グルメハンター・酔いどれ天使
The restaurant is located in Nakasu 4-3-12, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is the first branch of a popular izakaya from Sapporo in Fukuoka's Nakasu area. They offer seafood gourmet that rivals that of Hokkaido, and it is highly recommended for the people of Fukuoka. I visited on a Friday at 8 p.m. Upon entering the entrance, there is a kitchen on the right, with a counter seating for about 6 people in front of it. Behind that, there are two 4-seater box seats. There are also seating options on the second floor, with 4 private rooms each with a 4-seater table. The second floor offers a private space for a more enjoyable dining experience.
- Adult Lemon Sour: A luxurious lemon sour made with thickly cut lemons. It has a hint of sweetness and is very refreshing.
- Hakushu Highball: A refreshing highball made with Hakushu whiskey. It is a delightful drink.
- Hokkaido Wine: They offer different wines depending on the day. On this day, it was the Wind Vineyard Chardonnay from Rita Farm & Winery. It had a ripe grape flavor, tropical fruit aroma, mineral notes, and a hint of sweetness.
- Assorted Fresh Oysters: Thick oysters from Akkeshi, Hokkaido, served with grated ponzu, lemon, and mountain wasabi. The oysters were fresh and delicious, comparable to those in Hokkaido.
- Scallop and Sea Urchin Tempura: Scallop tempura topped with Hokkaido sea urchin. A luxurious dish with rare-cooked scallops and rich uni from Rishiri and Rebun islands.
- Beef Fillet Tempura: A delicious beef fillet tempura cooked to perfection. Served with truffle salt, it was a fantastic dish.
- Inca No Mezame Potatoes: Yellow Inca No Mezame potatoes from Hokkaido, known for their sweetness. Served with various salts and toppings, they were delicious.
- Salmon Roe and Sea Urchin Bowl: A bowl filled with Hokkaido salmon roe and sea urchin. The salmon roe was seasoned well, and the uni from Rishiri and Rebun islands was a high-quality delicacy.
The restaurant offers a variety of delicious Hokkaido dishes, and it is becoming popular among the locals in Fukuoka. The customers ordering the dishes mentioned above are more than those from Sapporo, according to the staff. It's great to see the people of Fukuoka appreciating the delicious food from Hokkaido. As a Hokkaido native, I highly recommend this restaurant. Fukuoka residents, please give it a try!
