I visited on a Friday at 8 p.m. Upon entering the entrance, there is a kitchen on the right, with a counter seating for about 6 people in front of it. Behind that, there are two 4-seater box seats. There are also seating options on the second floor, with 4 private rooms each with a 4-seater table. The second floor offers a private space for a more enjoyable dining experience. - Adult Lemon Sour: A luxurious lemon sour made with thickly cut lemons. It has a hint of sweetness and is very refreshing. - Hakushu Highball: A refreshing highball made with Hakushu whiskey. It is a delightful drink. - Hokkaido Wine: They offer different wines depending on the day. On this day, it was the Wind Vineyard Chardonnay from Rita Farm & Winery. Recently, I have been very busy and haven't been able to do much on my food blog. Today, I felt like having a drink! I decided to visit a restaurant that I've been curious about in Nakasu Kawabata. One of the three candidate restaurants seemed to be closed, so I chose this place which offers a variety of appetizers. I was particularly interested in their "Sapporo Spicy Kasu Soba" and their popular oysters and sea urchin imported directly from Hokkaido. The restaurant has a small seating area with 6 counter seats, 2 tables, and I later realized there are also seats on the second floor. After looking at the menu, I ordered the following recommended items: - Appetizer (330 yen) - Egg Tamago (550 yen) - Zaru Niku (979 yen) - Tempura: Yam (198 yen), Lotus Root (198 yen), Pork-wrapped Ginger (253 yen), Beef Fillet Tempura (494 yen) - Spicy Kasu Steamed Soba (1,023 yen) - Draft Beer (550 yen) x 2 I started with some draft beer and light appetizers. I debated whether to try the sea urchin, but ended up ordering the Egg Tamago, which came with seasoned soft-boiled egg, sea urchin, and caviar. The Zaru Niku was like a meat version of zaru soba, with thinly sliced roast beef and the spicy kick of wasabi. I decided to also try the tempura, choosing four different types for variety. The tempura was freshly cooked to order and served hot. The Beef Fillet Tempura was tender and flavorful, and the Lotus Root and Yam had a nice crispy texture. Finally, I tried the Spicy Kasu Steamed Soba, opting for a mild level of spiciness. The soba noodles were chilled and had a chewy texture, with a spicy and flavorful broth. I enjoyed the dish with added toppings of green onions and garlic chives. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I look forward to visiting again to try more dishes! The fresh oysters were creamy, large, and very delicious! I also tried katsu soba for the first time. While ramen is great for finishing a meal, soba is also good. And the bear-shaped potato salad is cute. I would love to go back to eat there again! (^-^)

I felt like eating the oysters here again, so I visited for the third time. The oysters were as big and rich as ever, with a creamy taste that was just the best. The tempura was crispy and delicious, whether dipped in tempura sauce or salt (3 kinds). The Zaru meat mountain with wasabi was also recommended as it had a nice accent.

We visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday night after Obon. We were drawn to the "Sapporo-bound spicy soba" and "Hokkaido oysters" with a rating of 3.64. We arrived just before 7 pm after watching a live performance in Nakasu. We were lucky to find seats at the counter on the first floor without a reservation. The first floor had 6 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people, providing a cozy seating arrangement. We ordered the following, even though we weren't very hungry after having some snacks at the live venue: - Highball x3 for 440 yen (very cheap for this location!) - Unfortunately, the Hokkaido oysters were not available due to a typhoon affecting the shipment. - Tempura assortment (smelt fish, burdock pork rolls, roast beef, chicken tempura, vegetable tempura, shiitake mushroom, onion) served with three types of salt (rock salt, matcha salt, seaweed salt), tempura dipping sauce, and grated daikon radish. All were delicious and reasonably priced with a variety of unique tempura items. - Soba noodles in hot broth with spicy seasoning for 935 yen. My wife and I regretted not ordering the large serving, but we were kindly offered a half-size extra serving by the attentive staff member. The broth was rich and tasty. - Spicy soba noodles (level 3 spiciness) for 968 yen. I chose level 3 spiciness for the first time, and it was quite spicy, almost like tantanmen. The presence of the dried fish didn't stand out much, and it felt more like tantanmen than soba noodles. Overall, we didn't try the oysters or oden this time, but the tempura variety was enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, and the service was good, so this restaurant has made it onto our list of places to revisit! We paid with PayPay and the total came to 5,698 yen. Thank you for the meal!

