I always use this place for meetings in Tachikawa. The open and reasonably spaced seating is suitable for the With Corona era. I don't drink iced coffee, so I always order hot black coffee. The taste of the coffee is average. I always find it very convenient. Thank you for the meal.

I think it was a floor with an esthetician that was a little away from the restaurant street. It's often empty when the timing is right, but maybe because it's a hard-to-find place, they were giving out discount coupons on the escalator to the restaurant street. It gets crowded once people discover it. The window seats have a nice view overlooking the tracks. It's a cafe where you can focus on reading when it's not busy.

The view from this restaurant is amazing. The men's restroom is located one floor below, but it's a place I really like.

The café on the high floor in Tachikawa offers a view of Mt. Fuji on clear days, including the Diamond Fuji phenomenon. When I visited, it was already late and the city lights were softly glowing. I ordered the Café de Créé Waffle Plate Tachikawa limited sweets set. The waffle had a nice amount of volume, and the classic chocolate banana with raspberry acidity was just right. There were also limited-time menu items that caught my eye, like the juicy smoothies. The staff mentioned that the drinks are not separated as shown in the photos. It's understandable that there may be differences between the photos and the actual items. Using photos can be effective in easy-to-understand communication, right? I'm looking forward to trying the recommended smoothies for summer next time. The spacious interior of the café allows for a relaxing time. Since I visited late at night, the window seats with a view were full, but the aisle side looked like this.

After eating steak, my friend and I decided to have some tea here. It's located on the 8th floor of JR Tachikawa Station's connected building, Grande Duo. "CAFEdeCRIE" is tucked away at the back of a floor lined with beauty salons and esthetician shops, so it was surprisingly empty. It has a smoking room, which was convenient for me as a non-smoker. It was my first time at "CAFEdeCRIE," and I was surprised by the variety of menu items like pasta, sandwiches, and sweets. Even though I was full from eating, I couldn't resist the temptation of trying the Sorbet Extra Mint Chocolate. It's a frozen drink with bitter chocolate chips inside and mint whipped cream on top. The staff recommended it over the Sorbet Mint Chocolate for an even more refreshing taste. It was less sweet than I expected. If it's sunny in December or January, you can apparently see Diamond Fuji from the window seats.

I'm back again, Mr. Crepe♪ I love this window seat, so I came back. You can see the trains and enjoy the view through the big window. When I'm tired, I like to have something sweet(^_^;) I recommend the autumn drink♪ ☆Chai Cocoa 400 yen (tax included) This cocoa combines five spices for a rich flavor, with the cinnamon aroma and taste of chai. It's very sweet. ☆Banana Pound Cake 170 yen (tax included) Since the cocoa is sweet, this pound cake tastes less sweet, but it has a strong banana flavor and is moist. The tea time was lively in the bustling store. There is a smoking room. They have WiFi, but as far as I could see, there are no power outlets.

On a Sunday night around 7:30 PM, five adults visited the restaurant, one of whom was in a wheelchair. The restaurant was empty (as shown in the first photo), so we were able to secure the coveted window seats (as shown in the second photo) to enjoy the night view. However, a staff member approached us and asked the person in the wheelchair to move to the area near the entrance of the restaurant (an area without a view outside, as shown in the third photo). We hurried to check the sign near the entrance, which only mentioned that "strollers should be placed outside the store" (as shown in the fourth photo), with no mention of wheelchairs. According to the explanation from the restaurant staff, wheelchair users and stroller users are requested to dine near the entrance area, even if the restaurant is empty. This is because the restaurant is self-service, and accidents such as burns while carrying drinks during movement are not the responsibility of the restaurant. However, there have been cases where customers have sued the restaurant for such accidents. To reduce the risk, they prefer wheelchair and stroller users not to go further into the restaurant. We reluctantly dined in the designated area for strollers and wheelchair users near the entrance. Although we had to give up the wonderful view mentioned in other reviewers' photos, we enjoyed some drinks and cake before heading home. The coffee and cake were delicious, just like in other branches. We hope that this strict rule will be relaxed in the future, and we look forward to visiting again.

I have used Cafe de Crie at other locations before, but this was my first time at the Grandeuo Tachikawa branch. This cafe is great for a light meal or tea, offering pasta, sandwiches, sweets, and drinks. I tried the Avocado France for 290 yen and an Iced Tea for 260 yen, with a set discount of 50 yen making it a total of 500 yen. The Avocado France was a soft sandwich with ripe avocado paste and wasabi soy sauce, giving it a Japanese twist. For drinks, there is a special offer where you can get a second drink (size R) for 100 yen or 150 yen with the purchase of a qualifying item (coffee, tea, cafe au lait, royal milk tea on the same day). The cafe is located on the 8th floor near a beauty salon and esthetic salon, which felt a bit strange at first, but the view from the cafe is amazing, overlooking the train tracks of the Chuo Line, Ome Line, and Monorail. The seating options are varied, with some seats offering a view of the outdoors. Overall, it was a pleasant discovery to find a cozy and affordable cafe with a great view in Tachikawa.

