I only managed to take a photo of the appetizer, but the salad, bread, white fish, tender meat, elegant tiramisu for dessert, and reliable coffee course were all included in the 8000 yen course. There are other price ranges available as well. I would like to visit again for a private occasion.

Kasansou Kaikan consists of conference rooms and a lounge where you can also enjoy meals. The view is amazing, but the price can be seen as a combination of the view fee and service fee. The food is decent, not particularly bad. The risotto was a bit too creamy and heavy. Thank you for the meal.

The Kasan Kaikan, which houses the restaurant Peony, is a club lounge-style banquet hall operated by the Kasan Kai Foundation. With over 100 years of history, the foundation partially owns floors 35 to 37 in the building known as Kasan Kaikan Building. The use of Kasan Kaikan is supported by the foundation's financial resources, making it relatively affordable. The venue exudes a sense of dignity and a calm atmosphere reminiscent of traditional Meiji-era aristocracy. I attended a Reception Dinner after an international conference at this venue. The night view was stunning, and the interior decor received high praise. However, as it is a banquet hall, the quality of the food itself is not particularly high. The restaurant Peony, operated by the Palace Hotel, serves excellent curry. Unfortunately, I arrived late and only a few servings were left, but the curry, sandwich, and sea urchin with water shield jelly were delicious. The sushi ran out quickly, leaving me unsatisfied.

In the heyday of rapid economic growth in December 2015, the Kasumigaseki Building, which was synonymous with skyscrapers, used to tower high as you entered the capital highway. Nowadays, you have to search to find which one is Kasumigaseki. After a meeting with a friend working at Kasumigaseki, we decided to have lunch together. They made a reservation for us at a restaurant on the top floor of the neighboring Common Gate, where you can't enter without a reservation. The atmosphere on this top floor is not one you would casually pass by. Inside the restaurant, almost 100% of the customers were businessmen, except for me. The lunch course costs 2,710 yen and the menu changes weekly. You can choose between meat or fish for the main dish. The course includes soup, salad, Kasago (a type of fish), bread, and dessert. I am grateful to my friend who set up a reservation at a restaurant that seems exclusive and not easily accessible to the general public.

The female regular customer of a local bar mentioned that she would be around Toranomon area around noon, so the regular customers working nearby decided to have lunch together. I recommended the restaurant "PEONY" located on the 37th floor of the Common Gate Building, which overlooks the Imperial Palace and offers a stunning view. Despite my usual preference for street-level restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view. We ended up choosing the A lunch set, which included soup, main dish (choice of meat or fish), salad, and a drink for ¥2,630 each. The food, arranged by the Palace Hotel, was delicious. My request for the "Beef Fillet Stroganoff" was tasty, but I wished it had a bit more volume. The fish dish, on the other hand, was beautifully presented and had a generous portion. The restaurant was busy with business lunches, and although I felt a bit disappointed that I may not have another chance to come back for the night view, I enjoyed a pleasant lunch with my friends.

You can enjoy dining in an establishment with an elegant atmosphere at the Kasan Kaikan located on the 37th floor of the Common Gate West Building in Kasumigaseki, where the Financial Services Agency is housed. Although the restaurant is adjacent, the Kasan Kaikan is more like a club lounge operated by the Kasan Kai foundation, which has a history of over 100 years supporting private exchanges with China and East Asia. The foundation partially owns the Common Gate and manages various other businesses, boasting a strong financial status. The use of the Kasan Kaikan is supported by the foundation's financial foundation, making it surprisingly affordable and not profit-oriented. It is often utilized by the Nihon Kogyo Club in Marunouchi, offering a high-grade and calm environment for meetings. Both places have an authoritative and authentic atmosphere reminiscent of the Meiji era aristocracy. The establishment is traditional and authoritative, appealing to corporate executives who enjoy dining with friends in a setting with a high-grade interior and beautiful night views. However, please note that the quality of the cuisine itself may not be as high. The restaurant Piony, located within the Kaikan, offers dishes that can also be enjoyed in the meeting rooms, which would be even better if they had a top-notch French chef.

I rarely go to bars, so my review may not be as detailed as those of bar reviewers, but I apologize in advance. I visited this place for lunch as a café. What surprised me was how bright, clean, quiet, and calming the space was. The view was amazing, it felt like being in an observation room. You can even see the Imperial Palace (would this have been considered disrespectful in the past?). Highly recommended. It felt like I found a comfortable space after a long time. When I visited, it was a weekday (during Obon), and I was the only customer. It felt like a private space. It was a hot day, and I just stopped by, but ended up staying longer because of the view outside. I chose the "secret menu" (??) pineapple juice. It was said to be 100%. After about 30 seconds, I heard a "pop!" sound of the pull tab being opened. It was brought to me right away. It was a canned juice. Even though it was a canned juice, the atmosphere of the place was very pleasant. I thought it would be a waste if I didn't visit at night. Additional note: There are many bar reviewers out there, but I would like them to compare this place. I don't have much experience with bars, so I don't really know what's good or bad.

