I stopped by this restaurant during my free time. It's located about a 5-minute walk from Yurakucho Station on the first floor. It's smoker-friendly and has a wide variety of menu options that I wanted to try, but I had another appointment so I just had a quick drink. The grilled eel liver was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

We stopped by this place after spending 4 hours drinking at a nice first-party venue nearby, where 6 people couldn't leave. I'm done with drinks, but the young people next to me are enjoying french fries and fried rice. It's amazing how young people can keep eating. What was interesting was that our seats were right in front of the restaurant's fridge. Occasionally, staff would come over and say, "Please help yourself to some ○○ from inside." It was really refreshing and fun to have them come over to ask us, as if it were natural. It's a prime spot! Give it a try!

I went to an izakaya with the mindset of just wanting to drink, so I entered this place. There are plenty of places to drink around Yurakucho, so it doesn't matter if it's not under the train tracks. It was a fish izakaya, so I probably ate a lot of fish. However, it left a somewhat unremarkable impression. It seems like a place where as long as you can drink, it's fine.

I visited before the holiday. The restaurant was crowded and they said the food would take some time. But still, it was too slow. It took about 20 minutes just for tomato slices to arrive, and I think the sashimi platter took about an hour. The grilled dish we ordered later came first, so it seemed like they forgot about it. Being busy is no excuse, right?

I remembered the lunch deal at the seafood izakaya in front of me before the movie, so I decided to jump in. The place seemed to have changed a lot over the past few years, as it used to be open 24 hours. However, when I went in, I was surprised to find out that they no longer had a lunch menu on weekends, and the dishes were categorized as rice dishes or noodle dishes. As soon as I sat down, they brought a 399 yen appetizer. I was in holiday mode, so I didn't mind, but I wondered what people who just wanted a meal would do. I ordered a seafood bowl for 2,199 yen, and since the appetizer had already arrived, I also ordered a draft beer for 549 yen. I sipped on the beer while waiting, enjoying the boiled spinach and shimeji mushrooms. The seafood bowl arrived shortly after, and it was filled with various ingredients like mackerel, salmon, sea bream, tuna, yellowtail, bonito tataki, salmon roe, whitebait, and sea urchin. The freshness was decent, but I felt it would have been perfect with a miso soup on the side. The place used to be packed during lunchtime on weekends, but now with no lunch menu, it wasn't very crowded. It seems they are not focusing on attracting customers during the day. Only time will tell if this strategy will be successful or not.

I visited a delicious izakaya called "Uo Maru Honten" which specializes in fish dishes. The prices are affordable, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere has a bit of a downtown feel. It's a cozy place in Yurakucho and Shinbashi area, perfect for enjoying drinks. The appetizers are carefully prepared and each dish is delicious. Overall, it's a satisfying place that I would like to visit again.

It was a surprise to discover this new affiliated restaurant (please refer to Uo no Hama Megumi at Yurakucho Sanchoku Yokocho). I am currently learning about both fish and Uyghur cuisine, so sometimes the information gets mixed up in my mind. But even so, I just visited last month, and when I saw the prices for things like fonts, designs, skewers, and fish heads, I realized my mistake once I entered the restaurant.

A popular casual izakaya called "Sakana Maru" known for its seafood dishes. The bill comes out to around 1500 yen per person, including an appetizer and two small dishes. It is part of a chain of restaurants commonly found in Ginza and Yurakucho areas. The atmosphere is somewhat upscale. This particular branch in Shinjuku, among many others, is usually open 24 hours and has multiple floors. Drinks range from 500 yen, with beers like Sapporo Black Label at 549 yen and Akadama large bottle at 649 yen. I recommend the large bottle for just 100 yen more. I wasn't very hungry after having a meal, so I ordered some light items like Akadama large bottle, Sapporo Black Label (draft), Umeshu fruit liquor, Changja (pickled vegetables), and edamame. The location is convenient, close to the Takarazuka Theater, Hibiya Shante, and Hibiya Station.

I wanted to eat something hearty, so I had the Chicken Nanban set meal on the second floor. Surprisingly, smoking is allowed here, which I didn't notice when I entered... I was the only new customer, but I had to wait for a long 15 minutes for my food. The meal consisted of shredded cabbage with Chicken Nanban, chicken and vegetable simmered in yuzu pepper flavor, salad, onsen tamago, rice, and miso soup. The Chicken Nanban was soaked in a sweet and sour sauce to the point where it couldn't be mellowed out by tartar sauce, and the salad was drenched in Caesar salad dressing, both too salty.

