The food and beer were delicious. It was all-you-can-drink, but at one point, our order didn't go through, so when we inquired about it, we ended up getting two of the same drink. We were seated at the counter, but because the restaurant was crowded or the aisle was narrow, I got a little annoyed by the staff occasionally kicking the legs of our chairs as they passed by. A stylish beer restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building. I visited alone, and found it easy to drink at the counter. However, I felt that the portion size and prices for meals were not very friendly for solo diners. The beer itself had a generally mild taste. I ordered a 3-beer standard tasting set for 1500 yen. YonaYonaBeerWorks Shinjuku Store held a company banquet on April 24, 2023. We started with a toast with beer provided, and then we were able to order from our mobile phones by scanning a QR code. This ordering system was quite convenient. However, it was a bit disappointing that the black beer ran out quickly. Even though it was all-you-can-drink, it was frustrating to run out. Also, the timing of the dishes coming out was slow!!! The beers came out quickly and they were all delicious. I was enjoying the craft beer, thinking it was great, but the food was actually quite tasty too. If they had considered the pace a bit better, we could have enjoyed the meal more. The sausages and chicken that came out towards the end were left over. The pace in the last 30 minutes didn't match well since the all-you-can-drink was for 90 minutes with last order. Spice Charge, second visit. Delicious craft beer and lovely interior. The place was almost full. I sat at the counter where I could see many taps lined up. Yona Yona Ale can be easily bought at convenience stores, but the poured beer is exceptional. Since I was already full, I only drank. I want to come back to meet the beers that are poured here. Light, hoppy Karuizawa Beer Craft IPA, Works Ale, Back Alley Don Dada Golden Ale, and Aooni IPA with a bitterness that comes through at the end, which is my favorite finish.

The company's New Year's party was held here. The walls were filled with Yonayona beer cans! The course included all-you-can-drink beer, which I think beer lovers would enjoy trying various craft beers. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of beer, so I opted for sours and wine. However, the selection of sours and wines was limited. I thought the First Love Apple Sour and Fully Ripe Peach Sour would be delicious with fruit flavors, but they were quite weak. The sparkling wine, on the other hand, was generously poured, which surprised me. The food consisted of potato salad, salmon, fried potatoes, sausage platter, and roast chicken. Overall, it felt like a selection of appetizers.

Yonayona Beer in the Shinbashi area is a beer shop run by the owner. When I went for lunch, they served me curry, and I had the baked cheese curry. The curry was slightly spicy, and the cheese made it softer and tasted great. Next time, I'll make sure to go there to have some beer.

I visited around 2:00 PM on a regular day and ordered the hot spring egg keema curry. It was filled with lots of ingredients and plenty of mixed beans, with a good amount of spices. Unfortunately, they were out of herbs this time, but it would have been a nice addition. The salad dressing seemed to have wasabi in it.

I went to the YONAYONA Beer Works restaurant located between Shimbashi and Toranomon with my friends on this day! I've always wanted to go there. The Shinjuku store is always crowded and I can't get in... But in Shimbashi, I can get in! Because it's not well known! It's a hidden gem! There was only one group of older ladies in the restaurant, but we had made a reservation so we smoothly got in! We ordered the course menu and all-you-can-drink. YONAYONA beer is so delicious, right? The naming sense is also really good. It was a 2-hour time limit, but we drank a lot! The menu included potato salad, salmon, chicken, sausages, salad, and more. It was quite a generous portion. If you can eat this much with craft beer, the cost performance might be good! It seemed like there were a lot of local office workers. The menu and ordering were done online. You can also pay online. Here are some of the items we ordered: a variety of beers in small quantities, including guest beers like "Mountain Top Newie" and "Back Alley Dontabata," as well as regular beers like "Sansan" and "Boku Beer Kimi Beer." Personally, I liked the light and refreshing taste of Newie. The kale salad had a generous amount of vegetables, which was great for vegetable lovers. The canned mackerel had a lot of cilantro and onions piled on top, but even when you eat it all together, it still tastes like mackerel, cilantro, and onions separately. They were closed during the state of emergency, but I visited after the declaration was lifted and daytime drinking was allowed. The atmosphere was not great with four groups of chatting customers at table seats, but I sat at the counter seat with partitions. The menu was scanned with a smartphone, which was convenient, but it took 6 minutes for the order to be sent (later recognized the Wi-Fi). I ordered a pint of Yona Yona IPA "Indian Blue Demon" for 1,100 yen and three sausages for 2,200 yen. I enjoyed the IPA (7% ALC) that came from the tap while waiting, and after 9 minutes, hot long sausages arrived on a hot iron plate. I understood why they covered the belongings with a cloth. The sausages had 11 flavors, and I chose "Spicy Curry," "Shiso and Sansho Pepper," and "Yuzu Pepper" on that day, which was a generous portion for one person. The accompanying onions were also hot, and I sipped on the IPA. I wanted to order more, but the loud chatting made me decide to leave. I paid with cashless payment and my total stay was just under 30 minutes. The "Hills Everyone's Rules" at the building entrance seemed meaningless.

