The ordering system is a touch panel, so it's easy and convenient. We started with an Oolong Highball cheers! The Salmon Avocado is diced for easy eating, with a nice crunch from the onions. The Kyushu Fried Tofu is crispy and delicious. The Kibinago Tempura is crispy and addictive. The Potato Mentaiko Yaki has a great combination of cheese, potatoes, and spicy cod roe. Now onto the main skewers: Lettuce Roll, Enoki Mushroom Roll Skewers, Eringi Mushroom Skewers. The combination of vegetables and mushrooms with pork belly is a perfect match. The lettuce and juicy pork belly are a great pairing. We enjoyed these while chatting. The Salted Kombu Cabbage and Eihire were also delicious and just the right amount. The pork belly added a nice flavor to the vegetables, making them tasty. It was nice that there was no time limit, so you could enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.

I went to Yurakucho on this day. In the evening, I had dinner here. This izakaya opened in July this year, right in front of Midtown, which is close to Yurakucho and Hibiya. They have private rooms where you can enjoy without worrying about others, as the rooms have solid doors. Orders are done through a touch panel system, and the service is quick. It opened on July 1, 2023! Tonight, I had a casual drink in Hibiya and enjoyed some skewers. I ordered a platter of vegetable skewers, which included tomato-wrapped skewers, eringi mushroom-wrapped skewers, negi (green onion) wrapped skewers, lettuce-wrapped skewers, and enoki mushroom-wrapped skewers. They also offer shiitake mushroom-wrapped skewers, shishito pepper-wrapped skewers, and negi-maki (green onion-wrapped) skewers. I also tried five types of yakitori sauce: negima (chicken and green onion), tsukune (chicken meatballs), bonjiri (chicken tail), sunagimo (chicken gizzard), and chicken thigh. They also have salt-grilled options like chicken skin, cartilage, chicken liver, and chicken wing tips. I also felt like having some grilled pork, so I ordered two pieces of pork belly. It's a must-try for pork belly lovers. In addition to pork belly, they also offer pork loin and pig's head meat. Skewers always go well with alcohol, right? For drinks, I had a Chita-style highball, which I enjoy. This restaurant is a smoking-friendly izakaya with private rooms. Highly recommended for skewer lovers. The building may be old, but the interior, including private rooms, is clean and has a sense of cleanliness. The window seats offer a view of Midtown while dining. This restaurant is recommended for families and groups shopping at Midtown, those looking for a place to drink near the station, and for casual drinking parties like company gatherings. I visited this restaurant after shopping in Ginza and found it to be conveniently located near the station. The private rooms and window seats offer a nice view of Midtown's courtyard. I ordered typical izakaya dishes like skewers, fried foods, and salads. Every dish was a perfect match with drinks, and my favorite was the deep-fried tofu - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, very delicious! There were families returning from shopping at Midtown, but the private rooms and the polite staff who kindly offered to store our belongings made the experience even better. I visited a restaurant that turned out to actually be two separate restaurants when looked at closely. It was located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Second Hibiya Building in Yurakucho, Tokyo. The restaurant is called "Kushijiro Yurakucho" specializing in grilled skewers and "Gyutan Senmonten Masamune" specializing in beef tongue. I thought there were two separate restaurants on each floor, but they were actually combined into one. You can order both grilled skewers and beef tongue from the touch panel. It's no longer a specialty shop. All seats are private rooms, so it's recommended for small groups. I ordered a "Fuzzy Navel" cocktail for 500 yen including tax. It's a bit pricey for a cocktail, but sometimes you crave that fruity flavor. For food, I ordered the "Pork Head" skewers (2 skewers for 350 yen including tax). You can't choose between salt or sauce. The meat is tender and delicious, but the portion size is not very generous for the price. Since I felt like I hadn't fully experienced the "Kushijiro" menu, I decided to order something more like "Masamune" and got the "Beef Tongue Tsukune Skewers" for 580 yen including tax. It's relatively affordable compared to other beef tongue dishes. The appetizer (580 yen including tax) was mostly macaroni salad. Additionally, they charge a "Service" fee (201 yen including tax). Overall, I felt that the cost performance of the restaurant was not very good.

The food was average. The prices were a bit higher than expected. The total bill for three people was 16,000 yen, so it was neither cheap nor expensive.

Well, if you don't care much about taste or quality, it might be okay. But considering the cost performance is not that great, I wouldn't come back unless there is something really special.

Basically, it was good because they serve quickly and bring it freshly made. However, it was disappointing that the meat sushi was completely different from the menu.

The skewers at this restaurant were not tasty even though it is a skewer shop.
