It was past 2 o'clock so I was able to sit down without waiting in line. The ramen shop next door had about 5 people waiting. I wanted to try the cold yuzu ramen, but when I started using the ticket machine, it said it was sold out for the day. I regretted not going to the next door shop where it was available. However, since I was craving cold noodles, I ended up ordering the cold yuzu dipping noodles with chicken chashu added. The rich dipping sauce with a refreshing yuzu flavor was delicious. I deducted a star because the chicken chashu topping was forgotten.

I visited the Roppongi Hills branch for the first time in a while and ordered the summer classic, chilled yuzu salt ramen. I always find the warm yuzu salt ramen to be a bit bland, so I usually go for the tsukemen instead. When it's chilled, I can taste the flavors more distinctly and I really enjoy it. I visited around 4:00 PM and the restaurant was empty when I arrived, but soon after two families and a couple came in, and it quickly became almost full. It's still a popular spot. I will definitely visit again.

Thick and chewy "vacuum hand-kneaded noodles" that don't ride on the soup in this tsukemen "mori" style ♥ Slightly thick, chewy noodles that are perfect for a hot day. I chose the cold option, with a cold sweet soy sauce broth and added yuzu for extra refreshing flavor ♥ The texture was amazing! The dish came with plenty of char siu, making the "charred coriander chashu rice" meaty and satisfying. The simple noodles were complemented by the rice, and it was delicious! ♥

I was able to enter without waiting since it was 16:30. They only accept ID payments. I didn't know how to order, so I went with the recommended option, which was the Yuzu Salt Ramen for about ¥1290. I don't eat ramen often, so I thought it was expensive. The ramen wasn't too salty and I was able to finish all the soup, but I felt like there wasn't enough noodles. Overall, it was guilt-free and healthy to eat.

Located in the Metro Hat B2 of Roppongi Hills, this ramen shop is a favorite of mine due to its proximity to my workplace. First of all, the cleanliness of this place is outstanding. Additionally, the presentation of the dishes is beautiful. I am always captivated by the golden shimmer of the soup here. It is the ideal soy sauce ramen broth. The thin noodles are another highlight. Made with finely ground whole wheat and rye, they offer a healthy and delicate texture with a subtle wheat aroma. Whether it's the whole wheat and rye blend or the lightness of the soup, I never gain weight from eating here. Delicious and non-fattening ramen, what more could you ask for? Thank you for the meal. I will definitely be back.

It is a ramen restaurant located in Roppongi Hills, where several food and beverage shops are lined up underground. I believe the order was around 1800 yen for a set of tsukemen and chashu. It was my first time trying yuzu-flavored tsukemen, and it was refreshing and very delicious. It is surprisingly light, not what you would expect from tsukemen or ramen.

I went to AFURI at Roppongi Hills M B1F. I ordered the Yuzu Salt Ramen with Menma topping. The soup with yuzu is refreshing and delicious. The yuzu flavor really complements the ramen well. It was great to come during the gap before dinner time. I didn't want to wait in line at the Harajuku AFURI before, so I didn't go. Here, you buy a food ticket for payment, and it's cashless only - credit cards or electronic money, no cash accepted.

■Yuzu Salt Ramen (Light) ¥1,290 ■Yuzu Tsuke-men (Regular, Hot) + Seared Char Siu Rice ¥1,990 ■Mizuna (Japanese mustard greens) ¥210 ■Yuzu-infused Ale ¥730 I love ramen, especially when it's a light salt-based broth with thin noodles and the addition of yuzu. I could eat it all without getting tired of the flavor. I ordered the seared char siu rice as well, so I changed the char siu in the tsuke-men to chicken char siu. It was a great decision as the juicy chicken char siu was incredibly delicious. Both the tsuke-men and the char siu rice were overall very tasty and satisfying. Also, the yuzu-infused ale was a pleasant surprise with its strong yuzu flavor. I'm not a fan of beer, but I think even those who don't like beer might enjoy this. I visited on a Saturday around 7 pm, there were 2 groups ahead of me, and I waited for about 15 minutes. Payment method: PayPay. Thank you for the meal!

AFURI has recently opened in the restaurant floor of Roppongi Hills. There was no line here unlike at the neighboring Kagari, which had about 10 people waiting. The counter seats inside were almost full, with many couples dining. There were also a lot of foreigners. The menu featured typical AFURI dishes, with yuzu salt and amadare tsukemen being the main attractions, along with a variety of spicy options. I ordered the shoyu yuzu ramen, which I had never tried before. The noodles were thin and had a delicate flavor, with a strong yuzu taste. It had a good punch but was still light. The toppings were high quality, especially the seared chashu which was flavorful and tender. It was truly a high-level shoyu ramen. However, the price was a bit concerning. It used to be around 1000 yen in the past, but now it's around 1300 yen. With rice, it becomes a set menu for 1800 yen. This is quite steep. In other countries, paying around 20 dollars for ramen is normal, so foreigners might not mind the price, but for long-time ramen fans, this pricing is quite impactful.

I purchased my meal ticket through an electronic screen outside the shop, instead of paying with cash. I tried the yuzu salt ramen, which was delicious. Personally, I prefer thicker noodles, but the thin noodles were still good. The char siu was flavorful and tender, with a nice charred taste. There were a surprisingly large number of staff members in the shop.

For lunch, I had the Yuzu Shio Ramen with added seaweed for about 1200 yen. The ramen from AFURI had a strong yuzu aroma and was refreshing, just as I had expected. The restaurant itself is located in the basement of Roppongi Hills, so there were many foreign tourists dining there. I went right when they opened, but after I finished eating, there was already a line forming outside, so it seems to be quite popular.

