The restaurant opened in September last year and, despite a temporary closure during the pandemic, reopened in October this year as a takeout-only establishment. It is identified by a square chicken sign. They fry chicken marinated in a secret sauce for a whole day. The Zangi has a ginger flavor, and they also offer half-fried chicken and bento boxes. I ordered 3 pieces of Zangi for dinner. They fry the chicken after receiving the order. The interior of the restaurant used to be a sushi place, with the counter seats still intact, but I had to wait inside. I took the freshly fried chicken home, but since some time had passed, I reheated it slowly in the toaster oven before eating. The soy sauce and ginger aroma was appetizing. There was not much chicken skin, making it easy for me to eat, and it was juicy and delicious. My partner, who loves fried chicken, also enjoyed it. I would like to try their bento next time. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered takeout for dinner on my day off. I'm not sure of the difference between Zangi and Karaage, but both had well-seasoned breading and meat, and were delicious. There were also pieces with skin that were juicy and went well with rice.
