This new branch of the well-known coffee chain Saza Coffee in Ibaraki, which opened in 2022, features siphon coffee brewing. The store is quite small and located right in front of the station gates, making it more suitable for a quick break or grabbing coffee to go rather than relaxing. The menu is similar to other Saza locations, offering a variety of coffees, espresso drinks, as well as a limited selection of cakes and pastries. A unique item exclusive to the Shinbashi branch is the striking black SL Milk Crepe made with bamboo charcoal, featuring a crunchy chocolate texture that is particularly enjoyable.

When I went out, I transferred at Shinbashi Station. In front of the JR ticket gate is "SAZA COFFEE". If you want to dine in, you need to secure a seat before ordering. The interior of the shop is not very spacious, so depending on the timing, it may be difficult to secure a seat. There are also seats at the back, but they are often overlooked. It was empty! I will go with "Delicious Coffee Jelly L" for 640 yen and "Tasty Coffee Jelly" for 1,000 yen, totaling 1,640 yen (including tax). It's a taste comparison (laughs). Previously, it was crowned as "the best in the world," but for some reason, it has disappeared now. The whipped cream on top of the jelly is the same, and the difference lies in the beans they use. Indeed, the more expensive one has a richer taste and depth, but I didn't feel a significant difference. I think it's fine to just have one without distinguishing between "delicious" and "tasty". It was disappointing that they used condensed milk. Personally, I don't like that sticky, overly sweet taste. It ruins the coffee jelly. I think just plain vanilla ice cream would be better. More effort is needed to enhance the coffee jelly.

I tried the newly released milk and coffee flavored soft serve ice cream. They were offering free cocoa nib toppings, so I decided to try them. It was my first time having so many cocoa nibs in my ice cream. The cocoa nibs had a strong flavor, making it hard to taste the ice cream itself, but the ice cream had a good texture and was refreshing. The coffee flavor was on the sweeter side. I'm curious about the expensive coffee jelly priced at 1000 yen, so I plan to try that next time.

I had always been interested in the repeat customer cafe at Shimbashi Station, Saza Coffee. Since there aren't many affiliated stores nearby, I had been wanting to go to the one at Shimbashi Station but kept missing the opportunity. Finally, I was able to go and I wish I had gone sooner. They warmed up a cheese bread-like item for me and it smelled amazing and tasted delicious, I became hooked. I wish they had more seating available.

I had some time before my scheduled appointment, so I decided to check out this place that I had been curious about for a while. It was a weekend afternoon, a time when everyone wants to relax and have a good time. I thought there wouldn't be any available seats, but to my surprise, there were a few empty seats so I quickly jumped in. I wanted something sweet, but considering my recent round belly, I opted for just a coffee. The "Shogun Coffee" cost 740 yen including tax. The Shogun Coffee arrived in a beautiful cup and had a nice aroma. I thought it might have a strong and unique flavor since it's called "Shogun," but it was surprisingly mild and had a traditional coffee taste. It was easy to drink with a gentle aroma, very calming. It was delicious coffee. The surroundings were a bit lively due to the location, but the interior of the shop had a warm wooden feel, and the staff were also very friendly. I think it's a great shop. I would like to come back again. Thank you for the meal.

Originally, I was planning to have a coffee at a chain store somewhere to adjust the meeting time. However, it started raining, and I felt reluctant to go outside from Shinbashi station, so I looked around and saw a coffee shop right in front of the north exit of Shinbashi station called "Saza Coffee." I decided to go in because I was tired of sitting at the counter seat. I ordered the "coffee of the day," which was Mocha (520 yen). According to their website, Saza Coffee has only 16 stores in the Kanto region (Ibaraki, Saitama, Tokyo) despite being a chain store. They have a strong passion for coffee, with their own coffee farm in Colombia called Saza Farm. I should have ordered the "Colombia Saza Farm" coffee. The interior of the shop is long and narrow, with the counter seats facing the wall. It can feel a bit dull, but the grey brick-like tiles on the wall, orange stick-like decorations, and stylish lighting create a nice atmosphere where you can immerse yourself in your own world, especially with the piano jazz playing at the time. The coffee is served in a stylish cup and saucer. The person next to me had a cup with roses, which was also lovely. The cup and saucer are very important. Sometimes a paper cup is fine, but it makes a difference in how you feel. The coffee has a gentle and deep flavor, not too acidic but with a slight bitterness, and a quiet freshness. It has a balanced deep taste that gently lingers. Enjoying coffee while contemplating the wall in front of you is ideal. Even when you think you're spacing out, you naturally end up thinking about various things. Drinking coffee while contemplating the wall is a natural way to let your thoughts flow. And when the coffee has a naturally gentle flavor, it enhances the experience even more. It was a pleasant meal.