I finished work and decided to drink in a different area for a change. It was around 5 pm at the end of the year, with about half the customers in the restaurant. There were many people passing by, and the restaurant touts were active, probably because it was still early. Among them, I found an interesting building with different levels for fish, meat, shellfish, chicken, and even horse. I decided to go to the fish store "〇 Honeten" on the 1st floor. The atmosphere of the store was nice, with the interior designed like a riverside warehouse. However, it was quite small, which was a bit uncomfortable for me. I ordered some mackerel sashimi, which had a good color and taste, but there was a slight fishy smell that was disappointing. I also ordered the "amazing mackerel grill," but I still don't understand what was so amazing about it, especially for the price of 1,200 yen. Although there were empty seats, they insisted on seating us in a cramped space, which I didn't like. I prefer to be allowed to drink slowly when there are empty seats, and I will cooperate when it gets crowded. I decided to move on to the next place. Today's recommendation was "Shirako (milt) with ponzu vinegar," but it turned out to be with vinegar instead of ponzu, which was a surprise.

I went out for lunch feeling like eating fish and came across an interesting sign. It was for a local specialty two-bowl set, each made with ingredients unique to different regions, along with miso soup. I was immediately drawn in. The building had different specialties on each floor, ranging from beef to seafood. I remembered this place being located near the Inz's guard post. I chose two bowl sets, one with boiled whitebait and the other with tuna and natto. The atmosphere inside was lively, with some groups already starting a drinking party. There were also some office ladies scattered around. The seats were moderately filled, but it was a shame that it wasn't a non-smoking area. My bowls arrived, and I was delighted to see two of them. The whitebait bowl was delicious with just the right amount of saltiness and a nice ocean scent. The occasional crunch of the fish roe was a pleasant surprise. Now, onto the tuna and natto bowl. It was fantastic, with even a raw egg yolk included as a bonus. The combination was spot on. I finished off with a miso soup with seaweed, feeling completely satisfied. There are still more options to try, so I'll have to come back often to complete my exploration, including trying out the meat dishes that caught my eye.

I went shopping in Yurakucho and decided to walk around to Shimbashi before heading home. Along the way, I stopped for a light drink. I ended up at this place near Midtown, which is open 24 hours just like the similar style restaurants in Shimbashi that serve "fish," "chicken," and "beef." This place, however, offers "fish," "chicken," "beef," and "shellfish." Since the first floor was for "fish," I went there. I ordered a White Hoppy Set for 499 yen and some grilled chicken for 199 yen. For food, I had octopus with ponzu sauce for 499 yen and fresh whitebait with grated daikon for 399 yen. I usually enjoy whitebait with grated daikon, but this was my first time trying the fresh version. The octopus with ponzu sauce was a good snack with its flavorful sauce. However, it was extremely cold that day because it was snowing, and the restaurant was quite chilly inside. It might be better to avoid sitting near the entrance.

I visited this restaurant in July 2014. I was looking for a place I hadn't been for lunch, and I stumbled upon this one! I ordered the sashimi set meal shown in the picture. As you can see, it was fresh, and when I tried it... it was really delicious! Even as someone who loves sashimi set meals, I was satisfied.

I had already been to two bars and had quite a bit to drink, so my memory is a bit hazy, but these two dishes, uni and crab, were just delicious. I decided to take a picture of them as a reminder to revisit. This place is great because everything I've tried here, from potato salad to beer, has been delicious!

The restaurant is open for drinking from daytime. Lunch seems to have good value for money. They have a wide variety of drinks. The food options are very abundant, with separate menu pages for shrimp, crab, sashimi, and simmered fish. The sashimi was decently delicious. The value for money is average.

The lively atmosphere that never runs out of the power of alcohol during lunchtime and even on Sundays is truly amazing. The menu is also extensive!

There is always a time to visit when it's not crowded. One of the 1st to 3rd floors is usually available. The staff on each floor are generally not very friendly. Lunch on each floor varies and can be interesting. Today, I was turned away on the 2nd floor, so I ordered salted mackerel on the 1st floor. Despite having only one person in the kitchen and for customer service, the food was served quickly. Perhaps because they are too busy cooking to be friendly. Maybe it's due to the influence of COVID-19? The 3rd floor was closed. This place is called the "Convenient Building" and I always appreciate their service. Thank you for the meal.

I highly recommend this place for sea urchin lovers! You can enjoy various sea urchin dishes such as sea urchin yakisoba, sea urchin croquettes, and sea urchin and salmon roe sushi at reasonable prices that might seem expensive at other restaurants. It will make you happy♫ I also recommend the sake highball.