Located on the B2 floor of Hollywood Plaza in Roppongi Hills. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine next to the shop before entering. Cashless payment only. The interior of the shop has a stylish U-shaped counter seat. I tried the ◯ Soy Sauce Ramen for 1,082 yen. The light soup is made with soy sauce and chicken oil. The shiny amber-colored soup has a good balance of richness from the soy sauce and umami from the chicken oil, resulting in a mellow flavor. The noodles are thin noodles with whole wheat flour, chewy and elastic. The toppings include chashu, menma, half an egg, and seaweed. This is a light and healthy ramen that is easy for women to enjoy dining alone.

There is a mountain called Afuriyama in Kanagawa Prefecture. I went to the Roppongi Hills store. I had the Yuzu Shio Ramen with an extra seasoned egg and added watercress. It was quite delicious when I added pepper and ate it. It's refreshing but the flavor is strong. The restaurant has a sign in kanji at the Roppongi intersection store.

It was cold, so I wanted to eat something warm and went to a ramen shop that caught my eye. I had seen the cup ramen they collaborated on at the convenience store before, so I knew the name of the shop somehow. Lately, I had only been eating rich and heavy ramen in the neighborhood, so I was excited to see a light and clear soup. The noodles were thin and had a unique feature of being kneaded with whole wheat flour. The scent of yuzu was a nice accent and went well with the watercress. The charred char siu was also delicious! There was another menu with lots of vegetables on top of the ramen, so even though I was eating ramen, it somehow felt healthy, which was also good. This time it was a salt flavor, so next time I want to try the soy sauce flavor.

I came to Roppongi for the first time, and I was surprised to find an Afuri here. I ordered the following items totaling 1500 yen: - Yuzu Salt Ramen Cup Noodles: I thought the taste was very close to the original. My husband also enjoyed it, saying the yuzu flavor was strong and delicious. - Mini Chashu Don: It was good.

I visited the restaurant after 19:30 and there were about 3 groups of customers ahead of me. They have a cashless system with a ticket panel outside, so they don't accept cash. It only took 3-4 minutes from handing over the ticket to getting the food, which was faster than I expected. The person who ordered tsukemen before me got their food about 1 minute after me. They asked if I needed a paper apron when they brought the ramen. The soup was clear and had a strong yuzu flavor, which was very delicious. The noodles were smooth and had a good texture, perfect for those who like thin noodles. I chose the chicken chashu, which was light and tasty. The menma was cut into small pieces and had a good crunch, making it suitable for women. Many people were ordering tsukemen with extra soup, so I definitely want to try that next time I visit.

After YOSHIKI DS, I had tea with my friends and then we got hungry, so we had ramen! It's been a while since I had Afuri. When I inserted the SD card, I accidentally switched the SIM card next to it, which changed the camera settings. The photo I took with YOSHIKI's fan was not saved properly! We had wine, ate dinner, and just sat there with YOSHIKI, but ended up eating ramen haha. I like yuzu tsukemen, but standard ramen is good too! Despite the typhoon, YOSHIKI-sama is still performing today. I hope the event goes well and he returns safely!

For today's lunch, I went to AFURI Roppongi Hills on the B2F of Roppongi Hills Metro Hat. I looked at the menu at the entrance of the restaurant and purchased my meal from the ticket machine. This restaurant is a completely cashless payment store. The interior was almost full, with more women than men. I was guided to a counter seat surrounding the kitchen and sat down. There was a menu on the table, so I looked at it while waiting. I ordered the limited menu item, the Cold Yuzu Salt Ramen for 1,280 yen. The chilled soup was refreshing with the added freshness of yuzu. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles that went well with the cold soup. I chose the flavorful flame-seared chashu. The seasoned egg had a beautiful richness to it. The abundance of vegetables like watercress made it feel healthy. The thinly sliced menma added a nice touch of color. It was a perfect refreshing cold ramen for the hot summer.

I visited the AFURI Roppongi Hills store located on the B2 floor of Roppongi Hills Metro Hat for the first time! I've always wanted to go to this famous restaurant but never had the chance until now. I arrived on a weekday at 2pm and was seated immediately. I purchased a meal ticket using the cashless payment machine. I ordered their recommended menu item, Yuzu Shio Ramen (¥1080). You can choose between light and rich soup options. I chose the thin noodles made with whole wheat flour. The stylish interior of the restaurant, predominantly white, had counter seats with customers sitting one seat apart. I took a sip of the soup and was greeted by the refreshing scent of yuzu. The soup is made with carefully selected ingredients such as whole chicken, seafood, and aromatic vegetables, cooked slowly with natural water from Mount Afuri in Kanagawa Prefecture. The subtle wheat aroma complements the delicate thin noodles well. The toppings included charred pork, mizuna, and bamboo shoots instead of bamboo shoots. It was my first time trying ramen with bamboo shoots, and the crunchy texture was delicious.

During a business trip to Tokyo, my colleague found a ramen shop for us to have a meal before meeting with clients at the Grand Hyatt. We decided to go for the most popular and classic option, the yuzu salt ramen. We also added extra watercress and bamboo shoots as toppings. The noodles were quite thin and seemed a bit delicate, but since this was recommended, we went for it. The soup was light and delicious. However, as others have mentioned, the yuzu flavor was not very prominent. I only realized after posting this review that this shop is actually located in various places throughout Tokyo. Thank you for the meal.
