I watched a video of a competitive eater YouTuber, Ebimayo, eating at Pepper Lunch and it made me crave it. I tried it with a generous amount of spicy sauce over slightly cooked beef and it was delicious. As expected from a nationwide chain, it was reliable. For those who haven't tried it yet, don't expect too much but it's good for when you're hungry and want to eat a lot. Recommended! haha

For a late lunch on a day off, I chose Pepper Lunch for the first time in a while. It is located inside Olinas food court, where I placed my order and received a buzzer. After about 5-10 minutes, the buzzer went off. I ordered the exciting combo (double) which includes both hamburger and steak for 1,580 yen, along with a Kirin Ichiban beer for 520 yen. The combo came with rice (and you can get a free large serving). I was asked if I wanted the steak sauce to be sweet or spicy, and I chose spicy, but it wasn't too spicy. It was nice to enjoy the hot steak on the hot plate. Thank you for the meal.

Adjacent to Kinshicho Park in Kinshicho, there is a complex commercial facility called "Olinas Kinshicho". The "Pepper Lunch Olinas Kinshicho Store" is located on the 3rd floor food court of "Olinas Kinshicho". "Olinas Kinshicho" is a complex commercial facility consisting of a shopping mall, cinema complex, office building, and condominiums in Sumida-ku, Tokyo. It opened in 2006 as a redevelopment project of the Seiko watch manufacturer's factory site. "Olinas Mall" with specialty stores, "Olinas Core" with large commercial facilities, "Olinas Tower" with office buildings, and "Brillia Tower Tokyo" with condominiums form this complex commercial facility. "Pepper Lunch Olinas Kinshicho Store" is a popular shop in the food court, always crowded with customers. The most favorite menu at Pepper Lunch is the "Beef Pepper Rice". When you visit Pepper Lunch, it's best to eat their signature dish, the "Beef Pepper Rice". This time, I ordered the "Beef Pepper Rice M Size, 980 yen" because I wanted to enjoy plenty of delicious meat. "Beef Pepper Rice" is a delicious dish that is hard to find in other restaurants. It's also difficult to replicate at home. What I like the most is that Pepper Lunch's "Beef Pepper Rice" is both speedy and delicious. With the "Beef Pepper Rice" at this price, it's a great value for a delicious meal.

I visited around noon on a regular day. It was crowded. Despite feeling a bit tired due to the summer heat, I was craving meat so I decided to go there after a long time. I had the hamburger and steak lunch set. It was nice to be able to adjust the doneness of the meat myself. The hamburger was soft and delicious.

I went to Kinshicho Olinas to watch a movie. While exploring, I found Pepper Lunch in the food court. I remembered eating it often during my student days, so I decided to have it after a long time. I had the Beef Pepper Rice M for 990 yen. It's not Pepper Lunch without the sizzling sound of the teppan, right? The generous amount of meat is cooked on the hot plate, mixed evenly with the rice. This is it - that junky taste of Pepper Lunch. It brought back memories of my student days. Thank you for the meal.

Cheese curry pepper rice with extra meat for 1090 yen. Angus beef wild juicy cut steak for 1240 yen. Miso soup for 110 yen. I usually like the beef pepper rice, so I decided to try the new item with cheese and curry. However, it turned out to be just curry. In hindsight, it's obvious, but it lacked the pepperiness, charred flavor, and perfect balance with the sauce that the beef pepper rice has. It was my mistake for ordering it, so for those who love beef pepper rice, please keep this in mind. As a side note, I didn't find the staff's service to be great.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk from JR Kinshicho Station North Exit to reach Olinas, and then it takes about 10 minutes to climb up. The food court at Olinas was crowded during lunchtime, but there is a parking lot available so no need to worry if you're driving. I ordered the Beef Pepper Lunch S for 660 yen. It was my first time having Pepper Lunch in a while, so I wasn't sure about the size and went with the small size. Later, I thought it might have been too small, but it was fine. The sauce tasted the same as the one from Ikinari Steak. The hot plate kept the meat and rice hot, which was better than it being cold, but it was so hot that I had to cool it down while eating. Overall, considering the price, I thought the taste was good and it might be worth it for the price.

I was drawn in by the smell and decided to enter. For a little over 1000 yen, you get three types of meat, a drink, and a salad, which is a great deal. The taste is delicious. Some meats are better than others (some are tough, some are tender), but considering the price, I am satisfied. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

It was a Beef Pepper Donburi, right? It's a dish where meat, rice, and black pepper are mixed together in a skillet. I really like it, but if I order this, I won't be able to eat things like meat or hamburgers. It would be nice if there was a half portion available. Maybe that's too complicated. I hope they start offering it as a set of two! ===========

I have actually eaten it a few times, and I think it's delicious because it's hot like stone bibimbap. I prefer the sweet sauce. I also want to eat the hamburger, but I can't eat it all at once, so I want to go eat it next time. Thank you for the meal.

I used to frequent Olinas when it first opened. There are various restaurants in the food court, but Pepper Lunch definitely stood out. However, unlike regular restaurants, in the food court they give you a small amount of sauce in a cup, which is not enough. Asking for more sauce was not an option, so every time I used to feel stressed out.

I received this meal after 3 PM, so is it lunch? Snack? It's a pepper steak with plenty of meat and a sweet sauce. My stomach was growling too much, so even though it's past 3 PM, I couldn't resist this big meal. It's so delicious, so it's okay, right? (laughs)

I usually have steak, but until September 30th, there is a promotion for Bibimbap Pepper Rice with less rice and more vegetables. However, the portion is large, and I ended up feeling really full.

The menu has decreased, but getting a single serving of broccoli for 100 yen is quite good for the portion size.

I had the Sirloin Pepper Lunch 150. The prices at the Pepper Lunch on the 3rd floor and the Ikinari Steak on the 4th floor have become similar, so it's just a matter of preference, but both are delicious. Surprisingly, the soup is tasty. Soft drinks are refillable forever for free.

Lately, I've started eating at cheaper restaurants and finding good food there. It's really tender. I'm slowly starting to understand these things.
