There are counter and table seats, and this time we enjoyed drinks with friends at a seat behind the bar counter. We asked for a set where we could try 3 different types of alcohol, and they arranged for each of us to have 3 different kinds. It was really nice to be able to try various types of alcohol. I later told a friend who loves alcohol and used to work at a sake brewery about this place, and he said there are quite rare types of alcohol here as well. Since he can speak English, I think foreign visitors who want to try various types of alcohol would also be pleased.

The atmosphere was great, and all the drinks available were delicious. The owner was also very nice. I will definitely come back!

Visited with an old friend who loves sake. Located near Roppongi Station in a long, narrow building with a parking lot next door on the 5th floor. We were guided by the staff and drank at the counter. In addition to the counter, there were also tables for two and sofa seats for 5-6 people. They have a great selection of sake and shochu, with various famous brands lined up behind the counter. The stylish, thin glasses enhance the taste of the alcohol. I enjoyed the fruity and easy-to-drink Kuhachi-ji Kano Chi. They also serve appetizers and side dishes that go well with sake. The staff, who are very attractive, were able to recommend drinks based on our preferences. The atmosphere was warm and we had a great time catching up with my friend. It's a place that is easy for couples or solo visitors to enjoy. I plan to visit alone next time.

After having Italian food at Roppongi Hills, I was taken to a bar by my boss who loves sake. At first glance, it looked like a normal bar, but I was surprised by the wide variety of sake available! I'm not very knowledgeable about sake, but the menu had detailed explanations and the staff were able to explain everything clearly and in detail, so I felt very comfortable. For those who don't like sake, they also have wine and nectar sake (peach-based) available, so no need to worry. I was able to relax on the sofa. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I went to a bar that specializes in Japanese sake and shochu out of curiosity. The entrance had a luxurious feel and I felt a bit nervous, but once inside, the friendly staff welcomed me (^-^) The interior was beautifully designed with a wide selection of shochu on display, it was impressive❗ There were also quite a variety of Japanese sake and shochu available Σ(゜Д゜) Since I'm not very knowledgeable about them, I had the staff recommend a dry Japanese sake for me. It was my first time trying that particular sake, and it was delicious❗ Served in stylish glasses, the snacks were also very tasty (о´∀`о) They seem to have a good selection of unique Japanese sake. The customers looked sophisticated and the staff was very easy to talk to, I might become a regular customer (´Д｀) Sake I drank: Tenpoichi (Hiroshima), Do Karakuchi (Akita), Time Machine (?), Yamagata Masamune (Yamagata). Shochu I drank: Aoshochu

After finishing dinner in Roppongi, we were looking for a second place and ended up at BAR Mihass. As we went up the elevator, we were greeted by stylish glassware lit up. The woman I was with was already impressed at that point. We sat at the counter and the bartender taught us about various types of alcohol, mainly focusing on sake and shochu. I was served the bartender's recommended sake and listened carefully to their feedback. For my second and third drinks, I chose based on the bartender's advice, and they were all delicious! The bartender is still young but has great listening and communication skills, leaving a positive impression. Behind the counter, there are sofa seats in a secluded area, which would be great for a date! The large sofa would also be enjoyable for groups.

In mid-May, I received a recommendation for a new bar and decided to check it out. Located on the 5th floor of a building just a short walk down from Roppongi Imoarai-zaka, the entrance was surprisingly elegant with wine and champagne glasses displayed beautifully. Inside, the decor was chic with a brown color scheme, a counter, two tables for two along the walls, and sofa seating for 4-6 in the back. The bar mainly focused on Japanese sake and shochu, with a wide selection of premium brands. I ordered a bottle of Aichi's Kuhachiroji, a sake I had been wanting to try. Served in a beautiful container with a glass cup, it had a straightforward umami flavor with a hint of acidity. It was delicious and went down smoothly. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I quickly finished the bottle, feeling a bit tipsy. The bar was run by a group of young entrepreneurs who had opened the place in late April. While their wine selection was still being developed, I suggested they consider adding classic Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italian, or Californian wines to improve their offerings. Overall, the bar had a casual and welcoming vibe, making it a great spot for a casual drink and conversation. It's nice to see more late-night options popping up in the area.

A wonderful master, delicious Japanese sake and shochu. The snacks that came with it were also a good match, and I really liked this bar. I definitely plan to go again.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and made me feel welcome. It was my first time there and because I was alone, they made an effort to help me interact with the regular customers around me. I had a great time thanks to their thoughtfulness.
