I visited at 6:00 p.m. on a regular day. It is a Chinese restaurant located in the Tokyo International Forum, just a 1-minute walk from JR Yurakucho Station. The Tokyo International Forum branch is a large store with 104 seats on the 7th floor of the 220m long, 60m high glass hall building. The glass building visible from the train turned out to be a lobby for a building with halls and meeting rooms. I visited during lunchtime and was impressed by the spacious interior. The restaurant, located on the 7th floor, was easily accessible by escalator and elevator. I ordered the "Mountain Delicacy Meal" and the "Noodle and Rice Set with Ankake Yakisoba" from the lunch menu. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The meal was satisfying, especially the creamy and slightly sweet soy milk porridge. After the meal, I explored the glass tower's corridors and enjoyed the experience. I also bought some frozen meat dumplings as souvenirs, which turned out to be very tasty when steamed at home. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I highly recommend it for both dining and souvenir shopping.

I had a gathering with 10 old friends and we were well taken care of. As a measure against COVID-19, we requested a course where each person could have their own portion in a semi-private room (almost private). The cuisine at Totoen is a Cantonese style that suits Japanese taste. It may be a bit lacking for those who love ethnic food, but it is safe for large group dining. The stir-fried shrimp, cashews, and ginkgo nuts is a classic dish and it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

We originally came for the food trucks, but it was too hot so we decided to eat inside. We went for Chinese lunch with our friends. I was tempted by the cold tantanmen, but ended up ordering the Ocean Lunch (shrimp chili) while my friend got the Mountain Lunch (thinly sliced beef and bell peppers stir-fry). The shrimp was nice and firm, and the milk porridge was delicious. The service was calm and the atmosphere was cool and relaxed.

I stopped by this shop after strolling through the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, and it was a hit! The five-ingredient soup noodles were delicious. The ingredients were definitely of good quality, and each ingredient was tender with a strong flavor. The overall seasoning of the soup was light yet robust. Thank you for the meal!

The meal had a variety of dishes and had a taste that felt like Chinese cuisine adjusted for Japanese people. Those who like authentic Chinese food may find it a bit lacking. It is located inside the Tokyo International Forum, so it may get a bit crowded if there is an event happening at the same time.

Once a year, we use this restaurant for our company alumni association. We chose the 6000 yen course with all-you-can-drink option, and enjoyed chatting with senior members about the past and catching up on recent news. The private room had three round tables, accommodating around 15 people, allowing us to relax without worrying about others. The food was generally light Chinese cuisine. The price includes the ambiance of the venue and the view of the International Forum.

I used it for my birthday. The restaurant was calm and I was able to enjoy my meal peacefully. From the appetizers to the xiaolongbao, shark fin soup, shrimp chili, and yakisoba, everything was delicious. I will definitely go again. ☺️

Today, we had a company alumni gathering at Totei Kobo on the 7th floor of Yurakucho International Forum. There were 16 people seated at 3 round tables, with individual small plate servings. The course included a variety of dishes such as spring rolls, shrimp chili, sweet and sour pork, mapo tofu, five-flavor yakisoba, and almond jelly for around 5,500 yen. The focus was more on enjoying conversation after not meeting for 2 and a half years due to COVID-19. We enjoyed beer, Shaoxing wine, and had a lot to drink, getting quite tipsy. The event started at 12:30 pm and went on until 3:30 pm, lasting for 3 hours of continuous drinking. The sweet and sour pork with black vinegar was particularly delicious!

I visited for the lunch course. It was also my friend's birthday. The flavors were all elegant and very carefully prepared. The Chinese dishes were light and have remained the same over the years. The portions were small so you could try a variety of dishes, making it perfect for a girls' gathering. I forgot to take a picture of the main dish. haha It's a good place for a leisurely lunch once in a while. Thank you for the meal.

Healthy Gourmet Meal. Located on the 7th floor of Tokyo International Forum. We had made a reservation, so we were able to get a seat even though it was full. Both my wife and I ordered the Healthy Gourmet Meal. My wife chose the porridge while I opted for rice. For drinks, we had iced tea and iced coffee. The meal started with appetizers - tofu, century egg, and other items. Next came the dim sum - the jade dumplings with shrimp were delicious and the shumai was flavorful. We felt like having something cold to drink, so we used a coupon to get mango juice and my wife got iced green tea. The mango juice was rich and not too sweet, which was nice. The main course included rice, seafood, and meat dishes. The seafood stir-fry consisted of shrimp, squid, scallops, and celery. The meat dish was black vinegar pork. The portions were generous and the flavors were elegant. The rice was a bit soft, but it paired well with the dishes. For dessert, we had almond tofu and coconut-covered dumplings. The contrast between the cold almond tofu and warm dumplings was delightful. Overall, we indulged in a variety of dishes and left satisfied. We were able to use PayPay for payment.

