I only go to the sushi restaurant in Roppongi!! The head chef is amazing!! He is loving, kind, and even remembers me even if it's been a while since my last visit!! Start by enjoying dishes other than sushi!! They have seasonal items, and the chef will choose the most delicious ones for you!! Vegetables are served as a palate cleanser between dishes. It's the best!! Squid with salt and sudachi is the best way to enjoy it!! I learned the best harmony at this restaurant!! They also have a great selection of drinks!!

A hidden gem located near Roppongi intersection, although it's a bit hard to find. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully renovated with plaster walls, and despite being around for 20 years, it still looks new. The sushi, made in the Edo style, was just right and very delicious. The portion sizes were good, not too heavy, making it easy for women to enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I really liked it, in fact, I became a fan of your husband from the first visit. Starting with your husband's cheerful voice, I felt at ease and enjoyed my time there. It was my first time visiting, and I found the spacious layout of the restaurant very comfortable with no sense of crowding. Unfortunately, I was late on that day. It was refreshing to see that the restaurant did not have a strict starting time like many others. The person accompanying me had arrived earlier and had already started eating, but despite that, they waited for me to arrive and served each dish at my pace, starting from the first plate. It was a heartwarming experience for me. Even though they could have prepared the dishes together for both of us, they patiently accommodated my late arrival and served the food accordingly. They kindly declined things I couldn't eat but tried their best to fulfill my preferences, which I truly appreciated. I love eating, but there are times when I can't eat certain things or when I like something but the appearance puts me off. Being able to choose and order sushi based on what I want to eat while looking at the options is fantastic. The green onion was fresh and crunchy, and I loved it so much that I had seconds. If you ever go, please try it out.

Starting with yuba and ohitashi, the dishes were very gentle and felt like they were soaking into my body. The sashimi included flounder, horse mackerel, kohada, shellfish, sea cucumber, sweet shrimp, and tuna, all of which were delicious! The uni and ikura mini donburi, as well as the sushi that followed, were also delicious. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, and it was a lovely place. However, the only downside was the cigarette smoke from the neighboring table.

The prices are based on market prices, which can be a bit nerve-wracking. However, looking at the drink menu, the prices don't seem too high. I opted for a la carte dishes instead of a course menu. The sashimi of firefly squid was delicious from the start. The yuba was smooth and lovely. The vegetable sticks were tasty, especially with the miso dip. The mountain burdock was a pleasant surprise. The white fish simmered in broth had a gentle and elegant taste. As for the sushi, I tried various kinds, such as sea urchin, conger eel, salted squid, striped jack, kohada, and negitoro roll, all of which were excellent. The miso soup with trefoil was a nice finish. I had about four glasses of Kamodashi shochu. The head chef was very friendly and engaging in conversation. The bill came to around 20,000 yen for two people, which may be the standard price in Roppongi. It's great that you can order a la carte dishes in addition to courses. The appetizers were delicious, making it a good place for when you feel like having sushi.

My friend wasn't very hungry, so we just got some snacks, but when I mentioned my preferences, the chef kept recommending different dishes. The uni and ikura mini bowl was delicious! It was sweet and rich. The steamed egg custard was also amazing with its flavorful broth. The chef was friendly and easy to talk to, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I went to this place for a light sushi meal as my second stop! They mainly served appetizers like yuba, boiled spinach, salad sticks, etc. Healthy and satisfying! Even though I was full, the food went down smoothly. The snow crab had plenty of meat and eggs, perfect with sake. They used ponzu jelly which was a nice touch. The saltwater sea urchin was served with salmon roe on a small bowl of rice. I ate it as is, without adding anything, and it was delicious! The sea urchin was sweet and tasty with no fishy taste. The fatty tuna in the toro taku was generous and melted in my mouth. The conger eel was fluffy and tender. The sweet shrimp was large and firm. They have late-night hours on weekdays (until 4 am). While chain sushi restaurants are convenient and affordable, sometimes you just want to enjoy delicious sushi, and this place is perfect for that. Thank you for the meal!

I don't know about now, but when I visited, you could smoke at the counter seats! I was happy that they were open late at night. I ordered omakase and got my favorite jun-sai as an appetizer, which got me really excited. When I mentioned that I like shellfish, they quickly prepared a sashimi platter, which was very delicious! The shrimp tasting was also a nice surprise since I had never done it before. The chef had a kind aura and I was able to relax while enjoying my meal. I will definitely go back again!

It's a favorite atmosphere where you can relax and spend time quietly! We sat at the counter in the back, comfortably spaced from the next group, and the whole store had a calm atmosphere. The food was delicious too!!! We had the chef's selection and started with a few appetizers. Fresh seasonal fish, abalone, shrimp, scallops, and other seafood were lined up. Not only did they provide delicious food, but they also had a wonderful sense of hospitality and attentiveness. I could feel the hospitality in each carefully prepared dish and elegant furnishings. It was great to be able to try a variety of dishes like sashimi, grilled dishes, and simmered dishes. This time, we had sake. The sake was selected for us, and it was delicious. I forgot to take pictures, so I don't remember what I drank (haha), but it was really delicious. The staff were easy to talk to, and it's a restaurant I would like to visit again.
