I was happy that I could bring my baby stroller into the store. It wasn't too crowded on a Saturday, so it was comfortable. The food was nothing special, just regular tonkatsu, but being able to get free refills of rice, miso soup, and cabbage was nice for those who can eat a lot without burdening their wallet. Personally, I wish there were more types of sauce available.

I have a document that needs to be completed and submitted within a week, so I worked overtime to finish it. I'm feeling hungry now. I'll fill my stomach at the restaurant area on the 10th floor of Alkakit. Tonight, my target is "Inaba Washoku"! Not "Washoku" or "Tonkatsu Washoku", but "Inaba Washoku". They are different companies. Actually, "Washoku" was originally founded by a joint venture called Washoku Shoji, and one of the joint investors started a separate company called Kyowa Corporation. Inaba Washoku was started by an executive of Kyowa Corporation. Anyway, let's move on. I ordered the Pork Tonkatsu Set and the Crab Cream Croquette (a la carte menu). It cost a total of 1540 yen including tax for a luxurious dinner. Well, I'm almost 50 years old, but when it comes to tonkatsu, it has to be pork loin! The taste of the fatty meat is just amazing! Well, the pork fillet is also delicious. I know, I know, but when it comes to tonkatsu, it has to be pork loin! Do you understand? Good. Well, even though they are different companies, there doesn't seem to be a big difference in the taste of the tonkatsu or the composition of the set meal. As long as the taste is stable and most people are satisfied, that's fine. The Crab Cream Croquette was a bit disappointing as the taste was not as expected. I wanted a bit more crab flavor. The pickles were a mix of cucumber and barrel pickles, with a slightly sweet taste that went well with the rice. The clam soup was a bit lacking in flavor. It seemed like it needed more effort. Green tea was served before the meal and hojicha was served after the meal, which was a nice touch. The fact that the teacups were different colors, green and red, was interesting. I had a second serving of rice and the last order was at 9:30 pm. Maybe because it was a weekday, the customers left quickly, and I was the last one there. Thank you for the meal. Tonkatsu is really good, isn't it?

We visited "Inaba Wakou Nishikicho Store" on the 10th floor of ArcaKit Nishikicho with my partner for dinner. The restaurant was crowded with families and groups, even though it was only in the evening. We ordered the "Slightly Tipsy Set", which includes a drink, appetizer (cold tofu or edamame), and tonkatsu (thick-cut pork cutlet, shrimp cutlet, or mixed cutlet with soup). You can choose from these options for 1,800 yen before tax, and refills for drinks are discounted, making it a very good deal. We had a highball and a beer (medium size) with cold tofu and edamame as appetizers, and we tried the thick-cut pork cutlet and mixed cutlet. The thick-cut pork cutlet was delicious with its thick 200g meat packed full of flavor. It's recommended for meat lovers! It's lightly salted, not too rich, and refreshing. The mixed cutlet includes shrimp fry, allowing you to enjoy various types of fry and feel quite satisfied. The tonkatsu menu comes with unlimited cabbage, rice, and miso soup, and the pork miso soup for the thick-cut pork cutlet is replaced with clam soup for the second serving. Each highball comes with a lemon, giving a nice impression. The restaurant looks a bit old, but the floor staff, one male and one female, seem quite busy. It must be tough with this service format. Overall, we were quite satisfied. Thank you for the delicious meal!

For lunch today, I was in the mood for a hearty meat dish. Personally, I used to love the cactus tonkatsu at Marui, but unfortunately they closed due to the dreaded coronavirus. However, there is still Wako in Kinshicho! There are tonkatsu restaurants on the 2nd floor of Parco and the 5th floor of Terumi, but out of these three, Wako is still my favorite! I ordered the thick-cut hirekatsu and my friend ordered the 200g loin katsu, which we shared. But I still love the hirekatsu ❤️ The miso soup that comes with the thick-cut hirekatsu is also wonderful. Today, once again, I was satisfied with a delicious meal.

