This new restaurant, which opened last year in Galera, is a sister shop of cafe sov and loro Bakery, as you can guess from its name. It offers consistently delicious food. It's a must-visit place for teppanyaki lovers!

The place is located at the southeast corner of Tachikawa Kitaguchi Galeria. It used to be a coffee and ice cream shop. I went there on a late weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which was lucky. Maybe because I went with friends who like to eat, but it was delicious and I ended up eating about 10 plates. It was so good that I will definitely go again!

At "TACO WASA," I was casually having a drink when I noticed the neighboring restaurant "Teppan Western Food Sobu." There was a group of hikers enjoying themselves, and the atmosphere was group-friendly, making it a hidden gem within the Galera. I inquired if I could order food from the menu while at TACO WASA, and they said that both restaurants were okay with it, so they would deliver the food. Since I was just having a light drink, I ordered some seared dishes that were easy to snack on. I got the following items: Aki River beef Ichibo seared with onion sauce (1 piece) for 480 yen each x 3, Wagyu rib roast (1 piece) with green onion sauce for 390 yen, and beef harami (2 pieces) with red wine sauce for 390 yen, totaling 2,442 yen. The meat was delicious and made a great accompaniment to the drinks. I think the food is also solid because it's part of the Sov group. When everywhere else is crowded and you want to have a leisurely chat, places like OAK and Sobu are worth considering. Thank you for the meal.

I used Galleria for a bar hopping with my friend. The interior has a counter and table seats, and we sat at the counter. The Garlic Shrimp and Harami were delicious. The Garlic Shrimp had plenty of garlic on rare-cooked shrimp, and it looked great. The taste was also very delicious with a strong garlic flavor. The Harami was tender, juicy, and thick.

Tachikawa is bustling with excitement thanks to the PayPay campaign until December 2022. On a Saturday afternoon, after finishing our shopping at the department store and convenience store, we decided to visit Galeria Tachikawa for some drinks. Galeria Tachikawa is a collection of 10 food and beverage outlets, ranging from craft beer to sake, wine, yakitori, oden, sushi, Chinese cuisine, and bistros. It's a perfect spot for bar hopping. We stumbled upon a new restaurant called "Teppan Western Food Sobu," which opened at the end of October. We ordered a beer, a lemon sour cocktail, a mixed plate of French ham and salami, a delicious rare steak made from Akigawa beef, and some other drinks. The steak was exceptionally tender and flavorful, but some of the drinks were a bit disappointing in terms of taste and value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and are looking forward to exploring more spots in the area.

Ichiban Shibori beer 429 yen, Highball 528 yen, Akigawa beef Ichibo 429 yen x2, Rib roast 429 yen x2, Ratatouille 550 yen, Borgo red wine carafe 1,980 yen. Enjoy delicious meat little by little, and delicious wine. It's nice that you can order meat by the piece. Ratatouille was a first-time experience. The red wine was very delicious.
