Near Temmabashi Station, there is a Chinese soba restaurant called Tsuji. I had their "regular" Chinese soba this time, after previously trying their intense version at the main branch in Yaroku. The soup had a soy sauce flavor, but lacked depth. The noodles were thin but had a good texture. The presentation showed their sense of style. However, I don't think they can compete with top ramen shops with their "regular" Chinese soba. If I go back, I'll try the intense version again.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. Finally had the chance to visit and tried their specialty, Chinese noodles. However, what caught my eye was a sign for their cold noodles. I have a weakness for limited edition items. I ordered the cold noodles and they were amazing. The flat, medium-thick noodles had a great texture and chewiness, and the sauce was perfect with a good balance of sourness and sweetness. I enjoyed the first few bites as they were, then mixed in the egg yolk. It was delicious. Next time, I want to try their signature Chinese noodles. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a while since I had the "baccibacci" ramen for 900 yen, pig feet for 300 yen, and a small bowl of rice for 100 yen. The "baccibacci" ramen was delicious. The ginger flavor was nice and the pork fat was excellent. The pig feet were as good as always. The thin straight noodles were also quite good. If it's 100 yen cheaper than usual, then it's definitely worth it. The garlic was used sparingly. It was lunchtime, so thank you for the meal!

I customized the cold noodles dish by adding mayonnaise and garlic, making it taste sinful yet delicious. The original sour soy sauce dressing and refreshing citrus flavors disappeared, replaced by a mayonnaise and garlic taste. I added even more garlic than shown in the picture. It was incredibly tasty. I tried the summer limited cold noodles that I had been curious about for a while. I've been wanting to go for a long time, and since I didn't have work in the afternoon, I had a late lunch! This was my third time coming here, I think. The September campaign is to increase the noodles for free, so of course I got the extra noodles! Even though everyone around me was salarymen, I sat alone at the counter and as soon as it arrived, I was like "Yes!!" My excitement skyrocketed inside me. For a garlic lover like me, this ramen is like a dream come true. I quickly finished it and it was a blissful time. The ramen is like a manifestation of desire. The staff, with their nice smiles, saw me off and I left the restaurant feeling refreshed (wearing a mask is a must due to the strong garlic smell). I will definitely come back. I want to go back while they're still doing the extra noodle campaign...

I visited Ramen Tsuji's second brand store here! I arrived about 30 minutes before opening on Saturday and was able to get a seat. I ordered the spicy Chinese ramen with extra meat! On top of the soup, there were green onions, garlic sprouts, raw egg, garlic, chili pepper, pork fat, ginger, and thinly sliced chashu. The well-balanced soup had a mix of animal ingredients, a sharp and lightly acidic soy sauce, just the right amount of garlic, a moderate spiciness from the chili pepper, a hint of ginger, and the mildness of the raw egg that enhanced the umami flavor. The thin straight noodles had a good firmness and smoothness that perfectly matched the soup. The chashu was thinly sliced and tender, making it easy to eat even with extra meat! While it had a junk food taste, it was well-balanced and delicious! I don't usually eat this kind of ramen, but it was fresh and tasty! It's the kind of ramen that goes really well with white rice! Thank you for the delicious meal!

I went to Chukasoba Tsuji, a ramen shop located right near Temmabashi Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. I ordered the Normal Batch Batch Chukasoba and a small White Rice Set. The ramen is advertised as being spicy, smelly, and greasy, with garlic, back fat, and bird's eye chili included, so I was expecting a really junky taste. However, the balance of umami and spiciness was excellent and it was very delicious. Among the toppings, the thinly sliced chashu and garlic sprouts were particularly delicious, and they paired perfectly with the rice. The egg yolk can be mixed with the noodles or turned into Tamago Kake Gohan, offering various ways to enjoy it. The thin noodles had a good firmness and paired well with the soup. It's also nice to be able to customize the taste with the condiments on the table. It was like being hit with a jet stream of umami from this high-level stamina ramen, and I was impressed. I want to try other menu items, so I will visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to eat ramen on Sunday, so I went to this place. It's the second brand of Ramen Tsuji in Yotsuya. It was great that they were open on Sunday, as many places around here are closed on Sundays. I was a bit worried about the spicy, greasy smell, but I ordered the pork foot soy sauce ramen. In August, there was a promotion for a free upsize, so I ordered the large portion. With just one bite, I was terrified by the dangerously delicious flavor of the soup. Without hesitation, I drank the soup eagerly. It was unstoppable. The noodles were thin and slightly firm, with a satisfying chewiness. The dangerous and delicious soup paired perfectly with the spiciness. The egg yolk added a rich and comforting touch. The fried garlic with the dangerous aroma of chili pepper was the perfect finishing touch. All I can say is "Hallelujah" from the bottom of my heart.

This is Chukasoba Tsuji. I visited during the evening hours. The owner operates the shop alone, so I made sure to take my time. I was planning to try the Tonkotsu Shoyu and Tonkotsu Shio ramen, but there was a limited edition option. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the cold noodles this time. I ordered the Cold Chuka with special toppings, including mayonnaise. The flat, medium-thick noodles were nicely arranged and topped with a sweet and tangy cold soy sauce dressing. The sesame oil and dressing coated the noodles well and tasted delicious. Mixing in the green onions provided a nice texture. Breaking the egg yolk and mixing it in added a mild flavor. Squeezing some sudachi citrus enhanced the dish's citrusy aroma, which complemented the cold noodles well. Mixing in some mustard added a slight kick to the sweet and tangy cold soy sauce dressing. The seared rare chashu had a crispy, meaty texture and was delicious. Mixing the mayonnaise with a little garlic and combining it with the soy sauce dressing and mustard was also tasty. It was a delicious bowl of cold noodles at Chukasoba Tsuji.

Limited pork soy sauce ramen with egg and small rice for 1400 yen. The pork feet are still deliciously tender. The noodles are cooked perfectly and taste amazing. The chashu and garlic sprouts are also good. I added a bit of garlic. The pork clear soup is also delicious. From August, they started serving cold noodles.
