This restaurant is a paradise for those who love delicious drinks, as they offer a perfect selection of wines and Japanese sake that pair well with every type of sushi. The vinegared rice is finely tuned to complement each type of fish, showcasing the attention to detail. The small dishes in between are made with seasonal ingredients, delighting the palate. Since coming to this restaurant, I can't imagine going anywhere else for sushi. I am eagerly looking forward to their back-to-back wins next year.

The standout dishes included a shrimp sushi with miso paste, and a ramen made from fish broth at the end of the course, a surprising and delicious addition. I hope to see more innovative creations from this restaurant in the future. I watched a TV show and decided to make a reservation to visit a restaurant where one of the contestants had been. I had never been there before. I was particularly looking forward to the "shrimp". The meal started with appetizers and then moved on to sushi. The dishes were served promptly and efficiently. The octopus left a strong impression as an appetizer. The sushi, especially the pickled fish, sea bream, ark shell, and surf clam, were excellent. I also tried abalone pasta, which was delicious with the unique touch of sushi craftsmanship. And the shrimp I was looking forward to... it was the best dish of the day. I even had seconds. The meticulous work and attention to detail in preparing the ingredients really stood out, making it a sincere and delicious sushi experience. Thank you for the wonderful meal~

It was a course that I could feel the sense. Apart from the sushi, everything was perfect. The shrimp that won against the famous restaurant "Namba" on TV was delicious because I could enjoy two different flavors. I like smaller shari, so it was just right, and the additional tuna akami, anago, and karasumi were all delicious! Thank you for the meal. I've already made a reservation for dinner next time, but I also want to visit for lunch.

It's 6:00 PM on May 21, 2023. I'm at Roppongi Ichome. Oh, hello, it's Kamen! I climbed up the Spanish Steps and arrived at the same store I was aiming for! It's a shop with quite an atmosphere. Today, I had the following dishes: - Clam soup - Vinegared mackerel with greens - Fried bell pepper and corn - Scallop and summer truffle pickles - Tuna belly - Small skin shellfish - Horse mackerel - Snow crab, octopus, and bottarga - Shrimp, nodoguro, sea urchin ramen - Eel with additional egg I was particularly surprised by the temperature control of the hot dishes. The clam soup and fried bell pepper and corn were served piping hot, which was impressive. While there wasn't any standout sushi, everything was above average and the head chef was friendly, so I had a great time. Thank you for the meal!

I recently lost my appetite, but I was able to enjoy and finish all the dishes at this restaurant, thanks to the smaller sushi portions that are perfect for women. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and very cozy. I heard that they have a wonderful selection of drinks as well (although I don't drink myself). There are 7 seats at the counter and a semi-private room in the back with tables for about 6 people. The restaurant is located in a calm area, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meal.

I had been eagerly wanting to visit this new restaurant opened by Watanabe, who is also active on YouTube. I often watched him cook fish dishes on YouTube, and they all looked delicious with his careful work. This time, I sat at the counter and was first impressed by the pickled ginger. It was not too sweet and had a refreshing taste, plus the thin slices made it very easy to eat. The lineup of fish dishes may vary depending on the season, but they were all tasty, especially the gizzard shad. It was the first time in my life that I was so impressed by how delicious gizzard shad could be! The vinegar seasoning was excellent, not overpowering the flavor of the fish. We also tried several types of Japanese sake, and it was nice to have them chosen based on our preferences. I would like to visit again for a special occasion. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