On the initial plan for a coffee break in Ginza, both "Rin" and "Sanjukken" were crowded and not very relaxing, so I decided to take the Ginza Line to Shinbashi Station. I chose the limited-time menu option.
■ Golden Mocha Iced Coffee @ 670 yen (tax included)
I compared it with the regular iced coffee that my wife ordered. The Golden Mocha Iced Coffee had a vibrant fruity flavor with hints of berries, making it very delicious. The cafe only has counter seats, but it is clean and comfortable. The service was very polite, and they encouraged customers to ask if they had any questions about the coffee. It is conveniently located right in front of the ticket gate, and with delicious coffee, I plan to visit again.

Since I was a new graduate, I have loved Saza Coffee. I haven't posted about it, but I have been to various Saza Coffee shops! Today, I got coffee jelly and matcha lemonade to go. The combination is really good! I enjoyed dipping the coffee jelly in the sweet cream. The bouncy jelly was good! Thank you for the meal.

The world's best coffee jelly is 520 yen. The melon lemonade is 660 yen. The coffee jelly part has a good flavor and tastes delicious. The whipped cream is a bit too sweet, so I think it would be even better if the sweetness was reduced. It might be good for those who like it sweet. The melon lemonade is made with fresh melons from Ibaraki Prefecture.

I had some time before my meeting, so I went to a shop in front of Shinbashi Station. The shop was a bit small but moderately empty and easy to use. I struggled with the payment because the phone line of a certain company was not connecting, but the staff waited for me, which was helpful.

A local favorite, Saza Coffee, has opened in Shinbashi! Saza Coffee, which has been gradually increasing its number of stores in Tokyo, is becoming more popular. Before meeting with clients, I enjoyed a refreshing iced coffee. It's great to have a Saza Coffee right in front of the Shinbashi station gates, even though it can get a bit crowded. I will definitely visit again. And at Ecute Edition, you can earn JRE points. I didn't have time for dessert this time, but next time I want to relax and enjoy dessert.

A cafe inside Shimbashi Station, near Truffe Bakery. It's a small place where you can eat in. This time, I sat at the counter. I stopped by for a quick break, feeling tired, so I needed something sweet. I was curious about the "World's Best Coffee Jelly" in size M for 520 yen. I heard that the cream on top is sweet, so I asked for a little less. I also ordered a decaf coffee, hot. The jelly is firm, and the cream is indeed sweet, with chocolate sauce on top!! But on a tired day, this amount was just right. And the freshly brewed decaf coffee had a strong coffee aroma. It had a mild acidity, making it quite delicious for decaf coffee. The staff at the cafe were very kind. Despite its location next to the Shimbashi Station ticket gates, I was able to spend a comfortable time there. I also saw the "Original Truffle Bread" on my way out. I'm curious about that too. It apparently has porcini powder in it. The melon shake also looked delicious!

First visit. A cafe right in front of JR Shimbashi Station's ticket gate. I heard they have a "world's best coffee jelly" here, so I decided to try it. I went during weekday dinner time and there were seats available in the store. I ordered the coffee jelly, but there were two options: "World's best coffee jelly" for 520 yen and "World's most delicious coffee jelly" for 1000 yen. Apparently, they use different beans for each. The expensive one uses Geisha beans. I decided to go with the cheaper option since I don't really understand the difference with Geisha beans. I ordered the coffee of the day (520 yen) which was Ethiopian Mocha. The coffee was quite delicious. The store is small and noisy, but it's convenient being so close to the station and being able to enjoy good coffee. It's more expensive than BECK'S, but I think it's better to come here than go to BECK'S. As for the world's best coffee jelly, I think it's probably delicious. However, it was too sweet with the whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top. It was so sweet that I couldn't really taste the jelly. It felt like eating tofu with peanut butter spread on top. If they offer it without whipped cream or with less whipped cream, I would like to give it another try. Although the coffee jelly wasn't to my liking, the coffee was good and the location was convenient, so this is my rating.