Kasumigaseki Common Gate 37th floor, there is a historical banquet and conference venue called Kasanzan Kaikan Restaurant, which is not widely known to the general public, but it is a reasonably priced and delicious restaurant that anyone can enter. It is operated by the Palace Hotel. Dating back to 1928, the venue was named after the founder Akihito Konoe's pen name, Kasanzan. After two reconstructions, it reopened on the 37th floor of the Kasumigaseki Common Gate West Building (Kasanzan Kaikan Building) in 2007. When you get off the elevator on the top floor, you can overlook the Imperial Palace area from the spacious lobby with high ceilings. The upper part is decorated with lovely stained glass modeled after the entrance of the old Kasanzan Kaikan, shining with backlight. At the Cafe Restaurant/Bar "Peony", you can enjoy a light dish with a drink, but this time I visited with 10 people for a banquet with business partners. There is also a set menu with a 4200 yen hors d'oeuvre and steak course with a 2000 yen all-you-can-drink option. Of course, they are flexible and can accommodate changes in content according to the price. This time, we added a slightly better champagne to the all-you-can-drink course. Private rooms are also available at a discounted rate when combined with a meal, making them suitable for slightly larger parties and banquets.

There is a lounge restaurant on the 37th floor of a business building in a government office building near Toranomon subway station. The atmosphere is more relaxed compared to a hotel restaurant, with spacious seating and good service. The lunch menu is a bit pricey, starting at 1,940 yen, but there is also a curry rice option for those looking to save some money. The set meal includes a salad, cold spaghetti with chicken, and a dessert, all served quickly. The view of the Imperial Palace from the 37th floor adds to the dining experience. Overall, it was a nice Tokyo-style lunch with good food and a great view.

The upper floors of Komon Gate in Kasumigaseki offer outstanding views. I used it for a lunch meeting, and it has a luxurious atmosphere suitable for business or dining events. I ordered the Hayashi Rice, which was elegantly prepared with a demiglace sauce that sets it apart from typical Western-style eateries. The flavor is not too strong, relatively light, and may lack distinctiveness, but the quality is high. The toppings, including Fukujinzuke and raisins served separately, add to the sense of sophistication. While the prices may be high for everyday lunch outings, it is worth considering for special occasions.

I used it for a company party on a regular weekday night (we have done it here several times). The location is on the 37th floor of Common Gate. You should be able to enjoy a magnificent view of the night scenery, but unfortunately the weather was bad. The party was a standing buffet style, with hors d'oeuvres, hot dishes, soba noodles, desserts, and coffee. Drinks included beer, wine, cocktails, whiskey, soft drinks, and more. I wasn't expecting much, but the food was decent. I felt that the timing of the dessert coming out was quite early. The 2 hours felt long and a bit awkward. It's a recommended place for a traditional reception. It seems they also have lunch there. (I couldn't take any photos, of course)

I used it at a social gathering after a meeting, it was like a hotel restaurant. The private room we used was probably quite luxurious, with a reception set and a luxurious space where we could talk before the meal started. The dining table was elegantly designed, and it felt like a place where politicians might have various discussions. If you want to experience a conventional sense of luxury with high ceilings, this place is recommended. The food was forgettable, with a typical French menu and flavors. If you are looking to experience culinary innovation, this restaurant is not recommended. However, considering the atmosphere, the prices are not too high, so I gave it 3 stars, but as a restaurant, it would be 2.5 stars.

This is one of the few restaurants in the area where you can make a lunch reservation. The view from the 34th floor is amazing. The cheapest lunch option is 1600 yen, which includes a salad, pasta, and coffee. The food is average in taste and portion size is small. The price seems to include the cost of the location. It's worth visiting if you want to secure a seat and avoid the usual 15-minute wait at other restaurants in this competitive lunch area.

This place is a hidden gem in my opinion. It's not very crowded, even the people working at Common Gate rarely come here. Sometimes in the evening, there are parties for companies located in the Advisory Gate. The atmosphere is like a hotel, with a great view, and you can enjoy a leisurely lunch. I've only used it for lunch, but apparently they also serve alcohol at night. The lunch menu is pretty standard, like spaghetti, but the view is amazing, so it's very relaxing. I highly recommend it.
