On the way back from an outing, it became an odd time. Even at 3 PM, there's a place that looks delicious and reasonably priced... No way, there is one! It's my first time here, but we picked a good time. It's almost empty inside the restaurant. We ordered 2 draft beers, fried squid legs, tuna cheek meat sashimi-style, chef's choice sushi (8 pieces), conger eel tempura, shrimp chili, and grilled sea bream collar. Everything was delicious. The tempura was crispy and hot, and the squid legs were tender. For first-time customers, you get one free drink each. Yeah, we ended up with two extra beers for free. The bill was, wait for it, under 4500 yen. I was so satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

I visited in the afternoon. It was a seafood izakaya with good cost performance and delicious food. We ordered sashimi, salad, tempura, eel, and for dessert we had overflowing fatty tuna and salmon. The location on Higashidori was convenient and the staff were friendly. I will definitely come back for daytime drinking.

This restaurant is popular with female customers and is also great for dates! Both the sushi and dishes were satisfying. I highly recommend trying the "Mideru Toro Taku" dish. The fish was fresh and delicious. I would definitely want to visit this restaurant again when I go to Umeda. Personally, I recommend trying the eel dish.

I took a friend from Taiwan to have a meal in Umeda, and they said they would be happy if they could eat seafood cheaply and deliciously. So I took them to Uoshin Sakaba. The staff were very friendly and the cost performance is amazing. If you want to eat delicious seafood at a good price in Umeda, this place is often a good choice. Thank you for the meal!

At a popular sushi izakaya on Higashi Street, we enjoyed a variety of dishes from nigiri sushi to izakaya staples like potato salad and edamame, all of which were satisfying. The jokes are good, and I wanted to eat something more satisfying than sashimi at a single-family izakaya, so I'm glad that they have straightforward and delicious dishes. I came to the sushi izakaya that I had been curious about for a while. There are several table seats and about 10 counter seats along the kitchen. It was 6:30 on a weekday, and the table seats seemed to be fully booked, but there were no customers at the counter. There are many office workers around as it is on Higashi Street. Smoking is allowed, but only heated tobacco is permitted. The staff are energetic and engage in cheerful conversations, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. ■■■ Menu ■■■ The main dishes are sushi, sashimi, and seafood. You can order sushi by the piece, which is convenient. They have unique menu items like overflowing fatty tuna and overflowing salmon, which seem to be inspired by a certain sushi izakaya. The prices range from around 128 yen for a piece of sushi, with fried dishes mostly around 398 yen, which is quite affordable. There are no appetizers, which is even more convenient! You can order by scanning a QR code with your smartphone, using the Air register ordering system. It is user-friendly with no need for personal information or "friend registration," and there is a search function as well. ■■■ Food ■■■ This time, I ordered yellowtail collar, sushi, and sake, planning to enjoy them in order of cooking time! The sushi rice is dense and firm. It has less vinegar. Even though I only had one drink, this is a great deal. Compared to "Sushi Sakaba Sashisu," it may not be as sophisticated, but it's highly recommended for seafood lovers drinking in small groups. I was taken here by a friend. There were 7 of us, and we ate to our hearts' content for about 3,400 yen per person. The sea urchin and meat nigiri sushi in the photo were delicious. We also had red snapper nigiri, a boat platter, and more, all of which were incredibly tasty for an izakaya. The sea urchin didn't have a strong smell, and I remember the salmon being delicious too. We used a private room this time, which had a sunken kotatsu-style table where we took off our shoes. There was a TV in the room, and we were able to connect our smartphones, which was really convenient.

Uoshin is a sushi restaurant that I have visited many times, and I would like to introduce its charm. The sushi here has very large and thick slices of fish, so be careful as you may not be able to finish it in one bite, but the deliciousness is exceptional. In particular, the salmon roe is exquisite and once you try it, you'll be hooked. I highly recommend everyone to visit "Uoshin" and taste their delicious sushi.

The grilled fish was slightly undercooked and the inside was cold. The sushi was not as delicious as expected. The fried food was mediocre and a bit disappointing. I wonder if this is the standard for this chain of restaurants. Surprisingly, the restaurant was quite busy despite these issues.

On a Sunday around 6 pm, I wanted to go to Uogashi on the first floor, but last time I went, it was a bit expensive, so I decided to try this place hoping for a good deal. We sat at a table with a sunken floor for two people. The prices were cheaper compared to Uogashi, but the taste was not as good. It was okay, but not amazing. At Uogashi, I was impressed by the size of the fish, the texture, and the freshness, even though it was more expensive. Here, the fish didn't feel as fresh. The grilled eel and red snapper collar were delicious though. If asked if I would go again, I would probably say no.

