I visited Kibun, which is open until 3:00 in the morning. It is located across from Orispa on Omichi Street. An 78-year-old takoyaki vendor named Tekiya approached me, saying "600 yen for takoyaki, don't be cheap, two for 1000 yen," which made me feel warm inside. I have never seen a sushi restaurant that serves such fresh sushi late at night. I visited at 1:30 in the morning. I glanced at a woman who seemed to be the owner at the counter, dressed head to toe in HERMES and Harry Winston. Her diamond bangle was from Bulgari, shining like a ransom. The head chef was friendly and kind, with impeccable manners. Truly fitting for Ginza. The medium fatty tuna was as good as the fatty tuna, I couldn't tell the difference. They even served seared fatty tuna upon request. The conger eel can be enjoyed with salt or sauce. The sea urchin, salmon roe, and marinated tuna were all excellent. The red snapper and golden eye snapper were outstanding. The steamed shrimp was delicious. The appetizers were also great, including foie gras, silver cod, and young sweetfish tempura. The hand-rolled sushi with sea urchin and fatty tuna was the perfect ending. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much for the wonderful meal.

It's great that this place is open late at night. It's a good spot to go to when I have a late business dinner and need a last stop. Today's lunch was at Ginza Sushi Kibun. I entered the restaurant and sat at the counter seat. I looked at the menu and ordered the seafood chirashi for 2000 yen. It came with chawanmushi and miso soup. After waiting for 10 minutes, it arrived. The neatly arranged toppings were clearly prepared with care. The beauty of the shrimp. Ikura, maguro, toro, squid, scallop, and hokkigai. And the eel that was so tender and moist it melted in your mouth. I enjoyed it with a little wasabi. I wonder if they use night ingredients for lunch. It was incredibly delicious. This is such a great deal for 2000 yen. The miso soup was also delicious, and the chawanmushi was flavorful too. I took a chance by walking in for the chirashi sushi lunch, and I was lucky. Kibun in Ginza is recommended if you want to have a seafood lunch. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come again!

I visited this restaurant based on reviews. I had akami, zuke, akagai himo, aji, and one serving of hot sake for 4000 yen. It's definitely Ginza prices. The taste was neither good nor bad. The sweetness of the simmered ingredients didn't suit my taste. The selection of ingredients was lacking. The biggest disappointment was the tuna appetizer, which had become gelatinous as if overcooked. I returned it untouched. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant.

Only things like boiled spinach, grilled clams, and scallops with seaweed. It was lonely... If they had a set with just sushi, I might have been satisfied~.