On Christmas Eve, I was invited out since I had no plans and went to "YONA YONA BEER WORKS Shinkoto-dori store". I was happy to see the "Mac 'n Cheese" that I used to eat a lot when I lived in America. Each household has a different taste for Mac 'n Cheese. It's a dish that brings out the taste of each home. In Japan, just like how the taste of Nikujaga (meat and potato stew) varies from household to household, Mac 'n Cheese also reflects the taste of each home with its rich cheese flavor. It was so delicious. I definitely want to eat it again next time. The YONA YONA specialty roast chicken was delicious, and even the take-out options like Napoli-tan and salad were tasty, but nothing beats the freshness of eating it on the spot. The place is located on the second floor of a building in an office district that is somewhat of a walk from the station, so you might not notice it if you didn't know about it. The interior has a casual cafe-like atmosphere. The restrooms are located on a different floor outside the shop. The menu is accessed through a QR code, which is common these days. They offer 6 standard beers, 3 limited edition beers, and special beers. They also offer food items like Half-Boiled Egg Potato Salad with Tuna Sauce for 650 yen, Grilled Jumbo Shishito Peppers from Kochi Prefecture for 780 yen, and Spicy Corn Fritters for 500 yen. Since it was our second stop of the night, we only ordered a little bit of food. It's a great place to enjoy craft beer casually, so it seems very convenient. I had plans for a social gathering at a shop on the same floor, but I arrived almost an hour earlier than the scheduled time, coming directly from a business trip. It seemed like too much trouble to go back to the office, so I decided to pass the time at this shop. The interior was spacious with high ceilings, and there was plenty of room. I sat at the counter seats surrounding the tap, where I could watch the beer being poured right in front of me. When asked if I had a favorite beer from Yona Yona, I replied that I would like a can of Aooni or Yona Yona Ale. The staff then mentioned that they had a limited edition beer called "Daikichi IPA" if I liked IPAs. Intrigued by the word "limited edition," I decided to order a pint (1,200 yen). It had a citrusy fruity taste, with a moderate bitterness for an IPA. It wasn't as strong as I expected, but still had a good flavor. I finished the first pint quickly, so for the second round, I chose a pint of TOKYO BLACK (950 yen). It had a rich stout flavor, but there was a lot of foam. I finished it just as quickly and with 20 minutes left, I ordered a TOKYO BLACK RealALE (830 yen) for my last drink. This one had less foam and a more robust flavor, which I enjoyed. I paired the three beers with Cream Cheese & Iburi Gakko (580 yen) and Three Mushroom & Bacon Ajillo (900 yen). The Cream Cheese & Iburi Gakko was like a cookie with cream cheese sandwiched between Iburi Gakko slices. It had the expected taste of pickles and cheese, which went well with the beer. The Ajillo with mushrooms like Bunashimeji, Shimeji, and Mushroom was also delicious and complemented the beer perfectly. After finishing the dishes and the third beer, it was just 5 minutes before the start of the social gathering. It was a perfect way to pass the time, thanks to Yona Yona's reliable beers. As a result, I found that one toast at the social gathering was enough for me.

Yaho Brewing is an official beer restaurant located a 7-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. They offer a lunch menu, and you can also enjoy day drinking with their lunch beer, the strongest being the 7% Indian Blue Demon served in a pint glass. The lunch set includes grilled chicken and craft sausages with a salad bar for 1400 yen. The sausages are delicious and plentiful. At night, they offer all-you-can-drink craft beer, making it a perfect spot for beer lovers. I plan to visit again at night to try all the different beers. The budget is around 2500 yen.
