Hibiya Days: Yurakucho "GYOZAOHSHO Yurakucho International Forum Entrance Store" Hibiya Days 199 ⏳ Time-limited project extended to day 307 Time-limited project total day 547 (officially stationed) Gyoza no Ohsho presents a new concept store designed in a bar style that exudes openness and liveliness. We have prepared a relaxing space that blends into the cityscape. We offer a variety of specialty dishes and desserts exclusive to GYOZAOHSHO, all carefully crafted for a balanced nutrition. In addition, we have a wide selection of drinks including wine, cocktails, and sours to meet the needs of various occasions. Gyoza, the soul of Ohsho, is the flagship product and the soul of Ohsho. Our dedication to quality is unmatched. All main ingredients (pork, cabbage, chives, garlic, ginger, flour) are domestically sourced. Garlic from Aomori and flour from Hokkaido are particularly emphasized. Aomori garlic is a winter crop that thrives in Aomori's climate, harvested in June after enduring the harsh cold under the snow to accumulate sweetness. Hokkaido flour is known for its rich flavor. The high-quality flour with strong elasticity from Hokkaido requires precise water management to create a perfect dough. These safe, fresh, domestically sourced ingredients are processed in our domestic factories using our secret seasonings and techniques to transform them into gyoza fillings and skins. Nothing is frozen from production to delivery to the stores every day, ensuring freshness at all times. When you taste the gyoza grilled on Ohsho's special iron plate, you will experience the harmony of the flavorful, chewy skin and the juicy, flavorful filling. Ohsho's gyoza is packed with the umami of domestic ingredients and our secret techniques. Handmade dishes such as fried rice, chive and liver, sweet and sour pork, and twice-cooked pork... are all part of Ohsho's charm, served with the gyoza. The commitment to handmade cooking ensures that we provide freshly made, heartfelt dishes and respond flexibly to customer requests such as "please make the mapo tofu spicy," to pursue the best dishes for our customers. This is made possible by the numerous staff members with high cooking skills and originality. The original menus created by the staff's skills and creativity have become one of Ohsho's attractions. Some customers travel far and wide to visit various stores in search of original menus. Pursuit of safety and security The most important thing for a restaurant is to ensure that customers can eat with peace of mind. At Ohsho, we pursue safety and security. We use mostly domestic ingredients such as rice, pork, chicken, and vegetables. We obtain origin reports from suppliers and emphasize information management with traceability. Furthermore, our employees visit supplier factories and production sites, especially for pork and vegetables, to conduct hygiene audits, sharing and realizing the safety and quality standards we require. In the manufacturing facilities, we conduct visual inspections of raw materials, use X-ray devices to prevent foreign matter contamination, and perform microbiological tests to ensure thorough quality control. Hospitality At Ohsho, our staff always think about what they can do for the customers. For example, on cold winter days when there is a line outside and customers are waiting, we may offer them warm tea. This kind of service is not dictated by manuals but is based on each employee's "hospitality." The DNA of Ohsho, passed down since its founding, of constantly thinking and acting on what can be done for the customers, will continue to create customer satisfaction across generations. I was walking around and stumbled upon my long-awaited King Shabu restaurant!! There was no counter, so I had to wait in line for a bit, but I was seated quickly. The service was slow, the beer was warm, the gyoza was lukewarm, and the plates were just average. And it was expensive. Hmm, I won't be going back again. Disappointing King Shabu.

Irish pub-style interior. About 40 seats with tables only. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from classics to new creations. There's a special on draft beer where the second one is ¥100 off, but I passed on it since getting drunk during the day isn't a good idea. I ordered the "Vegetable-Filled Soup Dumpling Lunch" for ¥990 (tax included). You can choose fried rice, but I went with the Tianjin rice. The soup dumplings were loaded with veggies and came with a salad and mini almond jelly. The vegetable-filled soup dumplings were huge, with 4 in total. I carefully picked out the garlic-free ginger dumplings from the mix of veggies. They were hearty and healthy. The Tianjin rice, in a just-right size, was colorful with beautiful crab sticks. The special soy sauce drizzled on top was a nice touch. The fluffy and moist egg mixed in was delightful. I scooped it up with a red lacquered spoon and enjoyed its hot and delicious taste. The mini almond jelly dessert was also delicious and sweet. Thank you. Gyoza Oushou ( ´∀` )/ Cheers!

I had a bit of a surprising first experience, so I'm writing this as a memo. It was a little after 3 PM on a weekday. I was shocked to find out that they couldn't make my ramen extra large. This was a first for me. It was at a restaurant called Osho... I was surprised to see that they served six pieces of shrimp mayo, which was a good deal. Despite it being early afternoon, the place was almost full. They only had tables for 1 or 2 people. It seemed like a restaurant more suited for solo dining.

