Located along the main street of Shipi-san in Morishita, Koto-ku, the restaurant has a modest storefront that I had passed by many times without noticing until recently. Despite having few reviews on Tabelog, the comments are quite detailed and informative, and the Google reviews are also highly rated. I decided to visit without a reservation around 6 pm on a weekday. There was only one group of customers at that time, but by 7 pm, the restaurant was quickly filled up with no signs of slowing down. It's definitely a popular spot where reservations will be necessary in the future. The menu may be limited, but every dish I tried was a hit. The marinated sea bream with tangy tartar sauce perfectly complemented the flavor and texture of the fish. The pate de campagne was a classic dish with a generous portion that worked well as a drinking snack. I had planned to order the cabbage roll as a must-try dish, and it did not disappoint. The vegetable-based white sauce with a hint of cheese paired beautifully with the soft cabbage and minced meat. The Chardonnay with a hint of oak was a perfect match for the dish. The wines were reasonably priced and enhanced the flavors of the dishes. I had to skip the main dish this time due to other plans, but I will definitely revisit to try other items on the menu. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make this restaurant one of my favorite spots.

I visited without a reservation on Friday at 8:00 pm and luckily got a table. My friend and I each had a drink and enjoyed a satisfying meal for 8500 yen... I was happy. Everything was delicious! When I want to eat something stylish while dining out, but not too heavy like a course meal, this place is perfect. I love blue cheese, so I always order the blue cheese mousse. Everything was so delicious... The risotto-style grilled rice ball at the end was especially tasty, with a rich broth, smoky grilled flavor, crunchy texture, and the umami of the fish... even though I was full, I'm glad I ordered it in the end!

The weekend reservation was fully booked. They serve wine, beer, and casual French cuisine. The clam and cauliflower mousse, consomme jelly pate, fish main dish with cabbage and carrot salad, garlic toast, and cheese platter were all delicious and very cost-effective. I was able to eat and drink to my heart's content for under 7,000 yen per person! I plan to go back again. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy.

Casual French restaurant. The atmosphere inside is nice and relaxing. Each dish has a unique taste and everything was delicious until the end! Thanks to that, my family of three had a great time. And it's reasonably priced! It was a great find and we left feeling good!

I had been curious about dinner here since having lunch before. Finally, I was able to visit. The crepe with spring cabbage, shrimp, and cream cheese in a green pea sauce, the terrine of venison, pork, and potatoes, the braised pork belly with balsamic sauce, and the risotto-style grilled rice balls were all delicious. It's recommended for its great taste and cost performance. I will definitely visit again. ❤️

I made a reservation and visited this stylish bistro on a regular night. The owner, a lovely lady, warmly welcomed us. The menu had a wide variety of options, with the spring menu having just started. Everything looked delicious, but we ordered five dishes:
- Potato and venison rillette
- Vegetable fondue
- Stuffed cabbage rolls
- Shellfish and vegetable consommé jelly
- Beef sauté
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but each dish exceeded my imagination and was meticulously prepared, all of them were truly delicious. With 2 glasses of wine and 2 soft drinks, the total bill for two people was 8,100 yen. It was such a great deal considering how full we were! I will definitely visit again.

On a Sunday night, the restaurant was fully booked but luckily we were able to get in as the previous customers left. Highly recommend the marinated sea bream and the rolled cabbage, both the ingredients and the sauce were delicious. The poached chicken breast was very moist and tender, something I can't replicate at home! If it's available next time, I'll definitely order it again. The spacing between tables was generous and the atmosphere was lovely. The dishes that came out were carefully crafted, allowing you to relax and enjoy your drink. The cat paintings on the wall were also very soothing. ☆Restroom Information: Unisex. Sliding doors. Clean and has a nice scent, like incense. Women can feel safe using it too.

It's a restaurant that I was curious about because it was always crowded. There were many couples and the atmosphere was very stylish. The timing of serving the food was just right, the distance between tables was wide, and I was able to spend a comfortable time, which left a very good impression. Of course, the food was delicious too.

This is personally my favorite restaurant◎ The atmosphere is stylish and the food is delicious, making it easy to enjoy. You can eat and drink to your heart's content. Everything was so tasty, I couldn't stop eating. There are both counter seats and table seats. Sometimes they have private parties, so reservations are a must! It must be a popular place considering how crowded it gets.

I was surprised to find such a wonderful bistro in the neighborhood. I called to make a reservation on the day of, but they were fully booked for early times. I was able to make a tentative reservation around 8:00 pm, as they mentioned there might be availability then. The phone conversation left a good impression, with their thoughtful customer service. The prices were reasonable and the menu was a la carte. We had 5 appetizers, 1 main dish, 1 dessert, 2 draft beers, and 1 bottle of red wine, which was plenty for two people. The total bill was around 12,000 yen. There was one chef and two servers, and despite the restaurant being full with 3 groups of walk-in customers on the second seating, the service was not slow. It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I would love to go back again.