The first floor is a sushi restaurant, and it seems that this izakaya is run by the same owner. The sushi here is excellent and inexpensive, so it's hard to understand why there are so few customers. However, it was disappointing that many menu items were sold out. We may have just been lucky to find this hidden gem on this day. When in doubt about where to eat in Umeda, I would like to visit here. Thank you for the meal.

I had lunch at "Uoshin Sakaba," a casual sushi and sake restaurant on the east side of Hankyu Umeda in Osaka. I tried the vegetable tempura rice bowl for only 500 yen. It came with seaweed, shiso leaf, 2 pieces of pumpkin, eggplant, and sweet potato. The portion of rice was a bit small, so I recommend adding 100 yen for a large portion of rice. Prices start at 328 yen, making it very affordable. Order now: "Today's Butchikiri Four-Piece Assortment" (328 yen) featuring thickly sliced sashimi of four varieties beautifully arranged. Order starts from 2 servings. "Butchi Tamagoyaki" (328 yen) topped with snow crab and flying fish roe, with a striking Uogokoro sake bar logo. "Chef's Choice 8-Piece Assortment" (983 yen) is recommended if you're unsure. The shari rice, made with red vinegar for richness and flavor, is sure to please. For lunch, even though they offer sushi, grilled fish, and simmered fish set meals, I ended up choosing the fried chicken. It costs 680 yen (tax included). The atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a sushi place vibe, with a glass case displaying fresh seafood toppings and warm tea available. The freshly fried chicken is hot and crispy, providing a satisfying crunch when you bite into it. The thick and juicy chicken meat is delicious. Since there is not too much flour coating, you can taste the chicken right away. The spicy flavor does not linger, making it easy to eat a lot without feeling overwhelmed by oiliness. The potato salad is a nice addition. You can also enjoy red miso soup from the sushi restaurant. You can have unlimited rice refills, but the initial serving is already generous, so I didn't need a refill. Next time, I will try the seafood dishes. Overall, it was a great experience at Uoshin Sakaba, a casual sushi and sake place.

I visited "Negiyaki Yamamoto" and then moved to "Uogokoro Sakaba". It's embarrassing to admit, but I was hit by a bicycle on the way here, so please keep it a secret. My colleagues were laughing out loud. Since this is the second stop, I don't think I can eat much, but I can't resist the shrimp. First visit to "Uoshin Sakaba" in Higashi-dori Shotengai. I've been wanting to go for a while after reading reviews from MyRebi-sama. I ordered a Super Dry beer, and then you can order through a QR code, how modern! And guess what! They still had "uni-kun" available! The meat was bigger than I expected. The meat's flavor was so strong that the sea urchin got lost somewhere...lol. I tried the salmon sushi, and for salmon lovers, it's irresistible. The fatty tuna was incredibly delicious! I ordered the daily grilled red snapper, and it had plenty of meat to eat, keeping me busy. And all of this for just 298 yen, unbelievable. I wished there was a bit more medium fatty tuna, but everything else was delicious. The place was almost full, so it took a bit of time for the food to come out, but I got to sit at the end of the counter where I could see the kitchen, which was fun to watch. I ordered a variety of dishes and left feeling full. And all of this for less than 2000 yen? Amazing! The solo "thank you for your hard work" party after overtime ended by 9 p.m.

When I entered the restaurant, a TV station was there for coverage. As expected, the TV station is quick with information. Here at "Uoshin Sakaba," you can enjoy interesting creative sushi. They had a great lunch deal, but I decided to order mainly creative sushi. I managed to get the Uni-Drooping Nigiri, limited to 10 pieces a day per person. Lucky me! It had big grilled meat topped with Uni. I wrapped the meat and took a big bite. The meat was stronger than the Uni, but it was a luxurious and tasty combination! The Wagyu Hormone Inari Sushi was delicious with the sake-infused hormone being sweet and tasty. The Eel Butter, with eel and butter, was a perfect match! The Tuna and Ankimo on top of the rice was a sinful delight! The Butch Tamagoyaki had ikura, crab, and grated radish. I usually don't like sweet tamagoyaki, but the saltiness of the ikura and crab made it delicious - a miracle! This restaurant uses red vinegar in the sushi rice and is very particular about it. The sushi rice should be delicious, but the toppings are so overwhelming that I didn't have time to savor the rice. To truly enjoy the sushi rice, I ordered some regular sushi as well - medium fatty tuna and salmon. As expected, the sushi rice was delicious! I felt quite indulgent, but then the bill came to only 2000 yen with change returned. Isn't that strange?
