I had some time before my reservation at the reflexology salon, so I stopped by here. They had warm vegetables. It's been a while since I had all-you-can-eat with my sister in Tanashi. I chose from the lunch menu based on the photos on the signboard. - Chilled Tan Tan Udon 858 yen The udon noodles were smooth and the broth had the perfect balance of spiciness and umami. It was very delicious. The quality at this price is really amazing. The service was also very good, so even though I was short on time, I couldn't resist adding a dessert. - Yukimi Daifuku 165 yen They also served warm tea at the perfect timing, making it almost perfect. In Takadanobaba, there are two restaurants, Shabu-Ya and Shabu-Shabu Onyasai. Shabu-Ya is significantly cheaper! (At night, it is usually full and without a reservation, you may have to wait for about 2 hours). Comparing the two, Shabu-Shabu Onyasai is busy but you can usually get in without a reservation on weekday nights. The meat is thick and quite delicious, but what stands out are the side dishes and the wide variety of vegetables! Especially the unlimited servings of cilantro are a delight. The cheese for the hot pot is also very tasty, and we had it as a warm caprese with fresh tomatoes. The yuba and peanut namul were also delicious. The atmosphere inside is lively, typical of Takadanobaba. This place operates on an order system rather than self-service, so it's popular among adults on dates. It's a nice place to enjoy a meal in a relaxed setting. The portion size is not clear until you order, so it's hard to know how much you'll get. I want to come back for the cilantro and warm caprese. It was delicious!

I entered the restaurant exactly at 4:00 PM on Saturday. I went alone, but the staff's polite service made my meal enjoyable. I chose the course that includes all-you-can-eat shrimp bisque with an additional 200 yen for beef. The price was not particularly high, but I felt that the quality of the meat was very high. I was especially surprised by the vegetables! The freshly picked lettuce was sweet and crunchy even without any sauce, and when quickly swirled in the broth for shabu-shabu, it became even more delicious as it absorbed the flavors. Overall, the taste of all the refillable menu items was outstanding!! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also very nice. Shabu-shabu is definitely all about the warm vegetables!
