It is a casual dining experience with customers! I made a reservation at the main store of Aritagyu, a charcoal-grilled beef restaurant, located near Ginza. I recently visited the Izumigakuji branch and it was delicious, so I decided to make a reservation at the main store. I seem to be going to a lot of yakiniku restaurants lately. The restaurant in Ginza has a luxurious atmosphere, and the private room we were guided to was also very elegant. However, the prices didn't seem as high as I expected for a Ginza restaurant. I thought it was reasonably priced. We ordered limited premium tongue, wrapped negi salted tongue, hormone dishes, zabuton, cholegisalad, kimchi, namul, and various other items, but I forgot some of them. Haha. Anyway, the system where you can choose the meat you want to eat is amazing. We had a lively discussion about which meat had beautiful marbling and which had a large portion. The recommended wines were also delicious, and personally, I was satisfied with the most important aspect of a yakiniku restaurant, the side dishes. The location is great, the usability is good, and I definitely think it's a restaurant I will come back to!

This is a restaurant located in the Ginza Corridor Street, just a few minutes' walk from Shinbashi Station (on the 2nd floor). It was my first visit after making a reservation about a week ago. We had a meal with 3 people and enjoyed the course menu in a private room, spending around 10,000 yen per person. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I had already had three Johnny Walker Blue Label soda highballs at the bar as an aperitif, so I decided to switch to red wine. The waiter recommended a slightly higher-priced Abstract Orin Swift Cellars wine, a blend of Grenache, Petit Sirah, and Syrah from Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino. The label was a collage of many pictures, making it hard to find the vintage. We toasted with the wine while enjoying a chorizo salad and salted beef tongue. The highlight of the meal was the Arita beef, where you can choose your own cuts from a vacuum-sealed pack of A4-7 grade Japanese black wagyu. I chose the top sirloin and enjoyed it with other cuts like liver and ribeye. We also indulged in a second round of beef, including top-quality sirloin and ribeye. To finish off, we had the ultimate beef and egg over rice dish. The restaurant's attentive staff, delicious food, and relaxed atmosphere made the dining experience enjoyable. Despite eating and drinking quite a bit, the bill came out to be less than 30,000 yen, making it a great value for the quality of food and service. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The salted beef tongue skewer was interestingly shaped with a piece of green onion stuck in it. The combination of green onion and salty sauce matched well with the beef tongue and tasted delicious. We enjoyed the regular salt and lemon beef tongue skewer as well. I think it would be even tastier if the green onion was wrapped in the beef tongue on the regular skewer. It would be great if they had that option on the menu.

I went to this restaurant recommended by a friend who loves yakiniku. It's located in a mixed-use building, so the entrance might be a bit hard to find. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and beautiful. - Taste: The meat here is incredibly beautiful and delicious. You can choose the meat to grill based on its individual number. There are various factors to consider when choosing, such as the amount of lean meat and fat content, but honestly, I didn't really understand it. We tried the tongue, kalbi, and hormone, and they were all delicious. - Cost performance: The cost performance may not be that great, but if you think of it as enjoying good meat little by little, it's worth it. - Atmosphere: We had a private room, which is perfect for business dinners or dates. Not really suitable for a lively group gathering. - Price range: The meat is on the expensive side. The drink prices are standard. - Will I go back: I would like to go back on a special occasion.

Next week, on a Saturday, just before the weekday Christmas, I tried to make a reservation at a popular restaurant for yakiniku for about a week, but they were fully booked. I found this restaurant where you can choose Arita beef packed by the origin in 100g packs, which is a rare system in the aging trend. The restaurant is located near Shimbashi on the Korido Street, on the second floor of a small building, with all private rooms. A set of kimchi and a charcoal brazier were brought out, starting with the domestic beef wrapped in leeks and tongue salt. This dish solved the problem of leeks falling out. The meat is ready to eat after grilling each side of the noodles. I chose from lean meat to Ichibo. This time, I chose a type with less marbling. I selected Zabuton from the loin series. This one has fine marbling. I also ordered the special selection Harami. Unfortunately, Harami was not available for selection. I had the 3-second loin sukiyaki, wrapping a bite of rice melted with egg yolk. The rare part rib set was out of stock, which was disappointing. I also ordered the cream cheese with smoked flavor. Although it didn't have a smoked flavor, it was not bad as it goes well with Japanese sake. I tried the Isojiman special junmai sake. Finally, I had cold noodles. It is a rare cold noodle with buckwheat flour and a non-transparent color. They confirmed allergies properly when ordering. It seems that they purchase one Arita Ranch cow, and I later found out that they aim for zero medicine with a feed containing 10 types of grains, 4 types of grasses they grow themselves, and water from Oshirizan. Oshirizan is known for the production of Kuroki Honten's Betsuzo, Yamaneko. Unfortunately, they did not have shochu from Oshirizan on their menu. The restaurant had a relatively wide selection of whiskey and wine.

