I visited the "Wafu Izakaya Akari Yurakucho Hibiya Store" in Yurakucho, Tokyo. The store is located on the 7th floor of the Hibiya Second Building, close to Tokyo Midtown Hibiya. The Hibiya Second Building seems to have a lot of izakayas that focus on private rooms. I started with a Cassis Pineapple drink and ordered some yakitori - chicken thigh and gizzard with salt. I also ordered grilled squid, which was a bit pricey but had great quality. The sauce and mayonnaise complemented the dish well. The texture was chewy and crispy, and the flavor was delicious.

This time, I visited "Wafu Koshitsu Izakaya Tomoshibi Yurakucho Hibiya Store" which is a Japanese-style izakaya with private rooms where you can enjoy authentic Kyushu cuisine. The Kyushu Hakata dishes were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes such as Hakata skewers and hot pot. The drink selection was also extensive, and the service was prompt, polite, and very cost-effective. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, the private rooms were comfortable, and overall, it was a great place that I would definitely like to visit again.

Located on the 7th floor, the view from here is somehow luxurious. My friend took me to Yurakucho, so let's meet up there. It's a touch screen system. Lately, someone who appears in my dreams every night has been expressing a desire to eat gyoza, but I'm not sure where to find gyoza. It seems that this person prefers izakaya, and there is a gyoza menu here. The appetizer of quail in sauce is delicious. I was debating what to order, but luckily they have horse meat sashimi, which is unique to this culture and melts in your mouth. The sashimi platter includes tuna, octopus, scallop, salmon, and amberjack. Lately, the sashimi platters at supermarkets have been expensive. The bonjiri salt grilled chicken can be ordered in sets of two. The skin is crispy. The teppanyaki gyoza comes in a set of 6, which can be split in half. Oh, winged gyoza! Crispy and juicy! The sauce that comes with it is spicy. Since it's cooked on a hot plate, it's nice that they stay hot until the last one. My friend ordered the pork back ribs, but in the end, I ended up eating everything. Haha. Oh! The gyoza with wings! Crispy! Sizzling! Deliciously meaty. The accompanying sauce is spicy. Since it's cooked on a hot plate, it's nice that they stay hot until the last one. It seems like the pace of eating is fast too? I also had gyoza for the first time in a while, so it tasted really good! I happened to be in the mood for gyoza because I've been reading a manga that features gyoza. I'm curious about wine now, but in the beginning, my go-to drinks were cassis soda and plum wine. Occasionally, I also enjoyed Kahlua milk. Tonight, I'm having cassis and plum wine. Even when mixed with soda, it's a good cocktail with a rich and sweet taste.

The atmosphere seemed to attract mostly office workers. The view is great, and you can enjoy your meal in a completely private room while admiring the lights of Hibiya Midtown. ◆ Horse meat sashimi ◆ Prosciutto and roast beef ◆ Beef tripe hot pot [Food] Despite the affordable prices, each dish was beautifully presented and tasted great. The meat was thick and satisfying to eat, and the beef tripe hot pot seemed perfect for the upcoming cold season. [Interior/Service] It was nice to relax in a private room. The staff were efficient and quickly cleared our dishes, which was appreciated. [Overall] With a wide variety of dishes available, this place seems suitable for all kinds of diners. Thank you for the meal. I rated it based on its cost performance as a value-oriented izakaya. [Business hours] Mon-Fri 14:00-24:00 Sat, Sun, holidays 15:00-24:00 [Closed] None [Smoking] Smoking allowed in all seats.

I went to "灯" located near the A4 exit of Hibiya Line. The building has a strong Showa era vibe, but as soon as the elevator on the 7th floor where "灯" is located opened, a beautiful space greeted me. The atmosphere is bright and pleasant! The hallway is lined with private rooms separated by sliding doors with cherry blossom patterns. The private room I was seated in had a wonderful window view of TOKYO MIDTOWN HIBIYA! I highly recommend this room when visiting the restaurant. (There were 4 window seats available) Now, onto the orders. Since this place seems to specialize in horse meat, I ordered the Special Horse Sashimi and Cherry Blossom Yukhoe. Prices excluding tax are as follows: ▼ Cherry Blossom Yukhoe 880 yen I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size when it arrived! It has a sweet and savory Korean-style seasoning, and tastes amazing when mixed with the egg yolk. It disappeared in no time. ▼ Special Horse Sashimi 780 yen The lean and refreshing horse meat had a satisfying thickness. ▼ Assorted Sashimi 3 pieces 990 yen The octopus was excellent, and the wasabi was delicious! A restaurant with tasty wasabi is truly trustworthy. The salmon was rich and moist, and the tuna was also of good quality. The evening view at 6 pm during this season was fantastic. Before the sun set, the outside lights were dimmed, creating a lovely atmosphere. It was very calming (despite the contrast with the background music). I also appreciated the option to reorder through the touch panel order history. The staff at the restaurant were very polite. Thank you for the meal.

This is a reasonably priced izakaya with private rooms. Please note that even if you reserve the 3-hour all-you-can-drink course on weekends, you can only use it for 2 hours.

After work, I made a reservation for a party course with my colleagues at a restaurant. It was a 3-hour all-you-can-drink deal, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

We went to a izakaya for a group gathering, it's recommended for large groups as the drinks come quickly.

The private rooms are a bit small, and the restaurant tends to be lively due to many company year-end parties. The horse meat was delicious. The sashimi was average. It seems like a convenient place to go with colleagues from work.

It was great to have a private room with a view of Midtown. The all-you-can-drink option was a hit with the group. However, even though the organizer's cost was supposed to be complimentary, we were not satisfied with the bill. Be cautious.