My family is still in Takamatsu dealing with official procedures and sorting out my father-in-law's belongings, so I have been having lonely gourmet days. Since I don't have any quick-cooking ingredients left at home, tonight I decided to stop by and have dinner on my way back at "Gyoza no Ohsho" next to Tokyo International Forum. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that this was not just any "Gyoza no Ohsho", but the first stylish bar-type store in Tokyo, named "GYOZA OHSHO" in English. Without hesitating, I ordered the "Pork Spicy Ramen" which was part of their current fair, along with 3 gyoza and a small rice set. The ramen had a spicy miso-like soup with plenty of ingredients, while the gyoza in the set was consistently good. Compared to the sometimes outrageous menu names of "Osaka Ohsho", "Gyoza no Ohsho" may lack a bit of playfulness, but it definitely delivers in terms of stability and taste. (6/10)

We visited the restaurant with 2 people on Saturday evening around 8 o'clock and had to wait a little before being seated. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was stylish, which was a bit surprising given the location in Yurakucho. We ordered Peroni, an Italian draft beer, and steamed chicken with sesame sauce as a snack. The chicken was tender and moist, but the flavor was strong and a bit salty. The location is convenient as it is close to the station.

It had been a while since I met up with someone in Yurakucho. They mentioned wanting to go to this restaurant they saw on TV, which was my first time at this fancy place. They served beer in tall glasses instead of mugs. We started with gyoza, which tasted pretty good. The intestines were also delicious, and the mapo tofu was bubbling and tasty. We shared a large portion of fried rice and King's ramen, but the portions didn't seem that big. Luckily, we were able to sit at a table for four near the front, so we could relax and enjoy our drinks. The tables are lined up straight, so it might be a bit of luck to get a spot for a leisurely and lively gathering. There is only one spacious restroom. I didn't know how to pay since they treated me. The last drink, a fresh lemon sour with cilantro, was surprisingly good.

I discovered a very stylish Gyoza no Ohsho under the Yurakucho guard. When I checked on Tabelog, it seems to be a new concept store. It was 10 minutes before lunch, but there were already several groups of people waiting in line. I wrote my name down and waited for my turn. After about 15 minutes, I was seated in the restaurant, and indeed, the atmosphere was completely different from the usual Gyoza no Ohsho. The interior was designed in a bar-like style with chic colors. The customers were also different, with about half of them being female groups you wouldn't normally see in regular stores. The menu seemed to be the same as other stores, so I ordered the white soy sauce yakisoba and the classic gyoza. The dishes that came out were the usual delicious flavors. The yakisoba had crunchy vegetables, and the pork belly and egg went well with the white soy sauce. The gyoza was as good as always.

The deadline for the shareholder benefits is approaching in June, so I decided to visit Osho early. I was torn between ordering multiple items from the Just size menu, but ended up choosing the usual Gomoku soba. It was reliably delicious as always. I burned the roof of my mouth as usual. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious. I will come again!

Today, I went to Gyoza Ohsho in Yurakucho because I heard they have a new dish called "Rei-Chu" (cold noodles). The restaurant is located under the JR tracks and has a surprisingly stylish atmosphere. The menu is displayed in a trendy way, with the name written as "Gyoza Ohsho" in English letters instead of kanji. After a short wait, I was seated and ordered two draft beers, which tasted especially good in the chic setting. I also tried the classic gyoza and steamed chicken with sesame sauce, both of which were delicious. The main dish was the cold noodles, which came in a regular version and a spicy version. I opted for the spicy cold noodles, which had a traditional mix of ingredients like chashu, shredded egg, crab sticks, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. The noodles were firm and smooth, and the dish was topped with chili flakes that added a spicy kick. The soup also had a surprise kick with "Ichimi" (Japanese chili powder), "extra spicy chili oil," and "Sichuan pepper oil." The combination of toppings and soup made the dish progressively spicier, causing me to break out in a sweat. Despite the intense heat, I managed to finish the dish, but my mouth and lips continued to tingle for about 30 minutes after the meal. Overall, Gyoza Ohsho's spicy cold noodles were a challenging but satisfying experience.

On Sunday, I went to the restaurant right after it opened. It quickly became full. Condiments are delivered after ordering. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes after ordering, and the gyoza came about 5 minutes after the ramen. As of March 2023, due to the impact of avian influenza, there was no seasoned egg, but instead, they offered a discount. I love seasoned eggs, so I was a little disappointed... but the food was still delicious as always. The restaurant is stylish and clean.

The "YRC Perroni set" with mapo tofu and two draft beers. The dumplings and sausages were mild in flavor, lacking a punch for me. The mapo tofu was tasty, but compared to other more innovative restaurants, it felt a bit safe. The Perroni beer in the set seemed a bit small. Despite not feeling like a large amount, I still left feeling full. I might consider trying other items on the menu next time.

Around 8:30 PM on a regular day, we decided to go to a second restaurant, which was also a Chinese restaurant. We couldn't resist the craving for dumplings, so we ended up here. There were a few groups waiting, but the turnover seemed fast, so we wrote our name on the board and waited. It was a bit funny how the foreign staff called out the reservation names casually. They only had table seats, so the turnover rate was slower compared to the usual Gyoza no Ohsho restaurants. In the end, we made it just in time for the last order at 9 PM. We ordered Mapo Tofu (just size) for 380 yen, Garlic-Free Ginger Dumplings for 240 yen, Double Egg Tianjin Rice (just size) for 380 yen, and three Ginger Lemon Sours for 480 yen each. It was nice to have the option of regular size and a smaller just size. The Ginger Lemon Sour was refreshing with a strong carbonation, and I ended up enjoying three glasses in an hour. The last food order was at 9 PM, and the last drink order was at 9:30 PM with the restaurant closing at 10 PM. Thank you for the meal!