I went for a late lunch on a regular day. I went alone and there was no waiting time. I took the elevator to the 7th floor of the Glass Building at the International Forum. The elevator hall facing the vast space is very quiet. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also calm. An elderly group of women is talking vigorously, but it's not too distracting because the tables are spacious. I ordered the "Mountain Delight Set". The main dish is pork with black pepper flavor. You can choose between rice or soy milk porridge. I was excited about the porridge, but soy milk? I'm not a big fan of soy milk, so I was a bit worried about it. However, the soy milk porridge was delicious. It didn't have a strong soy milk smell at all. I'm glad I ordered it. In addition to pork, the main dish also includes several types of root vegetables, truly a mountain delight. The fact that the black pepper flavor isn't overpowering is also great. They serve tea in a cup at first, and then bring a pot, which is a nice touch. Even almond jelly for dessert. This restaurant is perfect for when you want to have a leisurely lunch and take your time. I am grateful for introducing me to the deliciousness of soy milk porridge. Thank you for the meal.

I had lunch with my colleagues at work!! We had salad, mapo tofu, soup, steamed dish, stir-fry, rice, almond jelly, and oolong tea. The chicken in the salad was very tender and the skin was crispy and delicious. The steamed dish was the classic shumai with a slightly tangy sauce, which was perfect for the hot weather today. This time I went with my coworkers, but next time I think I'll come alone and try out different dishes at this restaurant. I look forward to discovering new flavors here again!!

Around Tokyo Station, having a private room Chinese restaurant for an 8-person banquet is a safe choice. I searched on Ichijiku and found Higashi-Ten-Hong, a long-standing Chinese restaurant chain. We opted for a 10,000 yen course which included Peking duck and shark fin soup with all-you-can-drink options. The taste, menu, and service were all satisfactory, and the private room had a nice view, making the banquet enjoyable. Since we were 8 men, we added fried rice before finishing. The Tokyo International Forum branch has a good location, well-equipped private rooms, and is a convenient restaurant for entertaining guests. Overall, it is a safe choice for entertaining. ⭕️

Totei Kobo offers a unique blend of Cantonese and Fujian cuisine with Japanese influences, known as "Totei Kobo cuisine," and currently has 20 locations nationwide. International Forum Glass Building (Conference Room Building) on the 7th floor, there is Azuma Tenko. It is recommended to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed and luxurious space! September 2018 Lunch Visit: I took the elevator from the cafe Lexel next to the basement and went up to the conference room building. It can be hard to find from the 1st floor, so be careful. Since I was alone, I was guided to the dining area in the front. There were about 10 tables for 4 people each, arranged in an open yet well-sealed space. In addition to the lunch menu, you can also order from the grand menu. Sweet and sour pork (weekday lunch special) 1,782 yen including a service charge of 150 yen I was asked if I would like warm jasmine tea, and I agreed. The service charge is included, so the staff regularly came by and poured hot tea for me promptly. It feels luxurious. The carpet at my feet absorbs sound, or the staff walks quietly, as I couldn't even sense their presence. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. If you are someone who finds quiet places challenging, this might be difficult. The main hall seems to be on the JR side at the back, and on the day I visited, there was a large banquet with a microphone in use. The BGM was very low-volume jazz. In about 7 minutes, the set meal was served. The sweet and sour pork seasoning was very delicious! I love this sweet and sour taste. Besides the pork, there were bamboo shoots and nagaimo, I think? The crispy ingredients that I couldn't quite identify were also very delicious. The garnishes, paprika, broccoli, and mango, were vibrant. The egg soup had lots of small ingredients about 3mm square. Tofu, corn, mushrooms, carrots. It had a gentle seasoning. The dim sum included translucent shrimp dumplings with a rich shrimp texture! The meat shumai was delicate with finely ground meat, but it was a juicy type of dim sum. The side dish included spicy pickled zha cai, Japanese-style shredded kombu and cabbage, and cucumber pickles. Finally, I had the dessert, "Pu'er tea jelly." It was a very soft jelly, milky and sweet, and delicious! It was so satisfying! It was delicious! The entire restaurant is non-smoking, but there is a smoking room near the entrance that resembles an office. This weekday lunch (around 1500 yen) may end in September, but I look forward to enjoying a leisurely lunch again. Thank you for the meal!
