I visited a seafood bowl restaurant called "Donburi'z Komagome" around 5pm on a Saturday in February 2022. Located about a 3-minute walk from Komagome Station, it seemed to have taken over the spot where Donmaru used to be, just changing the sign. I ordered the "Seafood Bowl" for ¥590 at the storefront, paid with PayPay, waited for about 2 minutes, and received the dish. I decided to take it home and eat. The seafood bowl was served in a not very large bowl with ingredients such as gizzard shad, scallop, squid, salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, and salmon roe. I enjoyed it with wasabi soy sauce, savoring the taste along with the vinegared rice. I felt that the quality of the ingredients was very high, much better than Donmaru's. The vinegared gizzard shad was excellent, with a perfect thickness of the sliced meat. The freshness of the scallop was also very good, with a slight sweetness. I could enjoy the large pieces of tuna and salmon. There was no unpleasant smell in the sweet shrimp. Although the salmon roe was small, it was nice to have it together. Personally, I like to enjoy seafood bowls with a little bit of natto, so I paired it with some natto I had at home. "Donburi'z" offers a seafood bowl that is worth more than ¥590. I plan to continue using this restaurant regularly in the future.

I wanted to eat tuna, so I was torn between ordering Uber Eats or going to Donmaru with my husband. We decided to try the "Z" bowl for the first time, which is a tuna bowl with salmon roe and pickled radish toppings. According to my husband, the order was completed in no time while we were still at the register! We added some green onions at home and it was incredibly delicious! The only downside was that the salmon roe was small, but the tuna was much better than eating mediocre sushi. The bowl had a good amount of toppings and rice, making it a great deal. They also offer a menu with a selection of three favorite toppings, so I'm looking forward to trying different combinations next time. I'm also curious about their pho, so I will definitely be a repeat customer!

A takeout-only seafood bowl shop at Komagome Station. They have a wide variety of menu options, so you can enjoy different dishes. This time, I ordered a seafood bowl with a poke-style twist. The combination of creamy avocado and tuna was delicious. The price is not cheap but not expensive either, it's in the mid-range. It seems that there are certain days when prices are lower, so it might be worth trying on those days.

The bara-don with toppings of salmon, negitoro, scallops, yellowtail, and shrimp was priced at 2,000 yen, but the additional toppings were too thin. The salmon negitoro that was supposed to be included was missing, and even the shrimp that should have been part of the original toppings was missing. If you add toppings, do you get less of the original toppings for the same price (with the additional cost added on top)? What kind of system is this? The scallops were more like one scallop thinly sliced into three pieces. I have vowed to never order from this place again.