It was necessary to make a reservation, so I booked a visit for 7:00 pm on a weekday. This place has private rooms, which is nice because you don't have to worry about other rooms. I started with a drink, there were many options available, especially wines which had a separate menu with a wide selection. However, they were a bit pricey (maybe that's normal for Ginza?), so I opted for beer to cheers. Now, let's order some meat. There were various types of meat available, including rare cuts. When you order meat, they bring out packaged meat for you to choose from. But since I couldn't tell much from looking at it besides the amount of marbling, I ended up just choosing a "red one." Overall, the meat was good. I can't speak for the offal, but the lean cuts were delicious no matter what I tried. Although it's not meat, the stewed tripe was delicious. It was tender and flavorful. The portion was small, but it was a nice way to finish off a meat-heavy meal. As for drinks, the white peach sour with fruit pulp was tasty. Considering the quality of the meat, I think the price was reasonable. This is a place I would like to visit with friends who appreciate good quality food from time to time.

2/20 Let's head out for a business dinner! Today, I had a business dinner at a meat restaurant that serves Arita beef, a type of high-quality beef. The restaurant had private rooms, which was perfect for our meeting. Arita beef Ginza store uses A4 grade beef, which was delicious with just the right amount of marbling. They even had a rare cut called "Senbon-suji" which is a unique part of the beef. It's a part found in the outer thigh meat with one on each side. It was tender and easy to eat. Their specialty dish, "Negi-wrapped tongue with salt," was also amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I will definitely visit this restaurant again!

The restaurant is a beautiful and calm yakiniku place with private rooms that you wouldn't imagine from the outside. Everything was delicious, but the best was definitely the wrapped negi-tan with salt. It was so delicious that I had to order more! The prices are not cheap, so it's not a place you can casually visit, but it's a yakiniku restaurant you want to go to on special occasions.

We use this restaurant for regular social gatherings with our company's subordinates. It can be challenging to satisfy subordinates who love meat, but this restaurant offers a course with good quality meat in decent portions, along with a variety of drinks in a drink-all-you-can style for just under 10,000 yen. The subordinates always say, "I want to go again!" It is a place where we always have a pleasant meal, thanks to the fast drink service and the high hospitality of the staff. Being advertised as a private room yakiniku restaurant, all the rooms are private, so we can chat lively without worrying about disturbing others, which is also a wonderful aspect. We will visit again for sure! Thank you always.

We decided to try a fancy yakiniku restaurant in Ginza for a change, so we went to a yakiniku restaurant on Corridor Street. Normally, we enjoy eating lots of meat in a smoky atmosphere, so having small pieces of meat was a bit unsatisfying, but it was a nice change of pace. This time, we ordered a course meal and drank a bottle of wine, so the cost performance was pretty good.

I used it for a night reception. The completely private room was very comfortable. As for the food, the selling point was the A4 beef with little fat and high-quality meat, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the taste. Despite that, the price was high, so I don't think the cost performance is good and I gave it a low rating. Also, I'm not sure if there are few employees, but there seems to be a lack of consideration in things like plates. If it's a high-end establishment, it would be better to have plenty of plates available. For example, when serving beef tataki, it would be better to have soy sauce prepared and served together. Even if you are told to use a silver plate as a serving dish, it doesn't look good with soy sauce spreading everywhere. If the meat is so impressive that there are no complaints, but spending close to 50,000 yen for four adults is too expensive, which was disappointing. Sorry for the harsh comment. This restaurant is suitable for receptions, so I hope my feedback on the offerings and customer service will help make it a better place.

Even at this price, there are many yakiniku restaurants in Ginza or Roppongi that offer the same level of quality. It might be worth visiting if you want to entertain guests who smoke, but I probably won't visit again.

I noticed a lunch place called Coco while passing by. The sign is relatively small. You can reach the restaurant by stairs or elevator. It has a cluttered appearance compared to the closed store next to it. The cheapest option was the black wagyu beef bowl, but they also have a special offer for a mille-feuille bowl for 500 yen. They also offer a black wagyu beef sashimi set meal. I was worried that the seasoning of the black wagyu beef would be too strong, but it was manageable. In addition to sashimi, they also serve oden. The overly soft chikuwa was disappointing, but the staff were friendly.

I visited here after a long time! The "premium thick-cut tongue with salt" here is unmatched. Simply delicious!! It's difficult to flip it at the right timing while looking at the surface of the meat and not overcooking it, but that's the true joy of yakiniku. The premium sagari / premium harami / premium loin were also delicious!! The rumor that Watanabe-san came here might not be entirely false. The service is good, so it can be used for entertaining guests, but personally, it might be a restaurant I don't want to share.
