It is said that when developing the "Double Teriyaki Burger," Mos Burger had a policy of tasting new menu items on a full stomach. This attention to detail in ensuring that a product tastes delicious even when eaten on a full stomach is truly commendable. Thanks to such a policy, masterpieces like the "Double Teriyaki Burger" were born.

I visited during a weekday lunchtime. It's about a 7-minute walk from Kinshicho Olinas, just across the intersection. The interior has a cafe-like atmosphere. You order verbally and pay at the self-checkout. Each table has dedicated charging outlets, which is considerate. Overall, it's clean and comfortable. I used to eat Mos Burger frequently when there was one near my previous house, but recently, other hamburger chains have improved their taste, so I no longer feel the need to eat only Mos Burger. On this day, I bought a Fish Burger, and indeed, Mos Burger is authentic. You can taste the fried fish properly. It truly lives up to being a Japanese hamburger shop.

I had a yakiniku set meal at Matsuya, but the rice portion was small, so I also had a shrimp cutlet burger for 390 yen and a blend coffee for 250 yen at Mos Burger. Shrimp cutlet burgers at various burger chains all have a combination of shrimp cutlet, tartar sauce, lettuce or cabbage, so I still don't know which shop makes the most delicious one. If they were served separately like tempura or tonkatsu, the differences might be more noticeable, but since the fried items used by burger chains are like comparing acorns (low level), it may be difficult to judge.

I worked late and missed dinner, so on my way home walking from JR Kinshicho Station to Oshiage, I stopped by a Mos Burger that was still open. I didn't feel like eating a heavy meal, so I ordered my favorite chicken burger and a drink. I didn't want fries so late at night, but the chicken burger was just right as a Light Meal option. It was delicious as always, and I left satisfied.

I had the Mos Vegetable Burger (¥360) with a potato and drink set. I always think that among hamburger chains, the vegetables are exceptionally fresh and crunchy, which I really like. The buns are also fluffy and have a nice aroma. Highly recommended!

Visited Kinshicho in April 2008. Went out of the north exit to look for a family restaurant, but only found bars while walking around. Ended up walking to Kuramae Hashi Street and found a Mos Burger at the intersection with Yotsume Street. Ordered a Mos Cheeseburger (350 yen), Onion Rings (210 yen), and Ice Lemon Tea (260 yen). The Mos Cheeseburger was delicious as always. The sauce goes well with the patty. It's simple but tastes great with the cheese adding a nice touch. The Onion Rings were light and tasty. Overall rating at the time of posting: 3.04.

The fries were delicious, freshly fried. However, as soon as I entered the store, there was a somewhat musty smell, like an old house. The building itself looks old, so it's inevitable, but... I won't be revisiting because I have a sensitive nose. It's a shame because I like Mos Burger.

I like it almost as much as the Fish Burger. - Pork Cutlet Burger 380 yen Pork cutlet with sweet sauce, crispy cabbage. It's been a while since I had this. Sorry for going to a chain restaurant. I'll find a delicious place tomorrow in Kanda.

Tables are lined up in the back on both sides, with larger bench-style seating on the right side that can accommodate around six people. One of the limited-time offerings was the "Mos Rice Burger/Shrimp Tempura." This unique rice burger featured two shrimp tempura on a rice plate, sandwiched between green beans and seaweed. It was inspired by a tempura rice bowl, and the tempura was crispy with a tasty sauce that complemented it well."