The menu is limited, but the flavors are solid. The atmosphere is trendy, fitting for the location. It's convenient being close to the station, but personally, I prefer Shinbashi or Monzen-Nakacho. It's like THE Osho, but with a stylish twist. It can get crowded on weekends, and the staff can be a bit flustered.

JR Yurakucho Station. Under the elevated railway tracks that run to the northeast of the station is a shopping street. In one corner of Chiyoda-ku Marunouchi, there is "Gyoza Oushou Yurakucho Kokusai Forum Entrance Store", my third lunch in life. It is the first store of "Gyoza Oushou" at the latest antenna shop of Oushou. It is not "Gyoza no Oushou" though (it's run by a different company). No need to write your name on the waiting board to enter. There are only about 40 table seats. The interior is like an Irish bar. As expected of Yurakucho~♪ I ordered the "Luxurious Stir-fried Rich Roast Ham and Chive Tamago Set". It comes with 3 gyoza, rice (medium), and clear egg soup for 970 yen (including tax). Just as I saw on the news, the gyoza plates are brought after ordering to counteract customers' annoying behavior. What a world we live in... Setting that aside, after a while, the luxurious stir-fried rich roast ham and chive tamago dish arrived. A dish made with top-quality roast ham, how luxurious. Just a chive tamago, but it feels so rich~♪ The colorful kaki-tama with plenty of eggs. How beautiful it is~♪ I picked it up with my chopsticks and put it on the rice. Together with the rice, into my mouth. It's hot and fluffy, moist. The saltiness is just right. It's delicious. The gyoza, a staple of Oushou, even though there are only 3, each piece has a great volume. It's full of energy. Of course, it goes without saying that it goes well with rice. The staff is still working efficiently and interacting with customers in a mature manner. It's still a good restaurant. Thank you♪ Gyoza Oushou ( ´∀` )/Pon!

I had a solo lunch at Osho. I ordered the February limited edition Buta Toro Ramen and the Just Size menu Gyoza (3 pieces). Gyoza is a must when you come to Osho. The Just Size menu is a single serving size, so you can order without worrying about eating too much. The limited edition Buta Toro Ramen aims to be like Okinawa's Soki soba, but it's a little different. The pork belly cartilage was tender and the soup was thick. It was delicious, but I prefer the soup to be less thick. The staff mentioned that the Gyoza would take some time to cook, but in the end, the Ramen took longer. (^^)

Around 1:00 PM on Saturday, I visited the restaurant. It was not too crowded, so I was able to be seated without waiting too long. I ordered the vegetable-filled dumplings lunch set, which was available during lunch hours (11:00-17:00). It took a little time for the food to come out due to the crowd. Shortly after, the ordered menu items were placed on the table: - Just the right size (slightly small) Tianjin rice - Vegetable-filled soup with dumplings - Mini salad - Almond jelly The vegetable-filled soup was delicious, with tasty vegetables. The dumplings were also good, with the soup's salty flavor complementing them well. The Tianjin rice was tasty, with plenty of egg and crab meat (imitation crab meat?). The dessert, almond jelly, had a rich milk flavor and was delicious. Despite being a chain restaurant, each store manager at Ousho has a lot of discretion, so the menu may vary slightly. The Ousho at the Kokusai Forum store was a very good restaurant.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Yurakucho Station, Gyoza no Ohsho offers a different atmosphere compared to other restaurants. I ordered the classic Gyoza (double) set meal, which had a slightly different menu. It was my first gyoza of the year, and as always, Gyoza no Ohsho never disappoints with its delicious taste and great value!

Write your name on the waiting board and wait for about 15 minutes. When my name was called by a staff member, I entered the restaurant. There are about 40 table seats. The interior looks like an Irish bar. I ordered a draft beer, Asahi Super Dry, for 478 yen (tax included). They have a promotion where you get 100 yen off from the second beer onwards. For my meal, I ordered the "Vegetable-filled Soup Gyoza Lunch" for 990 yen (tax included) with a choice of a small portion of fried rice. The meal came with a salad and a mini almond jelly. I started with a draft beer, and when it was finished, my food arrived. I ordered another beer and enjoyed the colorful crab stick on top of the delicious Tianjin rice. The special soy sauce dressing on the rice was fantastic, and the plenty of eggs made it even better. The vegetable-filled soup gyoza was huge, with four garlic-zero ginger gyoza hidden in a forest of vegetables. The dish was healthy and delicious. The mini almond jelly was also tasty and sweet. The staff was efficient and friendly. It was a great dining experience. Thank you, Gyoza Oushou!

The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere and is popular for group gatherings like drinking parties. The gyoza and fried rice are served in trendy dishes, different from the typical ones used at Osho restaurants. The staff provides good customer service. However, personally, I don't care much about the stylishness, so I would prefer to go to a regular Osho restaurant if there is one nearby.