It's been a while since I visited Inaba Washou at Alkakit Kinshicho. I ordered the Thick Cut Pork Cutlet Set with miso soup. When I asked for miso soup with the regular pork cutlet set, they said they have the option of thick cut pork cutlet for the same price, so I chose that instead. I also found out that you can choose clam miso soup as a refill option, so I got a refill of rice, clam miso soup, and cabbage. I enjoyed it like a high school student.

I used it for lunch on 11/6. I went shopping at Alkakit Kinshicho and finished early, so I went to the food floor for lunch. It was before 11:30. Some shops had lines, but "Inaba Wako" was not crowded, so I decided to go in. I ordered the pork cutlet set meal (1,310 yen) with free refills for rice, cabbage, and clam soup. I got refills for rice and cabbage. It seems you can change the clam soup to miso soup for an additional 200 yen, but the refill will still be clam soup instead of miso soup. I hope this information is helpful.

I think this time I ordered the pork cutlet set meal, right? It was around 1300 yen including tax. You can get free refills of rice, cabbage, and miso soup, but I couldn't find anything special about the cutlet that would surpass those of cheaper chain restaurants... If asked whether I would come back and spend this amount again, the answer is no. During lunchtime, while other restaurants on the same floor were crowded, it's understandable that this place was empty.

Tonight, I had the Happy Dinner, which included a slightly tipsy set for 1850 yen including tax. The set included a drink, a small dish, and a main dish, all of which could be selected from several options. The drink was a draft beer, the small dish was cold tofu, and I chose the main dish as thick-cut pork cutlet. Ordering the set was about 500 yen cheaper than ordering each item separately. There was also a discount for refills on drinks, which was nice. Rice, miso soup, and cabbage were free for refills. The thick-cut pork cutlet was 150g and cooked perfectly, with a slightly pink center. It was very tender and the coating was crispy and soft. I was surprised by how delicious it was. The restaurant was clean, and the service was exceptionally polite. I had a relaxing time and left feeling satisfied and full.

After finishing work and heading back, I decided to have a late lunch near the station. My usual tonkatsu restaurant had closed down due to the pandemic, so I decided to have tonkatsu after a long time. I usually go for the fillet cutlet, but this time I opted for the thick-cut pork loin set because I was really hungry. However, the food took a long time to arrive. I was starting to think about canceling and leaving. When it finally arrived, it looked thick and delicious as expected. But when I took a bite... it was tough. It seemed like the meat wasn't properly trimmed and it was hard to chew. While I appreciate a certain level of bounce in pork, this was a bit too much. With a disappointed feeling, I left the restaurant.

The chain store, Inaba Wako, has delicious pork cutlet that I like. I enjoy the type of breading they use, and I rarely have a bad experience at any of their locations. My wife, who is beautiful but picky, chose the weekly lunch special with half pork cutlet, shrimp fry, and crab cream croquette. I opted for the pork tenderloin and shrimp fry, and we both upgraded to miso soup. The miso soup here is flavorful and full of ingredients, which I appreciate. However, the quality of the clam soup for refills was not great, as the clam broth tasted weak. I ended up getting a refill of just the clam soup.

Recently, when I eat greasy food late at night, I get heartburn. I was in the mood for tonkatsu for the first time in a while, so I visited this place in the evening. I enjoyed a tonkatsu set meal in the spacious dining area. The tonkatsu was not greasy, and the breading was crispy and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went to visit a friend at a hospital in Kinshicho and on the way back, I had a Kaki Fry set meal for 1496 yen at a tonkatsu restaurant in Alkakit. Lately, I feel like I've been getting caught up in the size and making mistakes. But I couldn't resist the advertising of "rare large oysters" at the entrance and ended up going in. The oysters were juicy and delicious when I bit into them, but I was disappointed to find that they were surprisingly thin. To make up for it, I had extra rice, miso soup, and cabbage. I felt like there was a bit too much mayonnaise, but the tartar sauce tasted good. Can we stop using phrases like "world's largest size" at the shrimp fry specialty shop I visited the other day, or "rare large oysters" for the Kaki Fry this time?

