In Yurakucho, there is a izakaya near the station that opens at 4:00 pm. It is located just across the intersection from Hankyu and heading towards Hibiya. They are currently offering summer limited Miyagi prefecture oysters, called "premium oysters packed with the umami of Oku-Matsushima". They have raw oysters, steamed oysters, and fried oysters available. I chose the raw oysters this time. You can order them individually or in sets of 3 or 5. I went for the luxurious option of 5 oysters! The oysters were palm-sized and incredibly large, a sight to behold! Creamy and plump, these oysters paired perfectly with Japanese sake. I will definitely go back to enjoy oysters again before summer ends!

This place is located on the 3rd floor of a building near Yurakucho and Hibiya, next to the JR elevated railway. It used to be a dirty place, but it has been renovated and now has a new and clean vibe. The other side of the elevated railway is currently under construction for future development. The entrance to the restaurant is a bit small, making it a little hard to find. Despite the image of Yurakucho being a place to drink outside, this restaurant offers private rooms. During the summer, they serve delicious Miyagi prefecture "Chichikoi oysters," known for their creamy texture. I tried various dishes with these oysters, such as oyster tempura, fresh oysters with yuzu ponzu sauce, raw oysters, and oyster fry. I also tried some beef tongue dishes, like beef tongue meatballs and beef tongue salad. The sake I ordered came in a bold decanter labeled "gokai." I also had fried chicken wings and a skewer assortment. Recently, I have been enjoying oysters more, especially the ones from Miyagi. Oysters and sake really go well together, and I ended up drinking a bit too much.

The raw oysters with grated daikon and ponzu sauce had large oysters and plenty of grated daikon, which was great☑️. The sashimi platter was average in freshness and taste△. The large fried oysters were served piping hot and were excellent☑️. The generous amount of Worcestershire sauce was a delight!! You could dip as many times as you liked★ I prefer the sauce over tartar sauce♡ The location is great, with completely private rooms, making it very popular among salarymen! The restaurant was run entirely by foreign staff, and they seemed very busy. I would be happy if they could serve the raw oysters, assorted sashimi, and chilled sake nice and cold!! Unfortunately, the menu item "Toyoka" that I had researched in advance was not available!! This is a great place with large and delicious raw oysters and fried oysters. Thank you for the meal!

Located in a corner of a drinking district near Hibiya from Yurakucho. Despite being on the 3rd floor of an old building, the interior is clean and beautiful, with no hint of any unease. I found a coupon that can be used for à la carte dishes when making a reservation, so we were able to enjoy drinks and food at a great deal. There is a 20% discount on weekdays, and a 10% discount on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays! Recommended dishes we ordered: - Assorted sashimi ¥1,680 - Beef tongue with ponzu sauce ¥1,180 - Fresh oysters with yuzu ponzu (3 pieces) ¥1,860 - Fried chicken wings ¥780 The Miyagi prefecture oysters were highly recommended, so we couldn't resist ordering them. The oysters are only available in summer! The fresh oysters with yuzu ponzu were refreshing and delicious. You can order 1, 3, or 5 oysters, or even try steamed oysters or fried oysters. The beef tongue dishes are also recommended, with a wide variety to choose from. The beef tongue with ponzu sauce, served with plenty of tongue and onion slices, is perfect as a snack! The attention to detail in both presentation and dishes at this restaurant makes me want to come back again!

■June 2023 Visit I recently visited this newly opened restaurant and was impressed. The private rooms allow for a calm dining experience, and the atmosphere is great. This time, I ordered their specialty dishes, focusing on oysters and beef tongue. A la carte ordering is available, and I highly recommend the following: - Oyster Fry - Fresh oysters served in their shells were large, plump, and deliciously milky. You can order them individually, which is convenient. The oysters that day were summer-exclusive Miyagi oysters. The oyster fry was crispy, juicy, and incredibly tasty. - Beef tongue was thinly sliced and tender, making it easy to eat. However, the seasoning was mostly the same salty sauce, so a bit more variety would be nice. Menu: - Appetizer (Salted cabbage) - Cucumber salad - Beef tongue salad - Fresh oyster with ponzu sauce - Oyster fry - Beef tongue with salt and green onions - Beef tongue on rice with sauce The selection of alcohol, including Yamazaki, Taketsuru, and Hakushu whiskies, was impressive. I enjoyed a highball made with a rare whisky. They also have a wide variety of sake, which would please any alcohol enthusiast. I look forward to trying their sashimi and yakitori next time. I visited a newly opened restaurant in the Yurakucho Hibiya drinking district and it was amazing. All seats are private rooms and smoking is allowed in all seats, which is great. This place seems to really love oysters, with a variety of dishes featuring oysters, even in the main course. They offer fresh oysters, grilled oysters, and more. The oysters are huge, about the size of a woman's palm, and they are very creamy and rich. The oyster tempura was also delicious, with a creamy texture that stood out. If you sprinkle a little salt on it, the sweetness increases. I definitely want to try the oyster fry next time.

Visited a newly opened smoking-friendly restaurant. The interior is compact yet each private room is spacious. I entered around 5:30 pm on a weekday and by 6 pm, salarymen's parties had started and the place was bustling. The highlight of this place is the oysters from Miyagi Prefecture. They offer them raw or deep-fried, with a choice of cooking methods. The oysters steamed in their shells looked delicious and were plump and juicy. I wanted to order more but they were already sold out, unfortunately. It seems they are popular and have limited availability, so I'll order early next time!

We visited with a group of 12 people, but the food was a bit disappointing. Most of the dishes listed on the menu on Tabelog were not available and the ones we ordered were not satisfying. To top it off, when we ordered ochazuke, it came with just hot water, rice, and ingredients without any seasoning.

I mentioned during a discussion with my boss. First of all, the elevator... I think it would be better to have it maintained by a professional. There were small bugs flying around inside the restaurant while we were dining. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting again. The service at the restaurant was quick and much appreciated.

All the dishes were lukewarm and the sashimi, which took a long time to come out, looked unappetizing.
