After a long time in Osaka, I came to Tsuruhashi and decided to visit a yakiniku restaurant. I came to Yoshida-san, recommended by a friend's husband who used to live in Osaka. It was a Friday evening around 5 pm. When I went to the new building, it was temporarily closed. So I changed direction and quickly found the main store. When I entered the shop, a lady who seemed to be the famous landlady said it was okay until 7 pm, so I went in. First, I toasted with beer! I ordered a platter of kimchi, tetchan, urute, ninniku senmai, and chijimi. The photos show only some of the dishes. The kimchi was tasty, the tetchan was sweet and savory, and the urute, also known as shima chou, had the option of with or without fat. I chose the one with fat, and it was elegant, with a satisfying texture. The ninniku senmai was crunchy, and the chijimi was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the meat and beer. Thank you for the meal.

The prices of the meat were average, so it didn't feel like a great deal. It was my first time in Tsuruhashi, and I was surprised by the old-town atmosphere and the deep side of Tsuruhashi. The main store was in a splendid building, which was different from the image I had of a yakiniku restaurant in Tsuruhashi. The seats were spacious, and there was a closet at the back to protect my belongings and coat from the smell, which was great. I had harami, kalbi, and five recommended horumon from the restaurant. I didn't try the horumon but focused on the yakiniku, but the variety of horumon was impressive! Due to the New Year, some items were out of stock, but I was grateful that this popular restaurant still had meat available. The beer was a large bottle, which is a standard in Osaka and went well with the yakiniku. After this, I went to try other side dishes as well!

First time at this restaurant! Came because I heard the upper harami is delicious. Tried to make a reservation for 7:00 pm but it was fully booked, so I thought about giving up. But then they said 7:30 pm was available, lucky me! They have seating on the second floor and offer different sizes of meat cuts. The kimchi assortment was not too spicy, very tasty! I ordered the upper meat assortment since the upper harami was sold out, but they added a little bit of it for me. The upper sagari was incredibly delicious! The harami had a bit more fat than I prefer, which made me feel a bit heavy. The thick chijimi was so delicious and crispy! Great restaurant, no doubt about it!

My family of four visited the restaurant. We arrived 5 minutes before opening time and found about 10 customers already waiting outside, all of whom had reservations, including us.
