen taste, making it a good late-night option. The fact that they use tap water to serve water was a bit concerning. The shop seemed to be run by a single staff member, so service was a bit slow. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

Since it was understaffed, there was quite a long wait. The noodles were overcooked, the soup was lukewarm, the chashu was cold, and they forgot to put in the green onions (but they gave them to me when I asked). The dish that came out was different from the menu image, so it was a slightly disappointing dinner. However, the soup was delicious.