- August 1, 2016 - Started the day with two bowls of ramen (at "Horiuchi Shinbashi" and "Shinkaku"). Then returned to Tachikawa. It was too soon to have ramen again, so I took a break at a cafe. I chose this cafe on the 8th floor of Grand Duo because it didn't seem crowded. It was around 9:45 AM, so I decided to have a snack as well. I ordered the Premium Roll Cake and Ice Coffee Set for 600 yen. The roll cake had a lot of cream, so I thought it might be heavy, but it wasn't too sweet. The sweetness was just right. The coffee complemented it well. It was a refreshing break after the heat. Thank you for the meal.

The Grande Duo shop has seen quite a turnover since its opening, but this place feels like it has been here forever... Random thought, but didn't the Grande Duo's restroom use to have rose-patterned toilet paper in the past? I remember being impressed when I first saw it... Later, it changed to plain pink toilet paper. A bit disappointing. I have been a regular here for a long time. It can get crowded around lunchtime on weekends, but it's still spacious enough that you rarely have to wait a long time for a seat. Weekdays are very relaxing, making it a favorite spot for me. Located on the packed 8th floor of Grande Duo, many people may not notice it. Especially since it's mainly a beauty floor, not many men may come here. Among the many cafes in Tachikawa, this might be one of the best hidden gems. The menu is well-rounded with drinks, food, and desserts, and the prices are standard for a self-serve cafe. I have only tried drinks and desserts here, and the taste is neither good nor bad. So, if you're looking for delicious food, this might not be the place, but if you want to enjoy a leisurely tea alone or have a chat with friends without worrying about time, this is the perfect spot. I usually grab a seat by the window and enjoy the breathtaking view. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Tanzawa, Okutama, and Okumusashi, as well as Mt. Fuji. If you get bored of the mountains, watching the Chuo Line, Ome Line, and Tama Monorail crisscrossing below might make you lose track of time. (Is it just me?) Despite not visiting for a while, I had a great time on my recent visit, so I definitely plan on coming back. Please don't change, dear shop.

There is a cafe with a great view, located on the 8th floor of the Tachikawa station building, or is it called Grande Duo Tachikawa? My friend led me there, and it was a self-service cafe, but surprisingly had a nice atmosphere. The best part was the amazing view from the window! There were plenty of counter seats facing the window, and even though it seemed quite busy, we were able to find seats by the window without any trouble. We were engaged in various conversations this time, so there was never a dull moment. But if we ever run out of topics to talk about, this view will definitely come in handy! The view faces west, with mountains ranging from Tanzawa to Chichibu in the distance. The Tama Monorail passes right in front of us, while the Chuo Line and Ome Line extend westward. Nearby, helicopters frequently take off from the Self-Defense Forces' Tachikawa Base, sometimes joined by police and ambulances. Yokota Air Base is not too far in the west either, and military planes often come into view. So, I would recommend this place to train enthusiasts or military fans. As for the drinks we had, I first ordered an iced cafe latte in size L for 410 yen, I think? After spending some time there, I got thirsty again and added a 100% orange juice for 350 yen, I believe? The details of what we ordered are a bit fuzzy now. But the taste of each drink was nothing special, just the usual drinks you would expect from a self-service cafe. The prices were reasonable considering the location and the relaxing atmosphere with a great view. No complaints at all!

Located on the upper floor of Grande Duo adjacent to JR Tachikawa Station. Although it is quite inconvenient as it is on a high floor, the interior of the store is surprisingly spacious... It might be a good place to read a book. I ordered the Blend Coffee + Chocolate Banana Waffle for 440 yen! The blend coffee was a generous size. The desserts are really cheap. The tables and overall cleanliness of the store may not be the best, but it's reasonable and I think it's good. The staff members are not young, but they give off a nice vibe like a local cafe.笑

Located at the top floor of Grand Duo. I have been using it quite often recently, but I had no idea about it in the past. I only knew it when it was quiet during daytime on weekdays, so I was surprised by how crowded it was on Saturdays! Almost all the seats were full, but the staff guided us to available seats before lining up at the register, so we didn't have to wander around looking for seats. I haven't tried the pasta or cakes, but the sandwich was quite delicious. This time, we only had drinks. I ordered a fruit tea and a caramel drink. The medium size was quite large, so it felt like a good deal. I wouldn't come alone often, but I found it easy to enter, the prices were not high, and it was easy to use.

How about getting off halfway and climbing to a high place to enjoy a panoramic view of the city while taking a break? There is a spot like that. Cafe de Creer on the 8th floor of the Tachikawa Station Building Grande Duo. How about trying their limited menu Waffle Plate Set? The waffle topped with ice cream and banana is perfect as a coffee accompaniment. The combination of butter-flavored waffle, vanilla ice cream, and banana is delicious and fantastic.