A coffee shop originating from Ibaraki Prefecture opened a branch inside Shinbashi Station. I was planning to get a truffle bun, but ended up choosing a dessert instead. The seating area was full, so I had to wait in line at the register to make my choice. I had two options to choose from, and I decided to pay 700 yen for the "Rainbow Milk Crepe" using my transportation IC card. After confirming my purchase, I received a free paper bag, which I used to take the dessert home. The crepe turned out to be more moist than I expected, and the paper bag almost got wet to the point of tearing. I managed to wipe it dry with the paper napkin provided, and kept it cool until I had it for dessert after dinner. The crepe is made up of 20 layers with natural colorings, giving it a rainbow appearance. The colors were concentrated towards the bottom layers, and indeed gave off a rainbow vibe.

This morning, I spent a peaceful moment before work with a good smell and delicious coffee. The shop is small, but I can forget about the hustle and bustle of the station near the ticket gate with just one glass window. I never get tired of coming here, especially with their coffee blends. The familiar blue cup is also nice to see. I wonder if they sell these cups. I'll have to look into it next time. The salty sausage bread really enhances the flavor of the coffee.

I don't usually have a habit of eating sweets, but I was recommended to try the coffee jelly here by a friend. It was a little past 4 pm on a weekday and the place was packed, probably because it's a small space. I think they just serve the jelly with whipped cream on top, but for some reason I had to wait a bit. There were about 4 or 5 staff members behind the narrow counter, so it wasn't due to a delay in taking orders. I've never had coffee here, but the jelly had a deep coffee aroma that made me think it must be delicious. However, the whipped cream was quite sweet. It might be the chocolate sauce drizzled on top that's sweet. If you eat in the store, I wish they would serve it in a glass dish instead of a plastic container for takeout. This jelly makes me want to come back and try their coffee next time.

On Saturday afternoon, there were several groups waiting to be seated for tea time, showing that this place is quite popular. The coffee here is strong, so it may not be suitable for those who don't like intense flavors. The interior of the shop is unique, with the use of mirrors, dim lighting, and stylish decor. Across the counter, you can see masks from foreign countries, just like in the main store. It doesn't feel like a place to linger, but the wait time wasn't too long even when there was a line.

I've been curious about the colorful rainbow milk crepe on the sign for a while! It's not because it's trendy or anything like that! Anyway, today I had that colorful milk crepe and coffee. The coffee of the day was from Kenya. The coffee was really delicious. It was easy to drink and not too acidic, which I like. The temperature was just right too. The cup was cute! The milk crepe was sweet and tasty, but I prefer the pastry to be a bit more moist. The place is small, so first I secured a seat. You line up at the counter in the direction of the train. After finishing your meal, you can leave your dishes and go. The place is convenient. Next time, I'll try the "world's most delicious coffee jelly" they have!

This store of Saza Coffee has a more calm atmosphere compared to those in Ibaraki Prefecture. It is more suitable for adults or for commuting and taking the train. They offer coffee at the same level as in Ibaraki Prefecture, but they only serve Rainbow Milk Crepe or SL Milk Crepe for cakes. The cakes made by Saza's exclusive patissier to pair with coffee are exceptional. I visited to have the SL Milk Crepe. I am satisfied as I had a goal to reach 999 visits to Saza Coffee.

The café near the station entrance is convenient and has a chic atmosphere. I had a Kenyan coffee, which was fragrant with a mild bitterness and fruity acidity. Quite delicious. They offer unique and catchy menu items for bread and sweets.

Sazajerat* Strawberry (Single) - It is refreshing and the acidity is pleasantly sharp...♡ The smooth texture with bits of strawberry is also nice. Made with fully ripe Tochiotome strawberries from Ibaraki prefecture. I also wanted to have some milk with it. At Echute Edition Shinbashi, I received drip coffee ☕️ and candy as a gift for their 1st anniversary. Feeling lucky ☘️ and satisfied (๑ˇεˇ๑)•*¨*•.¸¸♪
