This is a wine bar located just a short walk from Tameike-Sanno Station towards Akasaka. They have a wide variety of wine bottles, including many California wines that I like. I would love to come back with a group of about four people to try different wines. On this day, my friend and I used it as a second party venue and enjoyed some glass wines. The pate de campagne we ordered went really well with both red and white wines and was quite delicious. They also have a great selection of other dishes that I would like to try.

The other day, I stopped by Chateau TS on my way from Tameike-Sanno Station to Akasaka and had a drink. The restaurant is known for offering over 600 types of wine, but since I'm not very knowledgeable about wine, I decided to consult with the master or sommelier. I had already eaten, so I kept it simple with snacks like nuts and chocolates and focused on enjoying the wine. This time, I was recommended a sweet red wine made with Kyoho grapes, and when I took a sip, it was delicious! It had a gentle sweetness that wasn't too overpowering, making it easy to drink. It seems like it would be popular with young people and women. The restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. It felt like it would be best for small groups of 1-3 people rather than large groups. Next time, I want to try sparkling wine or some unique wines.

I often go to Akasaka recently, but I have never gone drinking alone there...actually, I didn't even know where to go (lol). I was taken to a place by someone and when I entered the shop, the atmosphere was chic and just really nice. The master there was also very cool. I had a feeling that I would instantly become a regular there, haha. Since I love wine, I asked for their recommendation and they brought out a perfect match for me. I had white wine first with my meal, so I tried red wine next with some nuts, olives, and raisins. I want to go back there slowly and enjoy it again. I'm happy to have found a place in Akasaka where I can enjoy wine alone at the counter. ♡

A wine bar in Akasaka. I stopped by on a whim. When I opened the door, the calm atmosphere inside was completely different from what I saw from outside, and the small interior was bustling. The counter was filled with gentlemen at 10 p.m. on a Monday. Even after we entered, more customers kept coming in, but many had to leave sadly because it was full. This place seems promising ☆ You can choose your glass of wine while looking at the bottles directly, and they will pick one based on your preference. The menu includes cold dishes like platinum pork terrine for 1680 yen, smoked duck salad for 1680 yen, and mains like red wine stewed beef cheek for 2100 yen, and beef tongue stew for 2100 yen, as well as pasta and curry hayashi rice. Since we were full, we didn't order food, but I wanted to eat olives, and they brought out olives as a complimentary appetizer, which was really delicious. Unfortunately, the wine they chose for me wasn't to my liking. They also have beer, cocktails, whiskey, etc., but there is no menu, so I'm not sure about the prices. We ordered beer and a glass of wine. I wanted another drink, but I couldn't bear the loud conversation of the guests at the next table, so we left halfway through. We spent just under 4000 yen for two drinks. The second half of the experience was uncomfortable, so overall, it was just okay. The atmosphere is important when drinking after all.