I visited this restaurant again. I had enjoyed fresh oysters here last time and it became a definite repeat shop for me. This time, I also enjoyed large fresh oysters. I tried the ikura bowl that I couldn't taste last time because I ate too many oysters. Once again, I was taken to a private room on the second floor and was able to enjoy my meal in a calm atmosphere with attentive staff.

One of the concepts is "tempura and kususoba" as the name suggests. There was a gentleman who transferred from Sapporo. I wonder if the gentleman is a local person (from Hakata)? The counter and tables are small and the atmosphere is casual. The menu is almost the same as in Sapporo, but there are some interesting items. "Umesawa" (= ´∀´)ノ凵゛ ← I wonder how many drinks were consumed. As a welcome dish, there is "Kuma-san Potetsara," where the middle of Kuma-san is torn in half and wrapped in a flavorful potato with the aroma of karasumi. An interesting way to serve. "Honki no Itawasayama Wasabi" A crispy kamaboko with plenty of mountain wasabi, refreshing spiciness, and Kyushu soy sauce, perfect for drinking. "Tamago Tamago Tamago" As the name suggests, it's a combination of seasoned egg, sea urchin, caviar, and egg. Let's enjoy it all at once. Tempura - 3 kinds with salt and tempura sauce. The batter is light and crispy, emphasizing the ingredients inside. "Uni Tempura" I never thought of putting it on nori tempura. "Ikura Tempura" Similar to "Uni Tempura," this dish is placed on nori tempura to avoid cooking. "Nama Kaki Yamawasabi" A creamy and plump oyster with mountain wasabi ponzu, which I personally like. "Kaki Tempura" A crispy batter with a creamy and almost melting texture. You can almost chew it with your lips. "Niku Zaru" Exquisite sliced roast beef with plenty of mountain wasabi. The spiciness that tingles the nose goes well with Kyushu soy sauce. "Tempura Assortment" Large shrimp → The size matches the name, with a crunchy texture. Hotate with raw sea urchin on top → Large Hokkaido scallops, plump and delicious. Followed by raw sea urchin. Beef tenderloin → It's hot but the part is soft, almost melting. "Agetate Atsuage Tofu" Thick fried tofu is famous here, right? It's best to eat it with tempura sauce. The taste of tofu is strong. "Kasu Seiro" For those who don't like spicy food, this is recommended. The oil kasu is light and delicious, soaked in dashi and enhanced by the umami of the broth. "Curry Soba" The thick texture is light, with a strong flavor of spices and the umami of the broth. The sesame soba is thin but the roux sticks well. With a wide variety of tempura dishes and unique "kususoba," they are open until 5 am, so many people come for soba as a final dish.

At first glance, this shop may seem intimidating, but the inside is actually quite cozy and comfortable. I ordered the serious wasabi, suji pon vinegar, and kasu seiro, and they were all incredibly delicious! I wanted to try more dishes, but I had to eat quickly due to my next appointment. I definitely want to go back again. Personally, I appreciated that the staff didn't hover around too much. It was a nice change of pace.