I visited this restaurant on a whim over the weekend. There weren't many available seats, so we ended up at our second choice, but this place was definitely a spot where we should have had our first meal. The food was delicious and highly recommended. I ordered the bagna cauda and carpaccio without much thought, but they were of high quality. Very tasty! They even pay attention to the sauce and the presentation is beautiful. I love places like this. I had a few glasses of wine as well. There were various types to choose from. I heard that "sipi" means mischievous child, how trendy. I would definitely love to visit again. When I visited, the restaurant was almost full, but luckily I was able to snag a seat at the counter as a solo diner. I had the weekly lunch special of chicken cutlet with mozzarella cheese, demi-glace sauce, and ratatouille, along with a fluffy baked souffle cheesecake. The lunch service is apparently only on Sundays, but the food was so delicious that I would love to go back if I have the chance.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday before 1pm. About half of the seats were taken. The interior was bright, clean, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very polite and it seemed like there were many regular customers. I ordered the weekly special plate, which was pork belly braised in mustard sauce. The carrot soup was delicious, with the sweetness of the carrots coming through. The braised pork belly was tender and paired well with the mustard sauce. There was also plenty of mashed potatoes, making it a satisfying meal.

It's a cozy and welcoming place that makes you want to visit again and again. The flavors are all very gentle and comforting. Three dishes stood out as particularly delicious. Please note that the names of the dishes may be incorrect. The Terrine of Three Potatoes has a simple yet delightful taste with a gentle sweetness of the potatoes. The Cabbage Roll is not in tomato sauce as expected, but in a white sauce that pairs perfectly with the minced meat. The Grilled Bonito is crispy on the outside and rare on the inside, seasoned perfectly with salt, and the accompanying vegetables were also delicious. I will definitely be back again.

A stylish French cafe located about a 5-minute walk from Morishita Station and Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it easy to enter. They serve lunch only on Sundays, offering a choice between a stuffed cabbage plate or a weekly special plate. Both come with salad, soup, bread or rice for only 1,000 yen, which is very reasonable. The carrot soup was so delicious that it's addictive! 🥕

When it comes to French cuisine, it often has a formal atmosphere, but this place offers a more casual French dining experience that is enjoyable for everyone. Instead of set courses, you can order dishes individually. The restaurant is always busy whenever I pass by, so I made a reservation to visit. I don't drink much, but I couldn't resist ordering a glass of wine for 580 yen, which was quite affordable. I'm not very knowledgeable about wine, but it was a easy-to-drink, refreshing white wine. The vegetable terrine, fresh fish carpaccio-like appetizer, and the Caesar salad, which I asked for a half-size but was still very generous and delicious. Especially, the fish appetizer with French dressing sauce was so tasty. The main dish of sautéed beef tongue was tender and delicious. And the finale of grilled rice balls with soup poured over them and topped with Parmesan cheese was a fresh and delightful taste. It's addictive.

I was interested in a new restaurant that opened within the past year, but it was always crowded and only had seats at the counter. The counter seating was right in front of the dishwashing area, which made me nervous about getting splashed with soap, but I think it's because the restaurant is small and they have to wash dishes frequently. They don't offer course meals, only a la carte. The wine prices are average, the service is a bit rushed and inattentive. The Gorgonzola mousse had too little bread compared to the amount of mousse, and when I asked for more bread, it never came. Even ordering bread took quite a long time. The Caesar salad had a good portion size but lacked any special features. The Tokyo X pork was sold out and replaced with Iwachu pork. The shirako meunière was not smelly and tasted delicious, and the Joushu negi (green onions) were sweet and tasty. Overall, the cost performance is good, but the service needs improvement, and the taste is just average for a casual French restaurant in a downtown area.

Since it opened last month, the restaurant has been packed every time I pass by. A precious bistro in Morishita. - Avocado and salmon tartare: mix everything together, including the egg yolk. Goes well with bread. - Grilled fish and vegetables (forgot the name of the dish): this was really delicious. The rareness of the tuna (?) was just right, and it was rich and creamy. - Tripe: the bread goes well with this too. - Grilled lamb: the meat was very tender, with a good amount of fat. It was delicious with a hint of sweetness. - I ordered the crème brûlée but they said it was overcooked, so I changed it to chocolate cake. The egg flavor was prominent, and it had a gentle taste that was delicious. Customers kept coming in non-stop, and it was always full. Even the counter was full. I hope it becomes a famous restaurant in Morishita.

This is a restaurant where stuffed cabbage rolls are delicious. All the menu items are delicious dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. The house wine is also cheap and recommended.

The female staff (perhaps the owner?) was very friendly. I sat at the counter seat that day, so it was fun to watch them prepare the dishes. Everything was delicious - I want to go back again! 😊
