¥990 Namul Bibimbap Kimchi, Changja, Soup Included Sol-Lontan's deliciousness was taught by Mrs. Ie's house. After that, I bought powdered beef bone soup on the internet♪ Today's lunch is in the mood for rice. I decided not to have stone bibimbap because I might get burned. Also, personally, I'm not a fan of burnt rice... When you order Namul Bibimbap, you will get Kimchi, Changja, soup, and Kochujang. Corn tea is placed on each table. Relaxing. ○Kimchi, Changja are served immediately after ordering. I'm not a fan of Changja because it's too hard to chew, but I like the strong umami and plenty of crunchy vegetables! The white kimchi is not too mild for Japanese tastes and allows you to enjoy the authentic sourness. Slowly spicy. ○Wakame soup is served immediately after ordering. A slightly brown wakame soup with a familiar soy sauce base. ♡ Namul Bibimbap is served after a 5-minute wait. Fiddleheads, radish kimchi, spinach, bean sprouts, Korean seaweed, minced meat, topped with a fried egg♪ The half-cooked egg is outstanding. Looking back at the lunch menu, it seems that you can only get this beautiful fried egg with Namul Bibimbap. Add a spoonful of Kochujang and mix well! When watching Korean YouTubers, they add 3 or 4 spoons, but for me, one spoon is enough for a good miso flavor! I'd like to add spiciness separately. Lots of vegetables, lots of ingredients, and I finished it without getting tired. I forgot to check, but I wonder if you can get a large serving? Kochujang and rice alone are delicious, right? Thank you for the meal. August, Weekday Monday, 12:30-13:05
