Burning Italian Man's Hamburger ¥1,480
1. Homemade Cheese Sauce
2. Secret Tomato Sauce
3. Genovese Sauce
These sauces are layered one by one, creating the colors of the Italian flag, then set on fire to create a flaming hamburger! It looks amazing! The combination of the three sauces is rich and the hamburger is meaty and satisfying. The hot sizzling pan with organic vegetables Banhacauda ¥1,280
Using nuts and onions to bring out the flavor without anchovies or cream, this original sauce made with cashew nuts is 100% plant-based. The vegetables are delicious on their own, but when dipped in the sauce, they bring out a richness and flavor. Summer Vegetable Bolognese ¥650
Minced meat and cheese covered with plenty of vegetables, the taste is rich and the vegetables are incredibly delicious. Higashiyama Vegiful Sakurajima Carrot Low-Temperature Cooked Sautéed Whole ¥600
The carrots are soft and flavorful, with a sweet and savory taste. Spicy! Grilled Coarse-ground Chorizo ¥980
Crispy on the outside, juicy and hot on the inside, with the acidity of whole grain mustard making it a perfect dish for drinking. Galician-style Octopus and Potato ¥680
A dish reminiscent of Spanish bar cuisine, it's my first time trying it but the octopus and potatoes go perfectly together. Awaji Kettle-boiled Shirasu and Asaoka Farm Eggplant Pie Pizza ¥980
The pie crust is crispy on the outside, and the shirasu is served separately. You can cut it with a knife and add as much shirasu as you like. The eggplant is delicious, and shirasu goes well with this pizza. Tatsu-ya's Red Wine Marinated Fried Chicken ¥890
A big size with five pieces! You can't really taste the red wine, but the crispy coating and juicy meat make it a delicious fried chicken. The restaurant is always crowded with female customers, but there are also plenty of dishes that men can enjoy. It was a popular restaurant with a full house!
