Monja was delicious, but the food took quite a long time to come out. It seemed like there were not enough staff members. The dishes arrived at a speed where they all came after finishing the first drink. I would like to try going back in about a year.

I made a mistake by going to an open kitchen style restaurant. The staff who had never touched a teppan before was cooking, resulting in overcooked or undercooked dishes. The yakisoba was the sloppiest I've ever had in my life. The wagyu sukiyaki was so tough that we questioned if it was really wagyu beef. We even thought that Yoshinoya's version might be better. The squid was slightly undercooked and tough, which made me lose interest in taking photos. It's a shame. Can this place survive in Sangenjaya? I wish Sangenjaya had more vibrant energy. The natural wine was delicious!

I wonder if there are 4 or 5 shops inside this building? To conquer them all, I decided to start with the okonomiyaki restaurant here. I brought two female staff members who will be working at the shop next time. The recommended tamagoyaki by the staff was delicious, but the okonomiyaki was also very tasty! The kimchi and pickled radish were also excellent! Once I conquer all the shops, I will definitely come back! Ossu ossu!

A teppanyaki restaurant where you can easily go alone! It started with dashimaki tamago and continued with teppanyaki dishes and appetizers, making it perfect for enjoying with drinks. The service was friendly and all the explanations were detailed and enjoyable! I also received explanations for unique items like local cider and natural wine! It was my first time trying teppanyaki, but it was great!

The restaurant has only a counter, with a teppanyaki grill in front where the staff cooks everything for you. - Super Dry (draft beer) 600 yen - Marueff (bottle beer) 750 yen - Draft beer lemon sour 550 yen - Umechu (plum wine sour) 550 yen - Natural wine from 700 yen, chosen by handsome staff! - Edomae dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette) 600 yen - Special grilled squid liver with butter soy sauce 1,200 yen - Crispy cheese shrimp bread 650 yen - Tonpei-yaki (pork and cabbage pancake) 950 yen - Mekabu kimchi 450 yen - Mentaiko cheese monjayaki 1,200 yen - Snack noodle topping 150 yen - Tom Yum Kung monjayaki 950 yen - Toppings: squid 500 yen, scallops 550 yen They even grilled the shrimp heads. - Special spicy stir-fry 1,000 yen - Homemade pickles 600 yen - Asparagus with butter 700 yen - Garlic butter rice 800 yen - Fruit daifuku (mochi) with muscat grape 600 yen The pre-opening was a bit chaotic, but the staff were all working hard and cute. The open kitchen has a spacious counter where the staff attend to you right in front of the teppan grill. A new style for a monjayaki restaurant!*** ***Menu items: Mentaiko mochi cheese monja, Snack noodle topping, Tom Yum Kung monja, Scallop, Squid topping, Edomon dashimaki tamago, Fresh squid liver butter soy sauce grilled, Tonpei-yaki, Crunchy cheese shrimp bread, Seaweed kimchi, Maruchou stir-fry, Homemade pickles, Asparagus butter, Garlic butter rice, Today's fruit daifuku muscat.*** ***There is a wide variety of toppings for monja! They have a basic monja menu where you can choose various toppings to create your own personalized monja. The Mentaiko mochi cheese monja is delicious and adding snack noodles for texture was a great choice. The signature egg dish is seasoned with pickled ginger, making it a great snack. It was so soft and fluffy, almost like a drink! The Tom Yum Kung monja had a large shrimp with scallops and squid as toppings. It tasted exactly like Tom Yum Kung soup!