This is a tonkatsu restaurant located on the 10th floor of the commercial facility "Arca Kit" at the north exit of Kinshicho Station. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm with warm-colored lighting, but the tables are closely packed together, giving a slightly cramped feeling. There are counter seats available for solo diners, which is convenient as there is no need to wait. The lunch menu includes the classic Rosukatsu lunch for 936 yen + tax, and the recommended Special Mix lunch for 1,380 yen + tax, which is slightly on the higher price side.
I tried the Rosukatsu lunch (936 yen + tax) and found that the katsu was not tough, indicating that the meat was properly prepared. The breading consisted of both coarse and fine textures. The color was dark, but the frying was not too hard, with the right level of cooking. There was not much fat, and even though it was a loin cut, the flavor of the meat was the main focus. The sauce was fruity with a balanced saltiness and a slight nutty flavor from sesame seeds. It was not too salty and had a good balance, making it suitable for those who prefer a well-balanced sauce. The shredded cabbage was generously served, and there was also a green shiso dressing available on the table, providing two different flavors to enjoy.
The miso soup was made with clams, but the amount of clams was less compared to other places, and there were occasional grains of sand. This could be considered the only drawback of this restaurant. The rice was plain with a standard portion size. The pickles were typical, but the portion was generous. Refills of rice were available, which was a good point. Overall, this restaurant seems to cater to a female audience with its taste and portion size, but it can also satisfy men who want a hearty meal. Considering the price is below 1,000 yen for lunch, it is not bad at all.

I went to Inaba Wakou in Kinshicho and ordered a meal that was a bit different from my usual. The waitress brought me tea and asked if I had decided on my order. I hesitated for a moment and eventually ordered a set meal that seemed to have escaped from the realm of tonkatsu. It consisted of two potato croquettes and two shrimp fries. It was cheaper than my usual meal, but still satisfying. The rice, miso soup, and cabbage were all refillable, which was a nice bonus. As I was enjoying my meal, I couldn't help but notice the slightly dull sensitivity of the waitresses, but considering the price, it was understandable. When I asked for a refill of miso soup, the waitress said, "One more miso soup, please!" That reminded me of a time in elementary school when I corrected a teacher who was counting rabbits as "one, two" instead of "one, two." The whole class burst into laughter, and I realized that sometimes the truth can be twisted by ignorance. As I finished my meal, a young man next to me ordered a "slightly drunk set" with a highball. I checked the menu and saw that it cost 1,556 yen, which seemed a bit expensive.

I had some errands to run in Kinshicho Alkakit on this day. It was lunchtime, so I decided to eat while I was there. The restaurant floor was quite busy with families and office workers on their lunch break. After looking around, I chose this restaurant that seemed to have some available seats. I have been to Wako a few times before, but this was my first time at Inaba Wako. I ordered the thick-cut pork cutlet. It arrived in about 10 minutes. When I tried it, the thick cut gave it a satisfying texture and filled me up more than I expected. It could have been a bit more tender though.

Pork cutlet is definitely tastier when eaten out! Today, I also tried the crab cream croquette. The crispy coating was very easy to eat, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you very much! (^^)

I had the visit for lunch and had the pork cutlet set meal. It was an ordinary restaurant, neither good nor bad. The set meal came with cabbage, rice, and clam soup, which was refillable. I like clam soup. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you.

As the name suggests, my favorite food is bottled Nameko mushrooms. Lately, one of my hobbies has been wandering around various towns in search of delicious bottled Nameko mushrooms. On this day, I was exploring the streets of Kinshicho in search of tasty Nameko mushrooms. After a lively stroll through the town, I started to feel hungry, so I decided to visit Inaba Washo Kinshicho branch, which had caught my eye. I ordered the Pork Cutlet Lunch set. The Pork Cutlet Lunch was very delicious and satisfying. The portion was quite generous, making it a very satisfying meal. The flavor, with its balance of sweetness, spiciness, and saltiness, may vary from person to person, but I personally enjoyed the seasoning and found it quite addictive. The staff's service was decent, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was cozy. It was clear that the staff put in effort every day. I think Inaba Washo Kinshicho branch is a great place to visit. When I return to Kinshicho in search of my favorite bottled Nameko mushrooms, I will definitely visit this restaurant again. The Pork Cutlet Lunch was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
