Today, I visited a new restaurant in Nakano. It is run by two famous chefs who have worked in well-known restaurants like Meat Man and Goryon in Roppongi and Shibuya. The location is a bit far from Nakano Station, at the end of Nakano Broadway, then turn right and walk for a while. The exterior is stylish, and the smell of charcoal outside is very inviting. I started with a beer and enjoyed the Negitan Yukke while appreciating the attention to detail in the lighting and tableware inside. The "Nomero Shumai" caught my eye and it was soft, juicy, and delicious. We also had bottle wine with a unique starter of bread. The roast pork carpaccio and Harateki with red wine were amazingly delicious. We couldn't try everything because there were only two of us, but we will definitely go back with more people next time. It was delicious anyway! I went for the Shirasu Peperoncino, and it didn't disappoint in taste. The complimentary bread with aioli was also delicious when eaten together. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and suitable for a date! We spent around 8000 yen for food and drinks for two people. The staff were also friendly, so I would like to go again.

We ordered quite a lot for the two of us and ended up with very full stomachs. We had Pistachio Burrata Cheese Caprese ¥1,680, Roast Pork Carpaccio ¥850, Negi Tan Yukke ¥1,280, Harateki ¥1,180, Shirasu Peperoncino ¥1,180, and a variety of 6 skewers ¥1,580. The complimentary bread was delicious milk bread with Burrata. We also had a big sparkling toast ¥880. The most recommended dish was the Negi Tan Yukke, followed by the Pistachio Burrata. The Shirasu Peperoncino had a generous amount of whitebait. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

I was able to slide in for the second round with a same-day reservation. Before the reservation, it seemed to be full of energy and fun! There were many female customers, and the stylish interior with exciting elements like glasses and dishes made the experience quite enjoyable, thanks also to the cheerful staff! The food was mainly bistro-style with a wide variety of skewer dishes! They were all elaborately prepared and delicious! Visited on: Tuesday Crowdedness: Moderate (some seats available) Reservation: Required I visited this restaurant with friends who made a reservation. The atmosphere was very chic and sophisticated. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, perfect for a girls' night out. The wine was also very good! We had drinks and food for four people and it cost around 20,000 yen, so it was relatively reasonable. The most surprising dish was the potato dish. It had a fried egg and prosciutto on top, a new and delicious twist on potatoes that went well with the drinks.

The drinkable shumai is voluminous and full of meat juice, while the pork tongue is carefully cooked at a low temperature, creating a perfect match with green onions. The various vegetable rolls wrapped in pork belly or bacon are seasoned just right, making them perfect for enjoying with alcohol. We finished the meal with a delicious shirasu (whitebait) spaghetti aglio e olio, and left the restaurant fully satisfied.

The beef tartare, meat-wrapped vegetable skewers, and whitebait peperoncino were all delicious! As a complimentary dish, a high-quality bread with the restaurant's logo toasted on it is served. Each food is meant to be dipped in different sauces or broths, creating a unique flavor each time. The service from the waitress was also excellent!

The restaurant was crowded with young people, such as couples and groups of girls. The vegetable rolls being cooked right next to the counter were delicious and hot. There were many tempting menu items like drinkable shumai and rum raisin pudding, which made it a fun experience. (They were actually delicious)

This is my first visit. I had been curious about this place for a while, so I finally decided to drop by. I did some research on Tabelog before coming, so I already knew what I wanted to try today. First, I had the Green Bomber Salad. It had a light sprinkle of cheese and tasted similar to a Caesar salad. It was delicious. Next, I tried the Negi Tan Yukke. It had an egg yolk on top, and I mixed it with the green onions below, then wrapped it in seaweed like a sushi roll. It was also very tasty. The green onions were seasoned and had the strongest flavor. The assorted skewers included yakisoba, lettuce and cheese, sukiyaki, chicken thigh, pork belly, and tsukune. Apparently, the selection varies each day. The best ones were the tsukune, sukiyaki, pork belly, yakisoba, chicken thigh, and lettuce and cheese in that order. Mixing the tsukune with the sukiyaki sauce was amazing. So, I recommend ordering the sukiyaki and tsukune together. The Harateki was a steak made from harami (skirt steak) and was incredibly tender and delicious. The presentation of the harami on the knife was also nice. Then, I tried the drinkable shumai, which was incredibly tasty! I will definitely order it every time I visit this place. Lastly, I had the Curry Cheese Risotto, which was a perfect way to end the meal. It had a quite authentic flavor and I might order it every time as well. The only disappointment was that the Iwachu Pork Loin Cutlet was sold out, so I couldn't try it. I will definitely order it on my next visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and the service was excellent. The person who seemed to be the manager was friendly and welcoming. I am looking forward to visiting again with my family next time.

Visited on a friend's recommendation. The menu apparently changes depending on the season, and this time the burrata was with tomatoes! They also have fruit options. The tomato was delicious with great seasoning. It was amazing to eat it with the complimentary bread.

I recommend making a reservation for Friday and Saturday nights as it can get busy. The restaurant is a bit of a walk from Nakano Station and the sign is small, so it's easy to miss. The complimentary bread was delicious and versatile. We started with a fruity champagne, poured right in front of us. We ordered some popular dishes, all of which were very tasty. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The staff is bright and cheerful. I keep eating the delicious bread that comes as a starter. I particularly like the pork loin carpaccio. Even dipping the leftover sauce with bread tastes great. I didn't eat many skewers, but the lettuce cheese meat rolls were delicious. The dessert pudding has a rum raisin cream cheese on top, so be careful as it has a strong rum flavor. The black soybean tea is brewed properly, not from a bottle, which is nice.
