In Nishiki-cho, there is a sushi restaurant where you can enjoy high-quality nigiri sushi at the counter. The tuna and sea urchin nigiri were especially delicious. The interior of the restaurant has a wall covered in Nishijin-ori fabric, which is really lovely. Besides the nigiri, I highly recommend the tender octopus simmered dish. I paired it with a delicious Sauvignon Blanc!

The restaurants in this building are all lovely, but the sushi is especially recommended! The grandeur of the entrance is always impressive. The service is also wonderful, and I always feel comfortable on any floor. As for the food, there are many types of sake, and I was even recommended some that I had never tried before. I was able to enjoy a variety of appetizers with the sake. Each dish is carefully prepared and visually appealing. Last time I visited, I had a tasting of three different types of sea urchin. It's not often you get to do a comparison like that, so I would be happy to have the same experience next time.

When making a reservation, the restaurant asked, "What is the purpose of your visit?" The concept of the restaurant is "Champagne, Wine x Sushi." Some dishes may come out before you finish the previous one, causing a slightly rushed feeling. Visited for the first time with a glass of champagne course on Christmas. Located a short walk from Kinshicho Station, inside a building where a unique world view unfolds when you get off the elevator. I left my luggage at the front desk and headed to SUSHI Ryuge. Despite the spacious atmosphere, it was a counter-only style. The combination of karasumi and kazunoko cheese went well with the champagne. I switched to beer early on. The monkfish liver was amazing. It was my first time trying it. It was fluffy, rich, and creamy. The chawanmushi, about the size of a handball, was elegant with caviar and sea urchin on top. Inside, there was white fish liver hidden. The tenderness of the abalone and the perfect sweetness were just right. I was impressed by the red vinegar sushi with two types of sea urchin and nodoguro. I had about four cups of sake and left completely satisfied. It was a warm and attentive restaurant until the end.

I think it's a really good restaurant. Located near Kinshicho Station, this sushi restaurant has a large tank or artificial pond that creates a calming atmosphere with the sound of flowing water and pleasant aroma spreading throughout the space when you enter. The interior, including the counter seats, is even more inviting when you open the door at the back. It's a really lovely setup. They offer omakase sushi as well as a la carte options including appetizers, and the prices are clearly listed for each item, making it easy to understand. I find the prices to be relatively reasonable. The sushi rice seasoned with red vinegar is quite delicious and to my liking. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

I was invited to Ryutsuki for sushi and decided to go. I ordered a course and it was quite reasonable compared to restaurants in the city. I enjoyed sashimi, appetizers, sushi, soup, and dessert. The interior of the restaurant was luxurious and impressive. There was also a teppanyaki restaurant on the same floor with a similarly luxurious interior. I will visit there next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

It's been a while since I last visited. I didn't drink alcohol, so I apologize for that and it became cheaper. They were open until around 10 PM. Because there was no alcohol, the service was fast. I came for the atmosphere as I was with a young person, and I was very satisfied. The lounge was also good as always. Downstairs was only open for families.

A few years ago, I used to visit a long-established sushi restaurant in my local area just to enjoy the sushi made by Chef Hanada. However, he retired two years ago, and I recently received an invitation to visit the restaurant with the new head chef. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of a building near Kinshicho Station, with a grand entrance featuring a flowing waterfall. The restaurant has two floors, offering teppanyaki, Italian cuisine, and a party space. As I walked through the spacious lobby towards the sushi counter, I was greeted by the new head chef, Daizeki, with his familiar smile. We started off with a toast of Laurent-Perrier champagne, and then enjoyed a special menu prepared for the occasion. The dishes we tried included angel prawn blancmange, simmered abalone with crab sauce, sashimi of black sea bream, ark shell, and whelk with their liver. The sushi was beautifully crafted, with a focus on quality ingredients and innovative flavors. We also tried grilled golden eye snapper with caviar, scallop with summer truffle aroma, and many other delicious dishes. The dessert of kumquat and champagne jelly was a perfect ending to the meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I look forward to visiting again to try their teppanyaki and Italian dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I have visited the Ryuzuki Group several times, but this time I came because I heard that a sushi restaurant had opened. When I got off the elevator on the 6th floor and arrived at the entrance, I was once again overwhelmed by the bubble-like atmosphere that I always feel here. The restaurant is located in a glass booth to the right of the entrance. There are many people who use it for accompanying and after-work purposes. After all, it's Kinshicho. Lately, I have been treated like a forbidden town by my wife when it comes to the back side of Marui... Anyway, the restaurant only has counter seats, but it's spacious and relaxing. The chef was slim, dandy, and kind. I feel like I've seen him somewhere else before... He also seemed to recognize my face. This time, I ordered the sushi kaiseki course "Mochizuki". Each dish was a refined masterpiece. I had the main sake "Isoshiman" in a 720ml bottle. "Isoshiman" goes well with seafood because of its "seaside" flavor. In March of the following year, I once again ordered the course "Mochizuki". Japanese sake really goes well with Japanese cuisine, doesn't it? Hmm, the sashimi of natural flounder was delicious... Oh, there's a thick bone, fin, or tendon... Well, it adds to the charm... Overall, it was delicious and enjoyable. Despite the glamorous atmosphere, there was no tension at all, which was nice. Maybe it's because it's so relaxed. That's the best part. I'll definitely go again.

My partner and I are big fans of meat, so we have been neglecting our food blog posts. We finally visited Ryuuzuki Sushi, which I had been curious about. This is my first review on Tabelog, yay! First of all, the atmosphere is like Ginza, not Kinshicho. The counter is incredibly long, so you can relax. The presentation of all the dishes is top-notch, like a traditional Japanese restaurant! The sushi is delicious. Personally, I prefer regular tamagoyaki, so I wasn't a fan of the high-end fluffy tamagoyaki here. The matsutake mushroom was a bit off-season and not as flavorful this time, but I usually love it. The chawanmushi was delicious. There is a wide variety of appetizers, which is fun. It was great that they had horsehair crab available. It's rare to find a restaurant in Kinshicho or Kameido that excels in atmosphere, service, and food, but this one does. The atmosphere is top-notch. They have long opening hours, so I will definitely visit again.

We ordered the special deluxe chirashi and sushi rolls from room service, and they were so luxurious and delicious. The quality of the bento exceeded our expectations. We shared this meal between two people and we were so full! The cost performance was excellent. We would love to come back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I had the Dragon Moon Chirashi Sushi! The luxurious toppings were amazing. Achieving high cost performance before reaching caviar, next time I'll go for the premium option. This chirashi bento is a must-have for Shinkansen travel. I wonder if you can also eat it at the lounge on the first floor of the hotel. It would be amazing with white wine, don't you think?
