For the Flat White, you can choose between a dark roast or a light roast (Ethiopian). I instinctively chose Ethiopian, leaning towards blueberry and raspberry flavors. The milk was slightly stretched, but still delicious. I'd like to try the dark roast next time. The Lychee and Cassata Dome Parfait consists of Cassata, an Italian dessert similar to fruit-filled frozen yogurt. The harmonious blend of various fruit acids in the parfait was a unique experience for me. The menu offers many intriguing food options. I've stumbled upon a hidden gem that I don't want to be widely known.