I used it for the second time! I was looking for a restaurant that is open until late at night, and I was interested in this place, so I'm glad I went! The staff were polite and friendly, which left a good impression! The tempura was freshly fried and delicious! I also enjoyed the oysters! I was on a business trip to Fukuoka and went to Nakasu with my colleagues for a late-night meal. We arrived at 1:50 am and were seated in a private room on the second floor. We toasted with adult lemon sours and continued to enjoy them throughout the night. We ordered the Zaru Niku (beef), assorted raw oysters, deep-fried kiss fish, deep-fried red ginger, mini uni and ikura rice bowl, and spicy kasu soba. The total bill came to 15,246 yen including tax, and we each paid around 3,800 yen. The Zaru Niku was delicious, served with roast beef topped with wasabi and a Japanese-style dipping sauce with egg. The spicy kasu soba was also tasty, although we found the level 5 spiciness to be quite intense. Personally, I preferred the level 5 spiciness over level 3. Overall, the tempura, raw oysters, Zaru Niku, and spicy kasu soba were all excellent. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

In Kyushu, spicy noodles are famous, but here they have "kasu soba"! It has a spicy soup base with hormone offal and soba noodles, creating an exquisite deliciousness! The spiciness level ranges from 1 to 30, and I tried level 1 which was delicious enough for me to finish the soup till the last drop. The noodles were chewy and the oysters, directly sourced from Kushiro, Hokkaido, were large and tasty for only 390 yen. The mountain wasabi from Hokkaido was used in various dishes, and the tempura, especially the smelt fish, was delicious. The "Tamago Tamago" with caviar and sea urchin on top of the egg was Instagram-worthy. They also have private rooms, and the quality of the food at an affordable price was great. They are open until 5 am, so it's a good spot for those finishing their drinks in Nakasu without becoming "refugees"! The staff was friendly and attentive.

I couldn't find a place like this before - a new restaurant on Tabelog that was a hit. I was curious and decided to visit. I love oysters and seafood bowls! And what's this? Spicy soba noodles, I definitely want to try that! The menu is so attractive that I want to try everything. From a yakitori restaurant to satisfying my hunger, I went to "Sapporo Kasu Soba to Tempura Fudo Hakata Nakasu Store" on the 2nd floor for some drinks. We were seated in a private room and toasted with a highball. We ordered the recommended dishes, and even though it's a soba restaurant, the oysters and meat were delicious! Located on a slightly smaller street called Ningyocho-dori, just off Nakasu Oodori, this place offers not only katsu soba but also high-quality, large Hokkaido oysters. The restaurant's long operating hours from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM make it stand out as well. The newly decorated interior was bustling with customers, so I was guided to a private room on the second floor. The recommended dishes were: scallop and fresh sea urchin tempura for ¥550, Hokkaido Senpoushi oysters for ¥880, and the signature katsu soba. The katsu is made from deep-fried small intestines, giving it a crispy exterior and juicy interior, with a delicious yuzu soy broth. The restaurant exudes a sense of luxury, and despite its location in Nakasu, the cost performance is excellent. Every dish I tried was delicious, making it the perfect place for a satisfying meal after a night of drinking.

I often see spicy noodles, but today I tried spicy ramen! It was "Spicy Kasu Soba" with Osaka's specialty "aburakasu" included. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I challenged myself with level 5 spiciness. There are levels from 1 to 30, and level 5 was already quite spicy for me. Everything I tried was delicious at this restaurant serving Hokkaido cuisine and soba. It was my first time trying this type of cuisine, and being able to eat fresh oysters was a plus. I will definitely go back!

Today, I went to this restaurant recommended by a friend! The atmosphere was great and the soba and seafood were delicious! They are open until late, so it's perfect for drinks after. There are still some menu items I haven't tried, so I want to go back next time to try those too!

I visited the Sapporo Kassoba to Tempura-style Hakata Nakasu branch late at night! I was surprised by the high-class atmosphere and the variety of dishes (^。^) The fresh, large oysters from Hokkaido were delicious! The prices are also reasonable, so I would like to visit again. ^ - ^

I went to a stylish restaurant♪ It was my third stop, so I tried to order conservatively haha. The menu was tempting, but I consulted with my stomach. The taste was delicious as usual, and the presentation was great too^ - ^ The atmosphere was calming and cozy!
