The black tin is slightly more expensive than the red and blue ones because of the different materials used and because they are hand-baked. Well, I'd love to try them all! As for myself, I couldn't resist buying the Mousse au Fromage that I had been curious about from reviews. Opening the seal on the lid may seem simple, but the lemon sauce added a refreshing touch to it.

Shiseido Parlour's cheesecake is incredibly rich and almost tastes like pure cheese (lol). It's not overly sweet, and even though it's small, one piece is very satisfying. It might not be enough for men, but it would make a great gift for women who appreciate quality.

Made with butter from Hokkaido, the buttercream with Earl Grey tea flavor is delightful. The cake is intricately made with layers of milk-flavored unsalted butter and salted butter caramel chocolate. It also includes syrup-soaked dried apples, adding a unique touch. Despite being buttery, it is not overpowering and has an elegant taste. While it may not be an everyday treat, serving this cake on special occasions will surely be appreciated. Since the Gâteau Crème au Beurre is only available at the main store, you can either call in advance to reserve (no delivery available, so you need to pick it up) or try to purchase it before it sells out. Although it may be a bit challenging to buy, this cake is exclusive to the main store, so if you have the chance, give it a try.

I received this souvenir from my trip to Tokyo (*^^*) La Ganache Noir Frères from Tokyo, a two-flavor set of Noir chocolates. The bitter chocolate flavor has a hint of strawberry chocolate with crunchy bits mixed in, and the outer layer has a crispy texture with cocoa crunches.

[Calissi Chocolat] The gift comes in a colorful and cute box design. There are 4 types of Calissi Chocolat in the lineup, topped with chopped dried fruits and nuts. The white chocolate one has finely cut dried strawberry and raspberry on top. The chocolate is not overly sweet, and the berry acidity and flavor complement each other well. The light brown milk chocolate is on the sweeter side, with dried mango and almonds adding a nice accent to the flavor and texture. The strawberry flavor is also not too sweet, focusing on the aroma. The dark brown one is described as sweet, but it is actually the least sweet among the 4. My daughter went to play in Nagoya and bought me some sweets from the JR Takashimaya sweets section. I was so touched by my thoughtful daughter, feeling like a sweets connoisseur from the Showa era! It's like a parfait with cream, chocolate, macaron, banana, etc. all on a langue de chat-made dish. There's dough in the center so it doesn't fall apart. Sakura Cheesecake ★ The pink packaging is stylish. Ragna Sand ★ A thick chocolate cookie sandwich. The thickness and richness of the chocolate are great!

I purchased a takeout box of 24 pieces of Chocolavion, with 12 pieces each of Noir and Fraise flavors. And guess what, I finally got to try the Cream Puff from Shiseido Parlour, and it was beautiful! The cake had the address printed on it, which was a unique touch. You can really taste the high-quality Japanese butter used in it, giving it a rich flavor and smooth texture. I paired it with champagne and Burgundy, and both went perfectly with it. The cream puff was filled with caramel and apple, creating a delicious taste that is hard to describe. I had two of them and enjoyed the second one with coffee the next morning. It was a blissful breakfast! I am truly grateful for such a wonderful cake. It's a perfect treat for the upcoming cold season.

Maron Chestnut flavor is now available! The quality of their cheesecake is always top-notch, so you can expect it to be delicious. I remember that there used to be a more casual cake option in the middle size range that was missing this time. I also bought a strawberry Mont Blanc cake, but it didn't taste like Mont Blanc at all.
